все верно - банк признал проблему на их стороне, сейчас разбираются с причинами и решением. Всем, кому принципиально иметь именно виртуальную Visa, заменим ошибочно выпущенные MasterCard без каких-либо доплат, главное - дайте знать в support |

I experience today problems with bitcoin debit cards from e-coin, advcash and coinsbank.
Since I can't also login to mychoice site from Wave Crest I think it's a problem related exactly to the Wave Crest bank.

"The Wirex Card is issued by Wave Crest Holdings Ltd, pursuant to a Licence from MasterCard International".

Yes, virtual cards were Visa before, why now Mastercard? Virtual cards are Visa. Plastic cards are Mastercard. Just ordered one 5 mins ago and it is a mastercard, not a visa card.. (virtual) yep, indeed there has been an issue with that at the bank's end - they are still investigating into the reasons and working out a solution. If virtual MasterCard does not suit you and you do need Visa, all such cards (wrongly issued during this period) will be replaced to Visa free of charge - just make sure to notify support accordingly |

The issue is solved, I didn't have enough funds. I also upgraded to plastic mastercard and verified the account. BTW, a feature that I need THE MOST is transfer between cards without the need of 2 bitcoin transactions(buy and load). Many times I want to transfer funds from virtual visa to mastercard directly and if I can do that without all the intermediary bitcoin transactions fees(just the exchange fee) will be AMAZING and I won't be using Neteller, just you guys  Also, please see this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1552693.msg15601560#msg15601560we plan to introduce card-to-card transfer in the re-newed Wirex once it's ready to go Awesome , I already suggested that feature ! Добрый день! Подскажите пожалуйста, как это работает? 1. Используя карту E-Coin, я приобрел авиабилет в S7 на сумму RUB 3,950.00 по курсу USD 63.71, что должно было составить USD 62. Судя по информации из личного кабинета, с карты также была списана комиссия в размере USD 1.86. Сумма сделки вместе с комиссией при этом должна была составить USD 63.86, а по факту с карты сразу же было списано USD 73. Причем в личном кабинете информации о фактической сумме списания нет. Или я чего-то не понимаю?   Такая же ситуация произошла со мной 28-го июня. Я оплатил в Интернете туристическую страховку на сумму RUB 1,502.15 по курсу USD 64.61, что составляет USD 23.25 В личном кабинете также была указана сумма Transaсtion Fee в размере USD 0.69. Учитывая это, общая сумма покупки вместе с комиссией составляла USD 23.94 , а по факту было списано USD 28. Я обращался в тех. поддержку, мне ответила Алена и сообщила, что обычно сначала происходит "заморозка" средств, а фактическое списание может произойти через 3 дня, в результате из-за разницы курсов может быть такая разница в списании средств, но в случае с авиабилетом 73 доллара списались с карты мгновенно, сразу же после оплаты. 2. Where is the mistake?
the "mistake", as mentioned on multiple occasions, may be due to a hotfix deployed which reprocessed all the old transactions, correcting the balances, but potentially leading to some old transactions (already accounted for in the account balance but not reflected in the ledger at the time) to be showing as new. This is the 99% reason for the "mistake" you mention. will have support team double-check again and revert.. |

Ecoin just reversed 3 pending withdrawals today and limited my paypal, lost $270.
Are you sure it's Wirex's fault? I think the issues are related to your paypal account... I never had issues with PayPal because of the Wirex card.. Just my 2 cents. indeed, E-Coin/Wirex has very little to do with PayPal transactions. The card can be used with PayPal, but such transactions don't go via our platform. If any issues occur, we can get involved and try to resolve them talking to the issuing bank on your behalf, but definitely we cannot and would have nothing to do with "limiting your paypal", not sure what you are referring to.. |

На сайте нет панели тикетов и переписки, только форма обратной связи.
Кода создаеш новый запрос в поддержку, то на почту приходит письмо с новым номером запроса.
Поддержка, как я понял, отвечает через Zendesk , может есть доступ к своим тикетам в Zendeskе?
да, поддержка отвечает через Zendesk. Чтобы ответить (не создавая новый тикет), нужно просто ответить на письмо, тогда мы увидим всю историю переписки в одном тикете, а не раздельно в нескольких, что существенно облегчает работу и сокращает время ответов |

the rate on our platform is an aggregated rate from a few exchanges. Comparing this rate/service to Bitstamp is not particularly adequate - it is a bit like comparing your local shop with a wholesale hypermarket - different offering, different conditions.
That's why people posted this bad exchange rate information in reviews. Also you should know, that until actually order the card there is no way to know real exchange rate in your system. With absolutely uninformative exchange rate on the site's main page, your 'local shop' behavior like a hide real prices, and show fake one that is cheaper in hypermarket not fair, huh? you've got a certain point, yes, but not entirely. You see the exact amount you'll get loaded to the card (or written off the card in case of buying bitcoins) before confirming the transaction - nothing is added to it, so, there is no hiding anything. As for only being able to see it when you have a card, yes, but when you register an account and download the Wirex app you get a virtual card free of charge, so, this is barely a solid argument. And our "buy bitcoin" price is better than many "hypermarkets", too, not to mention that the offering itself is unique. People often post reviews without putting much thought into it - let's face it, and only very few do so when they get a unique service and/or very good rates, but everyone is quick to shout loud whenever they think something is not fair |
