4821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: October 21, 2022, 01:11:45 PM
Some of them are just caught up with the hype and just new release in the market but it depends on the person how they will use the coin for example people holding these tokens came from casinos because of the benefits they get if they are active in playing casino and at the same time see the potential and opportunity of this coin to goes up it is a win-win situation for the player but if you are just an investor with the coin I guess it is not ideal currently right now the market is not too much give a good outcome the same with the economy.
It will depend on their research results before deciding to invest in a casino site. And if the results give a positive signal, investors can join the casino site by buying the casino tokens and staking for a while, waiting for the casino token price increase. And if the casino tokens have not been able to increase in the short term, maybe investors should wait again and keep betting on their casino tokens to get more.
4822  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the best thing to do if this happens on: October 21, 2022, 11:39:15 AM
If the casino site had ANN in this forum, I would visit it and complain about my case. I hope they will respond and wait a while because I know that their site has many users who may also have different cases to handle. If they don't respond in a few days, I may open a discussion with the other members and ask for their help solving my case. And if the evidence I provide can help me to get justice, I think the casino site will help solve it because I am not guilty of anything.
4823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Realizing the value of holding cash on: October 21, 2022, 09:20:03 AM
And I agree with @OP, who said we need to have money now to buy a lot of potential coins so we can hope we can take big profits in the next bull run.

This is the cheap times to buy true of it but buying a coin just listed is still risky because it is either it will rise or will be pull down. To buy coins in existing market with caps and volume is better investment. Like in buying of bitcoin, we are aware that it has to go above ATH and investment there is worth the wait.
And that's the reason why we don't need to take the risk by buying coins or tokens that have just been launched into the market because there will be pump and dump moments happening in the market. If we keep following the moment in hopes of taking advantage, we must be very careful and not try to push ourselves because it will be dangerous for our funds. We should keep buying coins that have the potential to increase like bitcoin, because we have seen the power of bitcoin when it gets a rally.
4824  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Repeat History ? on: October 20, 2022, 12:24:48 PM
There is a possibility that the history of bitcoin will repeat itself in the next 4 years and maybe it will happen in 2024. But that is only a possibility considering that now so many people have joined bitcoin and don't want to miss the opportunity to profit from bitcoin. But if that cycle persists, that means we will see the price of bitcoin increase and get a rally, which will trigger the price to get a pump. So before we enter the new year or next year, we better use this moment to buy bitcoins. And if next year the price of bitcoin is still at its lowest level like now, we are still given the opportunity to buy more.
4825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Realizing the value of holding cash on: October 20, 2022, 10:34:17 AM
It will depend on how they can take profits during the bull run so that when the market conditions become bear market, they can buy lots of coins and keep them until the next bull run. But if you instead sell a lot during the bear run, it will not give you any profit and you can even get a loss. And I agree with @OP, who said we need to have money now to buy a lot of potential coins so we can hope we can take big profits in the next bull run.
4826  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is Bitstamp still trustworthy? on: October 20, 2022, 08:31:08 AM
I don't know what Bitstamp's reputation is for now because I already left them a long time ago. At that time, Bitstamp is one place for many whales who play pump and dump, and I feel it is hard to stay with them. But I don't have a problem using their services at that time.

I prefer to use Poloniex or Bittrex, although those exchanges have now lost their good performance compared to Binance. But still, those exchanges suit for me to trade and use their lending page to earn some profit.

4828  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Split the prize or Reroll? on: October 19, 2022, 01:09:54 PM
having a re-roll just because you do believe that you could get the entire amount on next roll which is really indicates that you are just being too greedy.

Or it could also indicate that 0.05 Bitcoin is not a big amount of money for you, and that you don't mind losing, in exchange for the fun of playing again and being able to win the full price. I see that in the results the split the price is narrowly winning, and it is logical, because in general 0.05 Bitcoin is an important amount of money, and people prefer to make sure they get it rather than to risk losing it for a bigger prize.
0.05 BTC is a huge amount of money for most gamblers, who will probably agree to share it with other players. That's a bonus for them, and they don't need to re-roll again because they probably won't get that big again. It's important to know how many opportunities we have and to control our greed so we can take that rare opportunity. And if they are not satisfied with the result, they can use it to gamble and hope to win even bigger results.
4829  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Survey] Do you still play or stop the game? on: October 19, 2022, 11:18:10 AM
I am always able to stop myself when it comes to Gambling. I don't exactly understand why people are having hard time not to. Maybe price or winning feels too good sometimes so you feel like hungry man or something? I can't exactly understand psychology behind it. Its obviously good feeling when you finally hit strike after 15 times 20 times. But what if you waste your money for 50th time and you still lose... I can't accept it.
It's good always to restrain yourself when you play gambling because that's what everyone and gamblers need to anticipate every defeat they get. But sadly, no one will know what we will get after 15 spins or even 50 spins, and we will only see it happen and regret it if we lose. Big wins obtained by others become something that attracts us to keep trying to get it. And some of us don't realize that it will only cause big losses, especially if we use big money.
4830  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Survey] Do you still play or stop the game? on: October 18, 2022, 01:27:21 PM
Playing gambling requires good observation, sensitivity, fast thinking and accurate decision, playing bets comes with opportunities in diverse means through which a gambler is expected to be sensitive enough to know when such time appears and taking a right decision after, but as for me, i will always advise to quit for that day whenever you make a big winning that gives you a good return than going bafk into it again and again for the same day, if not all the winning amounts then they would have collected back half of it, once a gamblers realized double of what he stake or beyond on a start, then it's wisdom to end the day that way and go home to think on what tangible thing you could use the money for in order of remembrance for that winning in the future, than making continuous attempts for another win while loosing.
It could be done if that person had good enough self-control that he would quit immediately after getting a big win. But unfortunately, after getting a big win, many gamblers forget to stop immediately and become greedy to get more wins. This makes them unable to feel the winning money because they will immediately use the money to play again in the hope of winning more money. And if they don't realize this, sooner or later, they will only feel another loss and nothing left from their last winning.
4831  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I helped my dad bought some Bitcoin last night on: October 17, 2022, 01:55:29 PM
It's not easy to explain something to another person, especially if he is close minded person and doesn't want to listen to other people's advice. But what @OP experienced was a miracle where he and his dad were relaxing and enjoying a meal together, and then his dad asked about Binance. I can only imagine doing the same thing as @OP, but unfortunately, my father passed away long ago.

Back to the topic. From there, his father wanted to know what bitcoin was, but maybe he was too difficult to express his wishes to others. But luckily, his dad started to open up to @OP, and it became @OP's job to continue teaching his dad about investing in bitcoin.

I can only pray and hope that @OP can teach his dad more about bitcoin, and together, they can have success in crypto. Kudos to @OP. Please say hello to your father and tell him not to panic if the market changes because it is normal.
4832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: And officially worst year for investors on: October 17, 2022, 11:32:20 AM
2022 is going to be the worst year for crypto investors. Any thoughts guys?
That could be true because after experiencing a tremendous increase in the last year, the crypto market is experiencing a slump, and many have left the market with heavy profits or losses. And many also do not want to return to investing in crypto because of the trauma they have experienced. If new investors research this, they will know when to enter the market and start investing their money by buying potential coins. But only a few can do it, while others buy when the price is experiencing a correction and continues to decline as it is now.
4833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you be influenced by your favourite celebrity? on: October 17, 2022, 09:59:57 AM
Luckily I don't have a favorite celeb who gambles, so I don't have to bother to watch him gamble. I guess it's a personal choice, and I don't see that we should follow him to gamble on the same game. We have our own choices and don't need to gamble like him. The responsibility we have is also different from theirs. And if we lose, we can lose money that is very valuable in our lives. In comparison, the celeb will not feel the loss of his money, even though he also suffered a heavy loss.
4834  Economy / Gambling / Re: How is the performance of gambling tokens compare to other altcoins and btc on: October 16, 2022, 08:31:08 AM
Almost all altcoins follow through the price of Bitcoin as what we see on the market whenever bitcoin is down so other tokens out there, and it also affects them during the bull run of bitcoin where it pulls all the price of almost every crypto. Casino's tokens are also included on these crypto that are affected by bitcoin price volatility. However, each and every news and update that will cause the price change varies to every casino and project.
If we had known that all altcoins followed the bitcoin price, we would be careful to buy the coin, even if it was a casino token, and learn what the profit could be. But when the bitcoin bull run comes, it doesn't guarantee all the casino tokens can also increase because it will depend on the response of traders and investors. Maybe if there were more benefits for traders and investors, it could lift the price to a higher price level.
Once bitcoin will begin it's bullrun, there's a high possibility that all altcoins out there especially those that has an active trade paired with bitcoin will increase in value as well. It is not a guarantee to increase but it is highly possible once bitcoin bullruns. These can be also seen to those new tokens that started during the market bullrun as the price rapidly increase comparatively to major tokens out there.
There's no doubt that because when the bull run moment begins, the altcoins will also prepare to upgrade and get started first. And that can also happen to casino tokens because there will probably be a whale pumping them to show the power of the casino tokens. But if it is because of the pump, I don't think it will last longer, and the price will return to its original price. So this requires accuracy in investing in casino tokens, so we don't choose the wrong one.
4835  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Market Analysis Today on: October 15, 2022, 04:16:52 PM
If Shiba is going to increase, we'll see it soon. It wasn't easy for Shiba to start increasing its price, let alone to be able to increase it several times the current price. Only time will tell, and we don't know for sure. People who say Shiba will increase are speculating about it, and with the bitcoin price still below, it's hard to say for sure that Shiba can rise again. But maybe @OP still believes Shiba can improve, just as we still believe bitcoin can increase higher. But bitcoin is different from Shiba Grin

4837  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My exorbitant lessons in last bull market on: October 15, 2022, 08:28:17 AM
What is your exorbitant lesson investing in crypto last bull market (2021-2022)? I will like to share mine...

1. I watch YouTube videos of people gambling on meme coins with just 100$ and making thousands of dollars, I did the same and I ended up with tokens that I can't sell on an exchange, buying works but not selling.

2. Friends told me that Vitalik have promised Proof of Stake on Ethereum for years and it never came to past, I believe them and invested in Eth mining equipment, I am now selling to gamers since they are not profitable, not even a bit.

3. 100k per BTC nearly brainwashed me, I escaped this though but I really believed it, if I had some funds at the time I might have invested on BTC at ATH, thinking its going to 100k.
Those are a lot of lessons you needed to learn but while you may feel like the losses are too great, believe me when I say to you that this is not rare at all and there are many people which made way bigger mistakes than you.

In my case probably the only mistake I made during this bull run was to not invest more in bitcoin after its crash on March of 2020, but I do not think too much about it as no one knew how bad things will get due to the pandemic, so it is a mistake I can easily let go.
I've had it before, and I've probably lost a lot. But that doesn't stop me from learning more because I'm sure it will be useful for me in the future. That's called we can learn from past mistakes to improve it now and get better future results.

We are all learning to improve at investing or trading, and we will continue to do this if we still want to profit in crypto. I'm sure we still want to achieve the targets we have set before, and only working hard will help us achieve them.
4838  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is this Gambling Bot real or fake? on: October 15, 2022, 05:54:50 AM
Gambler can get some advantages from using bots as well as disadvantages. To get a good bot or software he must spend money. On the other hand the bot should be set properly. But here you are not guaranteed to earn money. Moreover, you will be deprived of the pleasure of manual betting in gambling. I don't use gambling bots and do not intend to do it.
Gamblers very rarely use bots because it misses the fun of gambling, actually the function of bots is to automate gambling with settings that can be set on the bot application, so there is no reason for bots to be used for profit because there is no guarantee of profit, even if the bot can make 80 % win then it is certain that the developer will not expose his app and he never sells it.
A bot is several times more powerful than a human and can do any task instantly as per the commands set in it.  A gambler may win most of his bets using bots but he will only get the fun of money but not any fun of gambling. There are many people who gamble to make money.  Bots can be a useful tool for them.  But bots are not a good tools for those who gamble for fun.
I think so too. A gambler using a bot is only thinking about making money. He enjoys gambling, but the main goal of such a gambler is to win and earn money. The bot can guarantee neither.
No guarantee using bots will help to make money at gambling. Instead of making a profit, he could suffer a loss and it could be that the loss would be even more than before. Or if he just wants to see a comparison of the results from using a bot or manual, he can do that. But it's better to play manually to be able to feel the tension than using bots.

4840  Economy / Speculation / Re: what is the bottom of this bear market BTC on: October 14, 2022, 04:32:12 PM
Yes, $17k is the lowest price, but we don't know if there are any lowest prices during this bear season. Everything can happen, although we don't want to see it. We hope we will not see the other lowest price for BTC. Otherwise, that will trigger some people to panic and can't control themselves from holding their BTC. But if panic happens, I guess the price can be slightly down to $15k or even lower. So hold on tight to your bitcoin this month until the end of this year. Hopefully, there is nothing bad will happen.
