OK so today the Multi Master unlocked for me and I went in and this time did not even look at the odds, I just picked everything totally random.

Just in case anyone's also wondering about the free promotions, you actually can unlock it immediately by wagering on Casino instead of waiting for sports bets to settle. Since I settle every day, it's usually not a thing but I think there's been once or twice I almost missed out making picks with less than an hour left -- just open up blackjack or roulette $10 is 0.25 mbtc now, easy wager in one hand/spin.

Don't forget to do your March Daily Challenges if you do Casino (I don't really, but sometimes if the offer's good enough, I'm there). The UCL Half time 10% boost is damn good. 10% extra on all winnings, that's huge +EV of course, 15 minutes not much you can do.
4862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: March 23, 2022, 05:25:42 PM
Just found out meself about Barty, feels pretty rare an event but I haven't followed tennis properly but hey, too short for us, just enough for her, fair game. Reminds us that these are people in the end and with goals and dreams, but damn, she went out on a high, didn't she? Aussies hearts be broken.

P.S. Wouldn't be ruling out a future return, though if she does, hope better than Hingis did on her second, third return? Ultimately incomparable of course.
4863  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Afghans turn to cryptocurrencies amid US sanctions on: March 23, 2022, 03:07:14 PM
Not the first time Afghans have found a use for Bitcoin. I remember this story about Afghan women earning crypto in an economy that has traditionally been highly exclusive to women -- this was way back in 2014. Not sure what's happened or if any of them WAF girls ever made it to this forum. The website already redirects to a different one that doesn't even seem launched.

With all these developments I see about country X making inroads, I always wonder: why don't we see them here or on other platforms? Nigerians, even Iranians and Syrians I've noticed over the years. Southeast Asians absolutely.
4864  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Saved Me. on: March 23, 2022, 02:25:22 PM
Agree that Bitcoin is the way forward, but disagree that trading is. Only need to Google statistics on any kind of trading to see that majority of traders lose money. You're in an immediate loss position the moment you open a trade (spreads, commissions, fees) so technically, you need to clear a small profit to break even. In a bull run, it's easy to make profits too but difficult to identify when rallies are over. Recognising that it was fortune/luck instead of pure skill in trading helps ground you also.

Bitcoin's certainly helped me a lot in many ways. Alternative form of payment number one and I can't imagine where I'd be as a freelancer still fiddling with the arbitrariness of PayPal and other methods. Increase in dollar value long term is also great -- had to liquidate something significant over a year ago to give me purchasing power I would never have had saving in fiat.
4865  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Great 6-part Bitcoin documentary from 2021📺📽 on: March 23, 2022, 01:23:14 PM
Cool share, thanks. Have to admit will probably not end up watching but if I ever end up in a situation I'm housebound again without work, then yeah, this is the kind of stuff I'll invest my free time in heh.

Initially thought episode 2 "war" would refer to the big blocker period circa 2017 -- the summary, however, talks about whistleblowers and criminals as those needing Bitcoin the most. Hard to swallow maybe, but probably an accurate reflection of mainstream sentiment.

First impressions: French noir Bitcoin animated docu. Cool.
4866  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Southampton FC Main Sponsor 🚀🚀 on: March 23, 2022, 11:52:46 AM
Do it man, you might still hit something like that on an LFC quadruple THIS season Wink

I'm actually STILL looking for a quad, of course, it's probably not as high value as it was when I first scouted around in January when we were trailing Citeh by 14 points?

I'm checking back in to hold Steve to his word. I like EPL and I like my Outrights Wink

Already have a Liverpool outright at 56/10 but don't mind adding more if I see something special for a historic fightback. Still scouting around for good deals but seems like everyone's given up on someone not named City to win anything this season.

Also have outright on UCL, looking for FA Cup maybe a cup double at 100/1? Treble at 1000/1?

Can you blame me for trying my luck? =D

I already have outright on UCL and EPL, but can't find good markets on Carabao and FA Cup (SB outrights in England only have EFL trophy just checked) all in one place so can't place a manual quadruple acca heh.

Dream on, Sojourner, dream on.

I’m really pleased to see Arsenal doing well for SB & everybody here. Barring a late season collapse, CL qualification for next season looks a lock. It’s so important to attract top players. Arteta is doing a fine job, isn’t he.

That he is. I think the only thing he needs to shore up is discipline (not just the red cards but unnecessary yellows which I thought he fixed but it resurfaced around after Jan break, but doesn't change the fact Arteta's a really good surprise wild card managerial wise. Personally also really like Saka, glad to see him getting over his EURO heartbreak. Sportsbet logo in Champs League next season looking firm!
4867  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Crypto.com will be a sponsor of the 2022 FIFA World Cup on: March 23, 2022, 09:50:17 AM
Football is the most-watched sport globally. As DooMAD points out, they're already existing sponsors for huge sports. Every major league now has plenty of crypto sponsors -- some even displacing traditional financial players on shirts (the most visible and often the most expensive form of sponsorship).

Can't beat them, join them.

Besides, crypto isn't illegal in Qatar. Only banks and financial institutions can't trade them. You're free to use wallets and do P2P txs -- the way Bitcoin's supposed to be anyway.
4868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 22, 2022, 06:57:21 PM
Good grief, all this clamor about El Clasico somehow making Real Madrid weaker in the quarterfinals  Roll Eyes

Yeah, I hope it translates into betting pressure for Chelsea so we get even better odds for Real closer to the game itself; I keep an eye out for ties like these to get magnificent odds especially in p2p markets.

Again, not saying they won't lose and not saying this is lasting as the squad is not getting younger nor fitter with every game but value is value and they are UCL royalty. Experience, game management, that all counts.
4869  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto users in Africa grew by 2,500% in 2021: Report on: March 22, 2022, 04:25:10 PM
OK, makes more sense reading the actual headline: 25x increase in crypto-related transactions, not users... =)

And not that I'm going all pedant but transacting with an exchange is not really using so much as trading. Crypto traders may very well be rising but I think users need to be defined a bit better. e.g. Drug users and drug traders I like to say ha

Also, depending on how they choose to send, could actually not even be on-chain. I say this as the report looks at cross-border txs. How else would you know unless using Kucoin? This also makes sense when you open the Kucoin report and it links "low fees" to their own promotion of low fees for trading.
4870  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏀NCAA basketball🏀 March Madness 2022🏆-🤾 Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: March 22, 2022, 03:46:34 PM
Well done leea, put all your freebets to good use. No point using it on anything less than 2x IMO, I know it's dumb as I throw them away on specials anyway BUT I snagged a pretty decent 3x last night so it kinda makes up and it's free anyhow.

I will actually take a serious look at some upsets. Peacocks already locked in on a Clubhouse freebet haha @6.72 with a boost, the biggest odds I can see in the remaining selection.

My selections for Sweet Sixteen:
Gonzaga Bulldogs and Under
Michigan Wolverines and Over
Duke Blue Devils and Under
Arizona Wildcats and Under
St Peter's Peacocks and Under
Kansas Jayhawks and Under
UCLA Bruins and OVer
Iowa State Cyclones and Under

Hello, about the NCAA MM. promo did  someone receive their rewards? I still don't fully understand.. currently i have 10points and it shows im on the 3rd place but it appears ZERO freebet..

Sorry for my english and i hope someone could explain more.

Somehow missed this one, guy. I also got 10 points so we're both in third place... along with a lot of other users, to the 3rd-placed prize of 1,500 USDT cash was split equal ways between all 3rd-placed winners. Check your wallet transactions and you'll find an entry on 20th March for a manual deposit of 20 USDT.

Freebets were only given to 4th to 10th place winners.

It's my first USDT cash amount ever too. Might do myself a challenge next season to put it into 4 figures. 50/1 acca?
4872  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expect Bullrun this year again! on: March 22, 2022, 10:59:09 AM
So in April he says peak is 2022/23 and then in December he brings back his peak to Q4 2022? This is like every other trader extending or drawing back her/his predictions whenever a quarter ends. That's also like me with my real life deadlines and chores haha.

Either prediction stretches the bull run into 2 years. Not saying it won't happen, happy if it does. Supercycle I consider no longer, but his scenario would put a heavy lens on if we ever get another winter cycle either.
4873  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: EFL English Championship League Thread 2021/2022 on: March 22, 2022, 08:31:20 AM
We are taking well deserved break from EFL Championship and next round is scheduled for April 1, and that is not a joke Wink
To sum up pervious round and state on table, we have Fulham strong in first place followed by Bournemouth, but my biggest surprise is Luton climbing on third place!
It's shame to say that Derby is now last placed team in the league with 25 points eight less than Reading who is on safe zone edge.
Miracle repeat is going to be mission impossible this season for Derby and coach Rooney, with only six round left to the end of seson.

I wouldn't have bet on Fulham to win the Championship this season, my thoughts would be on Bournemouth, but I suppose one has to take into account personnel changes once relegation happens, they were never and will never be the same without Eddie Howe. I wonder if some strange late twist will see Parker take his boys to leapfrog old club Fulham!

Re Derby, recent results definitely disappointing, but remember they had 21 points docked (and apparently, Rooney's got them to look at their own version of a league table with those points still in there) so the fight's not over.

I've said it elsewhere but this guy Rooney is one hell of an underrated manager, given the crap task he has now. Reading needs to lose 3 games, and Derby needs to win them all, so I agree, mission impossible. He used up all his luck on last season's final game, I'm not sure where else he can summon it from this one...
4874  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 21, 2022, 08:41:19 PM
Actually, that was a pretty big ""blip"" in my opinion. I don't think even they thought that they were not going to lose against Barcelona at least in this season.

But, they did and that was also by a humiliating result. The defense looped absolutely dumb about what was happening and the headed goals seemed like the attackers were absolutely unmarked. Free headers and Attackers converted with ease. I really don't think that people have any doubt about the capability of Barcelona from now on.

Not at all discounting the size of the blip -- and full credit to Barca for restoring hope and confidence in their rebuilding campaign spearheaded by Xavi (and dare I say Auba?). But blips are allowed, and sometimes even necessary, if you believe in the philosophies of football that dictate teams need a wakeup call every now and then especially when there's a big cushion in the league lead.

I remember when Liverpool lost 7-frikking-2 to Villa last season and yes, it was humiliating, it broke records and it was a horror show but it was a blip (one of several no doubt, but I note also that was a crazy season without defenders). We've seen big blips from champions this season, Bochum v Bayern for example. Ajax blip over 2 legs (it has to count right?).

You're right of course, Ancelotti shouldn't let his defenders off easy even if he's taken all the blame but I still think they're value odds to bet on against Chelsea.
4875  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Southampton FC Main Sponsor 🚀🚀 on: March 21, 2022, 04:13:13 PM
^Yikes, I've definitely tried one of those 1/10 super multi leg bets but there's always more than one of them naughties to not make it. NCAA basketball, as it turns out, provided enough upsets for a tourney on day 1. Anyone watching Liverpool last night toil (1.08 favs) knows just how tough it can be on these seemingly "guaranteed" odds.

New promo up, March Daily Challenge for slots and Live Casino. Don't forget to opt in if you're playing those games already. I had a Pavlovian instinct kick in right away and did my 400 USDT wager on Lightning Roulette heh.

Preview of the Casino rewards:

4876  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Crypto Lender BlockFi Says Client Data Leaked In Security Breach on: March 21, 2022, 12:01:42 PM
I think you're referring to hack in May 2020. But no one blame you to forget since BlockFi have many controversy including sudden cut to APY rate.

Wow, that's already 2 years ago then almost. The rate cut seemed to hit almost all these centralised lenders, including Nexo (which I actually waded in myself to try out maybe some time in late 2020). Funny that the ATH and weeks after was what triggered the rate cuts or rather, pushed them all into structured interest rates that forced you to either lock funds or invest in their own tokens.

They also could say "It's third party fault for lying about their security".

Anything and everything to cover their asses. What's a few million in fines anyway when they somehow end up not needing to compensate "lost" funds?
4877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 21, 2022, 09:24:03 AM
^ Come on guys, you really think Real gets distracted for a blip in La Liga? They probably knew they were coming into that game with their weakest side in years against a resurgent Barca. And they would happily have rested Benzema even if he were half-fit, in preparation for Chelsea.

Chelsea are the favourites, and rightly so, but Real have experience and streetsmarts. Way too much of both to be affected by the El Clasico sidequest.
4878  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: March 21, 2022, 07:47:52 AM
^ Yeah, looks like that's the one thing we forgot to consider in Nadal's excellence this year (and someone even was saying he was playing like a young man) --  his injuries past and his age. You can play at peak performance, in the form of your life, but your body doesn't forget.

I ended up putting a small bet on Nadal 2:1 and even tuned in for a quick peek before going to bed close to midnight, so seeing Fritz already won the first set made me think I could be on to something.

Think was 13/1 straight set win?
4879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏀NCAA basketball🏀 March Madness 2022🏆-🤾 Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: March 21, 2022, 06:29:32 AM
Re MM, I just saw the leaderboard, 4 of them on 12 so that's $2125 each I guess, generous returns for a simple prediction. Would have loved to know if they were doing proper predictions or just random draw.

I actually ended up getting 10 points, not bad, huh? After the crazy first night, hitting only 1, apparently everything left was the right pick. Go Sojourner haha. Didn't see too many usernames I recognised but this for sure had way more participants than regular MM.

For anyone wondering, you can check at Leaderboard tab on the 4-3-free promo if you want to see.

Yeah no problem Trofo and trust me, I totally get you. Real life takes precedence 100% -- as much as I want to watch Liverpool every game, it's a distant priority with those present with me in life Wink

Well done to OP for taking 1st place! I did 8 points. That's respectable, right? Woe me for not actually backing Tsunoda to get top 10!
