I've been gpu mining for 3 to 4 years and it was the same when asic came out for litecoin most ppl turned off their miners and sold their equipment than gpu mining started to pickup again than went nuts everyone who sold was bitching they should of never have I stuck through it I'm not here to get rich I do this as a hobby but if your looking at it as a business I own my own flooring company and I work my ass off all summer making money than Nov,Dec, and Jan is really slow every business has good times and bad and can't expect to make great profits everyday if that was your reason for getting into mining maybe you shouldn't of I'm here cause I believe in Bitcoin and love mining

I'd like to know how ppl are going to stake ETH when it takes a year to download the chain if your lucky enough to because I gave up not to mention the wallet sucks for using it on windows than the few times I actually did get it to download pretty quick with the fast command once my pc restarted either the chain had to download again or I had to erase it and use fast again not to mention eth is the new scam chain for all the scammers to screw ppl over with their fake I'm changing the world token don't get me wrong there is a lot of great projects going on but some are nothing but scams

With the newest beta Im having trouble running two nodes on one pc either the node with claymore crashes or ewbf crashes also the commands %~dp0miner --api --log thats prefilled out in config gets written twice in the bat file this is running on win 7 when i first tried to unzip I get something about wattool secure file cant be copied hit continue to continue
Everything on my win 10 boxes are ok except it gets flagged now and wont let you download it you have to download to a folder that not protected before all your other downloads unzipped with no trouble just wanted to let you know just in case something was up
Also in the old version I was running ewbf with --fee 0 didn't if this version was the same or that command is contributing to it restarting.
Nothing major I was able to work around everything for now shitty I cant use the new profit switching on my win 7 miner using two nodes but I no its beta and bugs are going to happen just wanted to let you know about them thanks
v3.2 in beta, but this config issue easiy can handle by you update your config. from the v3.2 not needed to write ccminer and miner just the commands. if you save your actual configs without modifications the system will upgrade your worker to the new comfiguration. new release in few days with fixes I didn't change anything in my config usually I just unzip change user and worker in the node conf and start. Those commands where prefilled in with all your info I just changed my pool and worker well for what ever reason after the newest update if you dont take the %~dp0miner --api --log out in the web conf it add them twice in the bat file its not a issue to me but I was just saying to new ppl could be confusing

v10.0 BETA:
- now miner uses the latest framework which is used for dual and zec miners. Therefore several new options are available. - new assembler GPU kernels are used. - added "-dmem" options that can improve performance in many cases. Note that twice more GPU memory is used in this mode. - some old options were removed, some were renamed, please read Readme for detailed information and samples. - reduced devfee, it's 1% now if you use secure SSL/TLS connection, 1.5% for unsecure connection. - devfee mining is executed every hour, similar to dual and zec miners. - a lot of minor improvements.
PS. Linux version will be available in a day.
Thank you can't wait till I get home to try it out its been a minute since you gave this a good update

Under profit switching instead of wallet address do we use a username for pools with login and do I add username.worker or does the profit switch add the worker automatically and I just have to put username I never played with this option but trying it out
username.(WORKER) -> works yes Correct. No address and no pool. Both fields are 100% blank. I can give you my access key if need be
to here, please: report [ @ ] minerstat.com If anyone found any bug report here, new v3.2 test version in few days with benchmark tool, new settings app and with all bug fixes what you found, before i release. Testing period approx 2 weeks, to get the stable marker. Ok just double checking under pools and address settings for profit switching lets say Im mining on suprnova I would usually put username.rig1 when I use profit switching do I put username.(WORKER) and whatever my worker name is in minerstat will auto fill in on the pool because some pools I have a different worker name than the minerstat worker name and will have to check my pools just asking cause I dont want to mine for a day under the wrong worker name and not get credit

This Ann was announced by icocountdown including the bounty campaign I thought that icocountdown did a check to make sure these ico's are legit before announcing and or putting on their website well since the ico has ended not one person in the bounty campaign that put time into this ico has had any replies I think if this is a real ico this is unacceptable
|
|
|
So there's been no update on the bounties since the end of the ICO there's been twitter activity since so I don't know what's going on but something seems a little weird

Expanse Discord https://discord.gg/PYGXjmhWe are gradually moving to Discord due to the spams and scams that are now a part of Slack. If you have questions about Expanse, Tokenlab, or anything else I suggest joining Discord rather than Slack at this time. Slack will remain active, but I recommend Discord. Thank God Im about to uninstall slack these loser with their bullshit message try to scam ppl is getting out of control I dont understand the reason behind slack making the changes they did it seems they support scammers
