One of the things that set SWC apart is the great variety of offerings, it's a strength they should lean into.
That being said, most of the weirder games don't do well in the tournament format (hence why NLHE became so popular), so I do think that until population grows to where all games can be reliably supported, you should focus your efforts to NLHE and PLO there.
We think the latest round of MTT changes was a step in the right direction. SwC will continue to focus on constructing a tournament schedule and cash game selection that satisfies our loyal players. |

^ What do you guys think about stream lining the site by having just a couple of the most popular games (NLHE, PLO) available?
We had internal discussion about only releasing a handful of games at launch then adding them back slowly, but in the end we decided to offer everything we have ready. It may come time where we need to remove some persistent tables in games that don't get much action. Players are encouraged to email support at swcpoker.eu if there is a table or limit you want to play but don't see in the lobby. |

I am using the PC app. Any fix for "Failed to load module widget!" for the cashier?
SwC has taken 3 reports of this issue over a 2 month period, so this issue was hard to find because of how infrequent it appeared, but this annoying issue is now being tracked. We have developed a bandaid fix for it while we work on the underlying cause:
"You should be able to resolve this by uninstalling, removing any leftover files, then reinstalling.
To do this, after uninstalling the client, open a File Explorer and enter %localappdata% into the addressbar. You'll be taken to your LocalAppData folder where you may delete the remaining /SwC Poker/ folder." |

Very nice if you to fund that freeroll! We tried the Turbo PLO 5k for the European players but maybe it needs to be adjusted. Tournament schedule is still a work in progress, we will continue to make changes based on feedback.
I can only speak for myself, but when I grind a full schedule, I unfortunately can't play all the "funky" games on the side, it's too distracting. I would play every 2k+ Hold'em tourney with priority over other sites, and I'll reg the PLOs if nothing much else is going on. I think the way to go is to just have a solid NLHE schedule every hour and then have the fun tournaments go alongside that. Lowball Mix and Hold'em won't cannibalize traffic from each other. Definitely a move in the right direction tho, I hope action picks up for those tourneys! We've been relying on community response, especially from our big affiliates who have grown a solid player base to help us adjust the tournament schedule. As SwC continues to grow we'll increase the guarantees of popular tournaments to attract more players. It's clear the community wants bigger tournaments, so we'll continue to build, promote, fix, and adjust until we have them! |

I've noticed that the following freeroll has been added:  What can I say? This is amazing! I still can't believe my eyes. No krill requirements? 5,000 chips as prize pool? Have you considered bad beat jackpot tables for plo as well? Afaik there is no online poker sites with that feature. That would bring a small competitive advantage. The loosing hand would obviously need to be of a higher rank.  This idea has been discussed internally, it was to have multiple bad beat jackpots. One for omaha and one that is much harder to hit and grows for a long time, but for now we have to concentrate on lightning network integration, fixing of remaining bugs, adjustment of tournament schedule, and building of new features and promotions. |

however people who love poker loved poker first than bitcoin, hell I have met with couple of people who didn't even used bitcoins until they met with SwC and than bought some btc just so they can play here.
It should have a start somewhere. Poker-lovers have to love pokers first, then if they have chances to know about crypto online gambling sites, they might have opportunities to familiarise themselves with online gambling, and online pokers via crypto gates. Maybe bitcoin first, then altcoins. it is certainly a long journey and takes long period to build up strong online crypto poker communities. Seeing the lobby like this yesterday:  Told us that Bitcoin Poker was back at SwC. We have lots to build and improve, but the growth since Bitcoin Poker 3.0 launch has been exceptional. Anyone else get lag with playing 5+ tables?
Yes. The chat is the problem, if you never open it, the lag is much better. This issue is being tracked. SwC Poker is committed to fixing all issues affecting playing experience. Since Bitcoin poker 3.0 we have had very good quality client connectivity and stability, although we still have much more to fix and build. |

Traffic's not really picking up. And it's really hard to attract players in without some first time deposit bonus which worked like a charm back in the day with fiat poker sites. But then again it's hard to prevent it from being gamed if SWC's registration requires no ID.
I guess to intice players, maybe have daily temporary, limited time no rake tables at all micro stakes - low takes..?
how do you get this impression? there's like 15 bbj tables running in the evenings, 500/1k mixed games have run and 5-10k tournaments run aswell. I do agree though that they need to do something for the off-peak hours, turns out some of us are not US players. While we're at mixed games: Any improvements wrt to NL2-7SD? 11 game badly needs this, it's such a fun variant. SwC is happy with growth since Bitcoin Poker 3.0 launch. We peaked at about 270 connected players for the February BIG BTC and are ramping up promotions and marketing to help drive more and more players to SwC Poker. Word of mouth from existing players continues to be the best marketing we have - once a trusted poker friend tells you about the low rake, fast cashouts, and player friendly features, that's better marketing than any ad we could buy. We still have so much to build and so much to optimize. The tournament schedule will have some additions and subtractions soon as we try to optimize that area of the site. Lightning network capable deposits and withdrawals are being built and remain a priority for us to bring into the game. We still have many small bugs and UI optimizations that need to be made, the affiliate reporting area is set to improve, and our Twitch channel and website integration is set to begin soon. For new promotions, the next one we will introduce is "Leaderboards 3.0" and they will award prizes for both cash and tournament players. More details on leaderboards at a later date. The rest of 2019 will be a period of growth for SwC Poker, we think the product is professional quality and our team is ready to handle more traffic. |

I think BTC users need to be inspired like how most of the online players during the poker boom were inspired by Greg Raymer. Any plans to sponsor somebody to this year's WSOP main event?
We don't have any plans to do a sponsorship of a player, instead we will keep adding Twitch bounties & bonuses like our overlay BIG BTC satellites to incentivize players to become a star from within the SwC Poker community. |
