PS: I use TOR so, none of them make sense. Don't count my stats :-D
Me too. I use Tor and most of my IPs come from the USA (72%), the others are Germany (17.9%), France and Austria (~3%), and a few others. Locations are all unspecified cities. Nothing strange with Tor and I don't detect any strange things from my log-in IPs with Tor.  From my stats, I guess US. users contribute a huge proportion in Tor nodes, I searched for answer and found some: Start date: 2020-05-16.
End date: 2020-05-18.

There are few ways to earn from referrals and commonly it comes from airdrops, Better check some Airdrop sites but some airdrops are not that profitable and only few of them can be considered as profitable, Last month I earn from the referral of Zoom and Coinmetro although it needs KYC and not all referrals prefer having their identity to be known. Maybe brave browser is still good for gathering referrals.
Doing KYC only because want to be accepted and get paid in bounties, ref campaigns, etc. is not a good idea. KYC should be avoided as much as you can to protect your privacy. After you disclose your identities, you won't have option to get them back and you will only hope that your identities will be secured well by companies and wont' be leaked. Brave browser, please stay away from it. You can use FireFox or Tor browser. |

Let's start off with Bitcoin block size. One bitcoin block has its size ~ 4MB [1]From Johoe's site, you can check at the bottom (a third) graph that shows you size of waiting transaction (total and at specific fee-rate range). As of writing, the total size in mempool is ~ 1.83 MB that is lower than 4MB. So you can expect your bitcoin transaction will be confirmed at next one block, even with the fee at 1 satoshi/ (v)byte. If you are in a hurry and do neither want to wait and see your luck, you can use 2 satoshi/ (v)byte for (instantly) transactions. You can do a substraction with total size (all fee rate) - size of fee rate at 1 sat/(v)byte = size of waiting transactions with fee rate > 1 sat/(v)byte. From the result, you can imagine the prob for your transaction will be confirmed. It is only estimate because of fast changes in mempool! What could be interesting, at least I find it so, is to have the option to see some sort of information relative to login attempts from your account. I don’t mean receiving an email at every failed attempt (an exploit for trolls), but rather more something similar to when we see the IP connections from our account made over the last 30 days ( https://bitcointalk.org/myips.php). The myips page is only helpful if user does not always log in account with Tor. With Tor, different exit nodes for all log in attempts. But if the user does not click on New identity option for the forum website, their log in IPs will have a template that can still be discovered. Because of the ultimate goal to have privacy by using Tor browser, people will click on New identity so that the myips page will be unmeaningful to filter strange log-in IPs. Algorithm: The idea are a narrower IQR and higher p25 are better. IQR plays its role as spread of weekly earned merits. p25 plays its role as lower threshold of 50% weekly earned merits. - Descending median
- Ascending IQR (IQR = p75 - p25)
- Descending p25
The new algorithm means if 2 users have same median, their ranks will be decided by IQR, which user has lower IQR will have higher position in the list. Next, if 2 users still have same IQR, the last indicator will be used: p25. What I suggest is changing password frequently. I change my exchange password more frequently than other sites though.
It depends on how you change your password. Some people think frequently change passwords will be good for their accounts but such will become awful if they create some sort of repeated templates for their passwords: - LM@bitcointalk@2020Agust

Let's assume that guy changes his/ her password each month but they are terrible changes. I would not say you doing like that, just take your phrase and expand it further to illustrate for newbies and help them to avoid such mistakes.
Personally, if the companies I use their services don't force me to change my passwords each 3 or 6 months, I would not change my passwords. |

Cryptocurrency Invalid in Bangladesh.
It is a misleading and confusing term. Rather than using Invalid, you can use Illegal. Cryptocurrency is illegal in many nations. Fortunately, it is just for now and it will be changed fastly with the growth of blockchain technology and its invasion into human civilization. The Dotcom bubble in 1990s can be a good thing to learn from. After the bubble, about 10 years later, in 2000s Internet began to massively invaded into our lives and since 2010s, it impressively changed the world. It means 20 years at least to change the world. How about blockchain technology? I think next 10 years or 12 years, we will have a very different world, with massively revolution from blockchain technology. It will be something partially related to bitcoin halving scheduled years but not strongly correlated like that. After the latest halving (in May) Bitcon's jumped into its deflation phase. |

I think the solution lies in accepting the so called "zero-conf transactions", only the fee, of course, should not be set at zero. Right now, for example(and keep in mind that this is not an advantageous period for such an example), you can pay as little as 2 satoshis/byte for your transaction to be confirmed within 3-4 hours. It means 672 sats, or $0.076, for the median transaction size of 224 bytes.
Zero-fee transactions belong to past story and nowadays, it rarely happens and only happen if you have miner friends. So most of times, it comes from mining pool owners. The fall or nearly disappearance of zero-fee transactions is a proof of better bitcoin adoption. It is not a full list but you see some examples on who are miners of zero-fee transactions. In last 24 hours, there are opportunities to move bitcoin at 1 - 2 satoshis/ (v)byte. 8 - 9 hours ago, mempool was clear again in last few days. Thus, the proverbial "you can't pay for a cup of coffee with Bitcoin" will become obsolete. Anyone can afford spending extra 8 cents, and no one would risk their freedom for trying to steal a cup of coffee.
With Lightning network, you can but the problem is adoption of lightning network. I think the key to wider BTC adoption is in accepting zero-conf transactions.
I don't think so. A better stable fee is enough to increase adoption besides better knowledge on how bitcoin transaction works & how transactions get confirmations. |
