482  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why would banks use a blockchain? on: March 01, 2017, 01:20:28 PM
They have no choice to jump in the train if they won't to follow the trend. better for them to use instead to be obselete in some years from now. It can aslo i guess reduce their costs. (operations, maintenance, ect)

489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: actual number of people using Bitcoin? on: February 05, 2017, 12:33:58 PM
There should be 1 million people use bitcoin or blockchain technology, it will be more in the future, and the price will surge too.

the problem is the majority of those people are newbie that buy one time bitcoin and hold it forever and you will see only one transaction from them

it's possible already to be over 1M users easily, but only a good group is sending bitcoin all the time every day, the other are doing nothing

Byuing bitcoin one time and hold it make them still an user. We can't define the number of people using bitcoin based only on the number of transaction.
490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reason Bitcoin will always be #1 on: January 29, 2017, 04:00:07 PM
Bitcoin has given us so many facilities and advantages which are only produced by bitcoin. With bitcoin we can send money anytime, anywhere in the world. We don't need to be worried about holiday or limitation. Also bitcoin protect against identity theft.Transaction fees are very low and bitcoin is tax free.

Don't worry, your credit card doesn't care about holidays
491  Economy / Economics / Re: US Debt at $19,959,943,400,000 will $20 trillion make the news? on: January 29, 2017, 03:56:31 PM
When this thread was created, US debt was sitting at $19,959,943,400,000.

As of right now, regarding the famous usdebtclock website, we are at $19,967,475,400,00

The thread was created in the 25th of january, now it's 29th... which means debt has increased around 8 billion in 4 days!

We'll be at 20 trillion for sure next month. This is just insane. The collapse cannot be dodged, it's like 2008 all over again.

Here is a good article to read on 24hgold
Post series: The myth of the strong dollar policy, Part Two
http://www.24hgold.com/english/news-gold-silver-post-series-the-myth-of-the-strong-dollar-policy-part-two.aspx?article=10288186376H11690&redirect=false&contributor=Michael+J.+Kosares

Whenever a U.S. secretary of Treasury utters the word “strong dollar policy,” the question immediately should be asked: “Strong against what?” As outlined in the Wikipedia definition immediately above, the intent of the policy is to make the dollar strong in terms of other currencies, not against goods and services, and for that reason, it is generally misunderstood.

497  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Question; Bitcoin Payment on: January 29, 2017, 03:39:05 PM
Hey everyone,

Is there any company/startup outside that customers can pay for your product from the normal way(Credit Card, Paypal and other normal payment methods) and I can receive the payment as Bitcoin.

A lot of customers prefer traditional way to pay and when I say, "why don't you use Bitcoin? You can go to "x" website and buy some bitcoins" but you know, since they don't know anything about Bitcoin, they get scared or lazy and they don't do it.

I may be wrong but Spectrocoin can do this, there is another but don't remember the name
