CRO is a good altcoin (if we compare it with others) because it has a real project, presence outside the platforms, and interaction linked to funds, and therefore it is not a pumping/dumping shitcoins, and therefore insane heights may be available in it, especially with the market capacity increasing day by day.
$1 might make sense, but most altcoins will rally above Bitcoin's rally, making 3$ is hard to be within 4 months.
In general, this does not prevent investment in it, but I do not think that the owners of the currency are trying to make it too high.

I had accumulated a lot of LTC for quite a long time and it was a total waste of my money if I consider the BTC gain. I'm really surprised that LTC wasn’t even in the pump for a single time.
