4822  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to exchange any wallet to wallet on: February 28, 2021, 11:18:26 AM
If you look at the history of the OP's messages, you can guess that we are faced with a newbie, a fan of bounty companies. In his story, I found three ETH addresses and one each for Stellar and USDT TRC20.
But it seemed to me that they are still empty. Apparently, between these wallets, the OP had a confusion Although, judging a little by his early message, he is also worried about the bitcoin wallet.

dear all member
which is the best for bitcoin wallet.
pls commant.
Thanx in advance.

Err. I guess it was an honest mistake and incidents like this makes me really question if the punishment for a single count of plagiarism should be this harsh, plagiarism indeed leads to most spams, and most spammers use this method only to make their presence, but I don't think failing to put a source link under an article for the first time by a senior member should lead to his account being banned permanently. But that's just my opinion, you may agree to disagree, don't start a debate anyone Smiley hoping for the best for OP.

I agree with you. If this is the only case, then the user can be forgiven. Since this practice has been working lately. Several users from the Arabic section were banned for just for a month. Many reports of outright plagiarism remain without solutions.
Therefore, it would be possible to apply the same conditions to the OP. If he wants to stay on the forum, he just needs to be banned from wearing the signature for a certain period. I understand that the OP is interested in making money, but if the rules exist, and if there are any concessions, then they should probably apply to everyone.
4824  Other / Meta / Re: Good to delete post or not on: February 28, 2021, 06:37:44 AM
Perhaps the OP was outraged by the recent history of a SmokerFace user who periodically deleted and re-inserted his messages. This is of course an egregious case of a violation that should not take place. I also remember the story when the user edited the topic titles. Thus, it turned out that people wrote about completely different things. This is, of course, a scam.
But in other cases, when someone decides to delete their messages, I believe that this is purely his own business. The archives from LoyceV are all very well preserved. And if there is any dispute about a written and deleted message, I think you can always raise the archive.
It would also be very good practice to delete your own bounty companies' reports. If each bounty hunter took part in clearing the forum from such kinds of posts, the forum would become much cleaner.
4825  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Yet another free eBook on: February 27, 2021, 11:13:36 AM
I'm glad that you all appreciated it! I'll notify everyone if ever I found another eBook on the internet.

Also, I will share the new, but paid CoinGecko book "How to Bitcoin". The authors claim that the book will be useful for both beginners and not only.
Thank you!! Have you read or bought the book? Is there any other payment method other than paypal since it states that we can also pay using bitcoin but I am only seeing paypal as their payment option in their site!

Also I'm curious how many pages are in this book?

No, I haven't read it yet. This is a new book and I found out about it a few days ago in the news feed.

And you are right, I do not see the payment in bitcoin, but only with the help of PayPal.
4826  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Making quality point. on: February 27, 2021, 10:06:32 AM
We aren't here to do quality posting competitions I believe, we are all here to just make some crypto noises and engage in crypto related discussions, enough with all this quality posts war, people now talks about quality posts as if it's the main reason we are here, it's one sweet way of ranking up though but normal discussion posts isn't bad either

It is especially funny to read this, from a person who is on the forum solely in order not to spread noise about cryptocurrency, but for the sake of his earnings and raising his rank.
I can understand the fact that when a person has many accounts behind him, it is very difficult to make high-quality messages. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5319507.0
4827  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Yet another free eBook on: February 27, 2021, 09:55:07 AM
Thanks for the free resource. This is always preferable for books in electronic format. The explanation of Cryptoeconomics and the very vision of bitcoin from a specialist with such vast experience behind his back is undoubtedly the most interesting knowledge.
Also, I will share the new, but paid CoinGecko book "How to Bitcoin". The authors claim that the book will be useful for both beginners and not only.

4828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin being branded as a 'Meme' by Mainstream Media Manipulators on: February 27, 2021, 09:29:28 AM
I noticed that most of the news recently are about those "experts" and known personalities such as CEOs giving thoughts about bitcoin. They're making headlines and articles that says bitcoin isn't an ideal payment. I have no appetite to read them but is it just a coincidence that they've made those articles that mostly contains negative thoughts about bitcoin. When they're putting negativity to bitcoin, we know that the opposite is about to come and a sign of bullish.

I noticed that too. The recent and not the first statement by Nasim Taleb that anyone who idealizes bitcoin is equated with idiots and belongs to the group of amoebas has nothing to do with his early statements about bitcoin.

https://twitter.com/nntaleb/status/1364260212606177284?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw

Yes, everyone can be disappointed with something, but those who actively criticize the financial system and support bitcoin, then switch to criticizing the latter, themselves are not consistent in their decisions.
4829  Other / Meta / Re: Should all scam busting techniques be made public? on: February 27, 2021, 09:08:44 AM
Should all scam busting techniques be made public? Well, given we are in 2021, even if you want to it won't matter if you do. There are way too many threads that expose alt accounts.

Exhibit A: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1206112.0,
Exhibit B: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1702409.0,
Exhibit C: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2544574.0

These 3 threads alone are suffice enough for those who want to do the don'ts of the community. Its a lost cause. Same goes for any actual scam investigations, people will look at how frauds and scamcoins have been caught before and will work around it. Too late.

Two topics are inactive. I agree with eddie13's post about no brain. But the fact is that even while revealing all the methods, those who have absolutely no brain, repeat their mistakes again and again.
Likewise with plagiarism. How many examples and instructions for detecting plagiarism are on the forum, these eccentrics still steal other people's articles.
And I agree that if any major fraud is being prepared, it will be prepared very well.
But do you remember the stories with several ICO, where the office was filmed and the actors who successfully advertised their scams here? And they were also discovered, even though all the evidence was laid out in the public domain.
4830  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Someone asked me he got $500 to invest in btc, is it the right time to enter? on: February 27, 2021, 08:31:39 AM

You haven't quoted me but I understand this is a reply to my post. Yes, I am categorical because I've seen it many times: people wanting to get a quick buck by investing either in the stock or the crypto market. Of course, we don't know all the details, we don't even know if the OP has made up the story, but what a reasonable person who wants to invest does is read a lot, inform himself a lot and if he does that, then questions may arise but more complicated than the one posed by the OP.

I agree. For the first step, you need to move. Anyone who writes that the price is still high, in the end, may not wait for the desired price, and time will pass. $500 is enough for the first step. This will provide an opportunity to motivate yourself for further study. If you have good friends, and they are trusted, you can get answers to questions from them at first, and then go to the Internet.
The most important thing is the desire to understand, and the rest works wonders.

that's a big catch but I think he's been here a really long time and has figured out the ins and outs of how to pick a good project holding coins for a certain amount of time.

Just look at the date of its registration. You've probably been here a little longer. Smiley

Remember 2017-2018, then there was the era of ICO, and there was similar news from every YouTube channel. Someone won, and someone just gained subscribers. People, add a little skepticism to your admiration. Only one person always wins, it is impossible for everyone to win. First, you need to study the project where you will entrust your money. We also need to add a moment of regular advertising. Don't believe what your eyes haven't seen. Always think with your own head and assess the risks.

4833  Economy / Services / Re: [Open] ▄■▀■▄ 🌟Bitvest.io🌟 - Plinko Sign Camp (Member-Hero Accepted)(New2) on: February 26, 2021, 01:39:55 PM
Just want to warn the managers of this company that this user regularly breaks the "32. Posting multiple posts"
~

He also violates the rules by not wearing a personal message as required by this campaign.

Personal Message must be set to:★Bitvest.io★ Play Plinko or Invest!

That's right, I didn't notice it. But I looked at the (Bitvest Campaign Document), he receives payments on time. Perhaps managers need to pay attention to him since he does not understand the rules for quoting posts. It is not clear whether this is his cunning, or, indeed, he does not know that he is breaking the rules.

At the moment, I reported a violation to the moderators. In order to avoid further tears that his posts have gone somewhere. I think you will have something to familiarize yourself with. Cheat the number of posts quota.

This is to inform you that my information on the spreadsheet are accurate. I have worn the project atar.

Thank you and happy new year.

4835  Other / Meta / Re: Is it impossible to level me up? The Merit questions of member guy on: February 26, 2021, 09:04:31 AM
When he woke up three years later, the OP wrote an accusatory post that he had not been promoted, and again, apparently, went into hibernation. But the question was asked, and as an example, you can answer that sometimes with one post, you can immediately become two ranks higher.
And I am sure that there was no selfish interest here, which cannot be said about the OP himself, who, although in jest, tried to achieve merits.  Smiley

for 1 merit i can to help you;)))

4836  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has it started? on: February 26, 2021, 07:43:38 AM
I opened the OP link. And I did not quite understand the meaning of his post. The article is dated February 6, 2019. How does this relate to the story with GME and Dogecoin?
What does the author mean by his post? What started?
Generally speaking, there is and will always be abuse, and it is utopian to think that fraud will ever stop.
4837  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Someone asked me he got $500 to invest in btc, is it the right time to enter? on: February 26, 2021, 06:37:24 AM
You are too categorical. Perhaps a person is just starting his way to bitcoin. We all understand and believe in bitcoin. Why not tell this guy to do the same? Just believe. Any investment in bitcoin will always be successful. Train your patience. Teach your friend to invest regularly what is not a shame to part with. Any investment in long-term storage has not brought regrets to any person who believes in Bitcoin.
4838  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: QUESTION! I have a question, can not to figure it out on: February 26, 2021, 06:24:40 AM

I'm finding crypto-finance investors, do u think it much more possible to get offline? Anyway thank u for ur advice)

In any case, your project needs to be filled with good advertising. And if this is done via the Internet, then creating your own site, as the face of the project, should be the first step.
So, based on the Carnegie rule, in order to get someone to buy or invest in something, you need to make the customer think that the decision to buy was made by him.
If you manage to do this with your future investors, you will remain a winner.
4839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run is over? on: February 26, 2021, 06:10:42 AM
Recently, with any fall in Bitcoin, prophecies of the end of the bullish rally begin. Why such dull thoughts? Can you still accept the fall as a sign that you can still buy bitcoins? This is what institutional investors do. MicroStrategy, for example, buys bitcoins regularly and gradually with any fall, so as not to have a big impact on the rate. We have to get used to the fact that bitcoin cannot only grow without correction. Nobody, not even professional traders, will ever tell you where is the peak and where is the bottom. Therefore, it is best to stick to a hold strategy and buy more bitcoin if possible.
4840  Other / Meta / Re: Should all scam busting techniques be made public? on: February 26, 2021, 05:09:20 AM
You shouldn't judge everyone by yourself. Sometimes people have different principles. If I see that all actions of some accounts look like a fraud, what is wrong if their history is checked? Will I be right in the end? The forum does not prohibit this, and shouldn't it be called a privacy violation? Where is she private here? Nobody hacks anything. You should not please the scammers that they are not needed by anyone, and here on the forum, you can safely deceive, thinking of yourself as the smartest and cunning one. I don't like to think of myself as a cheated idiot. Therefore, yes, I would not open all the ways to find scammers, but I will not sit and watch how someone cleverly fools everyone.
Any deception will come up sooner or later. We need to let all those who consider themselves cunning know that there will always be those who are ready to expose them. And merits is no motivation here.
