I believe that we've been experiencing price dip before the Iran attack on Israel, and as you've mentioned that it's to be expected before halving, so I don't think that the Iran, attack was the major reason for Bitcoin price dump as it is now. Although some investors will panic and sale, believing that price will crash more, but other halving experiences have shown otherwise that price will dip in pre halving and after that the bull run will correct the price and it'll begin to surge.

The fact is that Bitcoin cannot replace fiat currencies, it can only serve  as an alternative to them, because fiat currencies are one of the trademarks of countries so Bitcoin cannot serve as a global currency. As some members have noted in this thread, the use of Satoshi, in Bitcoin transactions has always been there, you can only buy luxury items with one Bitcoin or more, most people that use Bitcoin for payments and investments are in sats. From my research, there are some factors that will discourage the use of Bitcoin for transaction payments, high transaction fees for low cost items, low adoption, risks of scams in transactions, bans in some countries and many businesses don't accept it. Perhaps when the adoption of Bitcoin increases when almost everybody will have a wallet address, then the usage will increase.

I read yesterday where Israeli civilians were protesting in a riot that their prime minister Benjamin Natenyahu, should resign from office, because he has failed to secure the release of their citizens who are still held hostage by Hamas, they believe that he's going ahead in the war without any regards for the lives of the hostages. Some of these world leaders who engage their countries in wars might not have the interests of their citizens before planing a war, because them and their immediate families will be flown to safety if the war hits up, then the rest of their citizens will be the ones to suffer. Although I must confess that sometimes wars can become inevitable if another country trespasses into their territories, a country will be compelled to respond to such threats, which will my earn war.

This bull run is definitely going to be a massive one, because between the last halving and now, Bitcoin adoption has increased and the ETF has also added more investors and awareness to it, although the OP $500k price prediction is an exaggeration, I however think that we'll see an ATH of around $200k in the peak of the season. The price dip that we're experiencing now should be a blessing in disguise for those that are buying for the bull run, because the more that price dips, the greater their ROI when price starts to surge after halving.

Bitcoin price has started to dip before the Iranian attack on Israel, although the news might have dippened the price, but the point is that the attack didn't start it. If the conflict leads to a full blown war, which I don't wish, I think that it will affect Bitcoin price negatively in this bull run, whereby we can experience more dip, but just like other global news will affect it, it'll be temporary, price will correct itself and the bull trend will continue.

It is a fact that people will rather go for convenient transactions on centralized exchanges where they'll have to provide KYC, instead of p2p transactions where their privacy is kept from centralized authorities like their governments. Obviously high transaction fees should be as a result of more Bitcoin transactions, that's ofcourse the logical reasoning behind it, so in this case that price is dipping, perhaps many holders are frantically selling off. Although it's ironic that investors are supposed to be buying more during price dip than selling, maybe as some are panicking and selling, others are rushing to buy, but whatever the case is, miners are having their hands full in confirming transactions, so inevitably transaction fees will hyke.
