481  Economy / Economics / Re: Will 2019 take us to Moon or Mars? on: May 01, 2019, 07:31:02 PM
It doesn't need to be far until the moon! the increasing movement has provided a lot of attraction and also benefits for investors or traders. because when an uncontrolled increase is actually not good for the altcoin ecosystem which will be destroyed because bitcoin rises quite high.
Sir, maybe you really needs time to learn how this cryptocurrencies market work and  it is important we know how it works in other to take advantage of either bullish or bearish market.  Bitcoin and some of the altcoins do move together in terms of pricing.  Most times when altcoins is pumping most it means fiat is flowing into the cryptocurrencies market through bitcoin.  It is very clear that we would soon have the next bull run that will push through market towards Mars.
482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No more time to waste on: May 01, 2019, 07:55:38 AM
If I can't find a bounty project that's already listed and trading I'm done joining bounties.
No matter how reasonable a project might be if the teams decided to stay anonymous I will pass by
Whitepapers and roadmaps aren't enough anymore, developers should be ready to face the public and be ready to show me they are ready to work ,not experimental on 'it might became success or failure .
I am also done with bounty too!  Some of us has been able to promote some projects here and those projects are doing very well in the cryptocurrencies market but hunters has not been paid and some projects has been abandoned and not listed in any exchanges.  I have promoted some projects in 2018, some of them I do wear the signature and avatar for three to four months and the tokens has not been distributed uptill now.  I do believe that it is better to invest into a projects when there are listed in exchange too than during icos.
483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poloniex has been on it's journey to become great again. on: May 01, 2019, 06:35:09 AM
i have from this market since the beginning, speculations are aside, when i used this market, i had so many problems, like they did not pay my money for 17 days, they did not complete my transactions till a cyrpto currency's price got low. etc.
Many people also make this complained of withdrawals stuck for days but I seriously think that thing has actually change and since I have been trading with poloniex I have never have such problem.  However,  it seems the trading volumes has reduce and some traders has moved to some other platforms that are more user friendly.  I am happy that poloniex has learned something and have decided to improve there platforms for a better trading experience.  I will keep on following them in other to see how things improve in future.
484  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the Scottish people choose Bitcoin rather than a "Scottish Pound"? on: May 01, 2019, 06:18:20 AM
The SNP voted to drop the British Pound after independence (they will have to win a referendum first). Will the Scottish people accept this or will they use Bitcoin?

https://cryptostar.money/blog/scots-want-to-abandon-the-pound-will-they-choose-bitcoin/
I think they may not adopt bitcoin as their official currency because it seems they don't have  that mind as I have not see them promoting this themselves.  I don't think we are also mentured enough now to began using cryptocurrencies or bitcoin as mode of payment for a whole country.  Many retails and wholesales business has not even start to used bitcoin talk more of a whole country to used it.
485  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is heading back to $6k on: May 01, 2019, 05:45:59 AM
For now day trading will bring profits if you know how to swing profits in your favor.
Though trading gives us a profit, I think that is not an easy job to do. It's different if you are in the trading field or just holding a waiting when is the next halving. All of us waiting for the resistance of bitcoin and right at this moment so far from dragging down we are heading again to 6k dollars price range which is normal to bitcoin having a movement like this. Be ready when the market going to skyrocket as of now it may start fueling and bitcoin will go to the moon.
Day trading is not easy and it demand higher trading skills and experience.  I think now that the market is in a little bullish and there is no strong momentum to push price too far is the best time for day trading or swing trading.  However,  we are somehow very sure that the market is going to recover and even go above $10,000 soonest and to me the best time to buy should be now.  Bitcoin,  ethereum,  ripple and so many other coins that has done wonderfully in 2017 are now on the same missions and it is good we understand this in other to put funds in at the right time.  However,  this is not a recommendations for you to buy any of those coins but a personal views on the position of things.
486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The ugly side of Bitcoin on: April 30, 2019, 08:26:38 PM
We all know how beneficial it is for us to have a currency like Bitcoin , something that we can use without any interference and without any middle man, but there is always a problem with things that we usually unsee because of the huge benefits it earns to us and this time it's environmental pollution.
Bitcoin as we know it requires mining to continue it's supply , but the thing is mining consumes Tons of energy and thus makes it harder for us to cope up with the stress it is putting up on the environment.
Pollution, global warming  Bitcoin is causing all this , one might argue that it won't be necessary after a while but what about right now ? It's hurting the environment and we have no stable solution for this.
Shouldn't we focus on this too ? Rather than other things ?
If we began to list some of the things that pollute our investments we as a human beings may not be on this earth and most of the things we see do pollute our environment.  I think the disadvantage of bitcoin in polluting our environment is insignificant and I don't think it can match bitcoin benefits of being a decentralized way of transactions were third party are not needed in whatever we do financially.  The transparency bitcoin bring into transactions and trusts.  I think we need bitcoin to resolve most of the financial issues we are having all over the world.
487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETHEREUM GOING MASSIVE ?! -Time to buy now on: April 30, 2019, 07:58:27 PM
I love watching Paul Scrembo doing a daily analysis of highly potential coin and this is one of his analysis on Ethereum it's comprehensive and appealing.
you might want to subscribe to Pau's channel for future analysis, believe me, you'll never regret it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_ZdPXLUkCI
Thank you so much in sharing this YouTube channel with us and after making this post I will head straight to the  Pau's channel to see for myself his views on ethereum.  I also believe that ethereum is going to makes significant progress this year and it is very important we start to buy it now as many speculators on twitter are saying ethereum might go as high as $800 before end of this year.  Though I don't trade ethereum often but I do buy them and hold for short term.
488  Economy / Speculation / Re: I SMELL FOMO on: April 30, 2019, 07:27:56 PM
What's your opinion on this?? Bitcoin seems too be accumulating value since Tuesday morning... the bull is here.. ?? Or it's bait??
In cryptocurrencies market and bitcoin trading we can only speculate what will happen and not really what is going to happen as this market is highly unpredictable.  The market has it own mind and because of that we find it difficult to predict the future trend of the market accurately.  However I strongly has the feeling that the bullish trend has commenced since ending of last month when bitcoin cross $4000. If you are new in this market it is better you look for professionals advice before investing.
489  Economy / Economics / Re: Big risk ,big results. on: April 30, 2019, 07:06:47 PM
A guy bought a very big house, which triggered an argument on a telegram group.
some people were arguing on a telegram group that they guy couldn't have bought the house with only trading profit....some insinuated that he must be into other businesses.
I laughed at their ignorance.
Why? Because I know that even in this present market condition that some skilled traders are making a killing.
I'm not talking about traders who trade with small capital here.
The conclusion is that when you trade with massive capital ,you earn massively.
Of a truth the level of capital one has do influence the rate of success one can make in trading.  The cryptocurrency market has been in good condition and we have see and hear how great Some people makes a killing through trading.  I know of a guy that bought bitcoin when it was  around $33 and he hold since 2011 till 2017 December when bitcoin was trading around $17000 before dispose them and now he is one of the richest person in my area.  I think it is all about risk tolerance and how large your capitals is.  For now we can still makes good profits from the cryptocurrencies market and make good profits in future.
490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 100 days before halving on: April 30, 2019, 07:14:39 AM
Litecoin halving even will be happend about 100 days from now,,
Around Aug. 6, 2019, at exactly block 1,680,000, miners who are currently being awarded 25 new LTC for every block they solve will only be rewarded with 12.5 LTC per block. The inflation rate of this cryptocurrency will also be impacted for an extended period of time as the reduction in future supply increases.
https://cryptoslate.com/upcoming-block-reward-halving-could-give-litecoin-a-boost

i'm sure this halving even could make litecoin price rising hard, and maybe this could be another sign from the bull
and now is the best time to collect more litecoin  Wink

Definitely there is no way we would not experiencing an increasing in price of litecoin if it halve.  The reduction in the products or mining in a coin like litecoin is going to definitely impact it pricing.  I think we are going to have litecoin around $300 if this happened in August.  The demand for litecoin are going to increase and that is because supply has reduce and this in turn will impact pricing positively.
491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are we not pushing online merchant and services harder for Bitcoin adoption? on: April 30, 2019, 06:43:14 AM
I watched the news last night and I saw how people were demanding better service and/or rights by acting collectively. They

might turn to drastic measures like boycotts or Strikes or even mass mailing complaints to accomplish their goals. We want

these services to start to take Bitcoin seriously, but we are not pushing hard enough. I think we should target one online

merchant and then mass email them collectively to ask them if they could consider accepting Bitcoin as a payment option. We

could switch merchants every other week to reach more merchants.  Wink  Someone should just start a Poll to ask people what

merchant should be targeted first and then details should be posted about the contact details of their support to get things

started. I have been contacting some services individually, but it is not making any impact... I think if MANY people do this

collectively.. then companies will see that there are lots of demand for Bitcoin payments for their services or goods on their

platform. What do you think, would this work?  Huh
This is a wonderful ideas and do we know what will happen to bitcoin if online merchants like amazon began to accept bitcoin?  Bitcoin will definitely skyrocket in price and many people will become aware of it existence.  I do think we are not going to have bad days if we can mail those merchants that we think can adopt bitcoin and I am commencing my own this morning.  This is going to work to me and we just need to give it a test.
492  Economy / Speculation / Re: "RIP bear market" on: April 30, 2019, 06:20:45 AM
I don't believe your prediction that Bitcoin will continue to grow from now till 2021 without any serious decline. As we are seeing an upward trend so also we shall see decline in the Bitcoin in between the period that you speculate above.

Of course, we don' see the price goes on a uptrend without any decline because we need to book profits sometimes. But the good thing is that investors are smarter now, and not really bothered by FUD or bad news, (tether + Bitfinex controversial). It may decline a couple hundred of dollars but it will bounce back because we have entered the bullish cycle already.
The bearish trend that commenced in December 2017 has ended when bitcoin went down to $3150 trading area in December 2018. If you are waiting for the bearish trend to continue you will be disappointed.  I think we are done with bearish trend for now.

I did not said we are not going to have little corrections along the way and decline is not going to happen but it is not going to be a downward  trend again but it will be bullish trend . Traders must takes profit along the way and that is what we are seeing happening now!
493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can you invest in ICO in bear market? on: April 29, 2019, 08:51:07 PM
The hardest time to invest is in a bear market. You end up purchasing little amount of tokens for more ETH or BTC. But it's also a good time for projects to collect good sums of money during their crowdfunding, as ETH or BTC goes up, so does the value of the funds raised.

The question now is, will you invest in ICOs, or stick with investing in market dips (buy low, hodl and wait to go up and sell), or simply trade in bear markets?
Investing into a project during ico time and when the bearish market is prevailing is not a bad thing to me if the project is a good one.  I could remember that the cryptocurrencies markets and icos market perform badly in 2018 and that do not mean it has correlation with each other.  What really affected icos market since end of last year till now are scams and unprepared projects.  Many investors has lose significant amounts of money in this market and that is why many people start avoiding investing during icos and focussing trading in coins that has been listed in the market.
494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB accused of money laundering for terrorist and market manipulation-->DUMP? on: April 29, 2019, 07:32:00 PM
While haters have been increasing daily, this could be really be a problem for the exchange.

maybe it's just a hater that not like binance, for me i would never trust information that has a proof regarding this matter
Binance is the top 20 exchange based on CMC, so i think it will be a bad act if they do the market manipulation
That is my thoughts also!  There are many competitors that may not like the popularity binance is gaining and as such create this type of articles to dump the binance coins that has been in upwards movement since last two months.  I did don't think this is just and attack against binance and to create an evil image around binance but against most of the exchange that are doing what binance is doing also.  However,  hope investigation is going to proved if binance is been used to laund money for terrorists or not.
495  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you figured out what you are Investing in? on: April 29, 2019, 07:09:50 PM
Before it was just hype but now it is about a global decentralised currency with real world usage. When economies on a national scale begin to fall apart only bitcoin can save them.
I think this has a point, but I don't really expect a global crisis for bitcoin to rise, it will cause big trouble for majority of people.
I want a world where there's plenty of option to invest, I am investing in stocks and crypto also because that's my way to diversify my portfolio
but I'm expecting bitcoin as a decent payment system that would continue to have an adoption, not a saver when there's a global crisis.
There's still a hype in the market maybe not on bitcoin but in other coins because its their way to attract investors. Global crisis can happen but there's no exact time for that and we can't say that crypto or bitcoin will be their best option to survive. I believe on what I'm investing for, adoption will happen and the bull will begin but the hype will still make impact in the market newbies get hyped either they've loss money or make small money.
Should we now say that hype is a simple way of making newbies lose to the professionals and skillful traders? I think you are right creep,  because without the hype there may not be profits to make.  I still remember that the cryptocurrencies markets will do well if we all understand what is in front for us the early adopters.  If you know were bitcoin will be in future you will wish you can saved all your holding and sell in future when bitcoin grow to an amazing price.  If we should wait for global financial Crisis before bitcoin grow it might not happen but I also agree on future adoptions by both institutionalized investors and individuals investors
496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stupid Bitcoin Traders on: April 29, 2019, 06:51:31 PM
Many people buying into hype instead of investing into the real things.  Like the in-law brother of op, many of such people did not know how bitcoin has been trading and it market behavior.  I seriously believe that many people here that claim to have investing into bitcoin has not put a cent into it and we do know the really investors and those that has been following cryptocurrencies market conditions. If you really want to join the really investors then you will need to study the historical data of bitcoin and its market behavior in the past and not investing because bitcoin is at the overbought area or avoid trade because you have lose in the past.
497  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Future of Trading, losers and winners. on: April 29, 2019, 03:01:54 PM
What will happen if everyone in trading will know all how it works? Like if everyone will become a well-knowledge trader, for example, we will know all how to use different indicators, supports, and resistance, etc. ?  Undecided

Will some people still lose their trade? Who will become loser on every trade if that will happen? It will still profitable to trade?

If we all know how to analyze the market and make profitable trading decision the market will become unprofitable and we would have very difficult time to make money.  The skillful traders makes profits from the market because those that lose money are many and it will continue.  We cannot all become professionals over night and newbies will always be there as it also exist in other face of market.  If it is the other  ways round it will be very difficult for  the market to be profitable for all of us and the skillful,  knowledge,  understand and professionals will always makes money.
498  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Price of alts when BTC pumps on: April 29, 2019, 02:26:32 PM
Why do USDT pairs raise with a BTC pump and BTC pairs fall? I understand that when BTC pumps, people sell their alts to ride the BTC wave up, but it doesn't really make since why USDT pairs don't do that. Wouldn't it make sense for people to sell their USDT pairs so that they can buy BTC and ride it up, and hold their BTC pairs as the value is going up anyway? Thanks for any answers!  Smiley
Maybe you need to study more and understand how this market work as I think we are not going to get profitable trade if we didn't understand how it really work.  When bitcoin is pumping it means funds are moving from fiat currency to cryptocurrencies and over ninety percent of funds you see flowing into the market is from fiat market.  Usdt which happens to be one of the coins that hedge against bitcoin or others cryptocurrencies also do benefit from this inflow of funds.  The altcoins market do benefits from this inflows of funds also and that is why when bitcoin get pump most of them get pump too and when it get dump there also get dumped too.
499  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is going steadily up, don't you think? on: April 29, 2019, 12:13:34 PM
It seem like Bitcoin has entered an uptrend, since begin February 2019. It is most probably entering a new big bull cycle that will last for months, most probably for longer than one, one-and-a-half year.

I read articles on tradingview of how the Bitcoin price is going to collapse. Well, this has already happened. We are in an uptrend now.

I'm not sure why some people are insisting one publishing one pessimistic article after the other. My guess is that they missed their chance to buy low, before April, and now they are trying to influence their readers to how it suits their portfolio.

My feeling is that Bitcoin is going steadily up, at least for the time being.

What do you think?
As a bullish trader I can tell you that the current market conditions is more of the uptrend than downtrend and if we are to take investments decision now that everything seems positive.  I think we are going to see other coins Moving up too and it seems this is another bullish market that migh last for the next 3 to 4.years.
500  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading bitcoin on: April 29, 2019, 07:51:44 AM
what strategy is the best?
Buddy, no one will share the strategies that is the best here and you might just needs to train yourself in a way to develop one.  Remember that you can only succeed through trading if you are skillful and become professional. In trading over 90% of traders do lose money and only few makes profits and those are the people that has train themselves on how to buy at the right time and also sell at the right time.
