Regarding LBRY, I keep getting updates every few weeks plus they recently launched the android app. Feels genuine project imo.

If you are on android, use kiwi browser, it automatically scales down so you don't have to zoom in/out, however I am kinda used to zooming in/out that I went back to default browser.
Not sure why, but Bitcointalk kept closing the connection whenever I attempted to access it on Kiwi... No idea, try clearing data of app, restart your net connection or smth.

I'll add few more tips:
1) never root your android device, it's double edged sword. If you use your phone for financial tasks, stay far away from it.
2) Be mindful of permissions app requires. In most cases, accessibility, installing app packages, administrator are unnecessary.
3) use NetGuard, it basically stops apps from using your data unless you give allow.
Edit: I don't understand the list given, are those apps infected, should they be uninstalled if someone uses them?

...and here I thought my total 300 reported posts were good, people have this much just as unhandled

Bitcointalk should use geetest captcha like binance, it's much less annoying.
All kinds of captcha are annoying especially the one where you have to write an essay. Google recaptcha still allows you to bypass it some time by identifying the IP address. If you use VPN then these captcha can make your life miserable. Geetest captcha just requires to drag the slider.

To be honest, flash is dangerous. I can create an .swf file, upload it on my web hosting and then post it in here. And yeah, it can do lot's of things with the cookies bitcointalk.org stores. So I would suggest to admins, to remove it.
Even without those things, I'm actually surprised how this forum stays secure with the dinosaur forum software. Thank you for good laugh, you could also argue cash notes with old age coins, which I find to this day on treasure hunt days. Dinosaur forum software but material used looks quite solid

Start with stop making threads like this.

^ asking way too much plus it's just making things complicated. Been on many forums with mention system in place and I never encountered a user who tried to mention someone via profile link or uid.

I seacrh first some details of the apps then before downloading it , i always read the comments and feedbacks of those who downloaded the app, if the feedback isnt good i wont continue to download the app.
This works most of time but bear in mind that even fake apps can have positive reviews however almost always you will be able to realize that they are paid reviews. Paid reviews don't have originality that legit feedback does.

I ignore the bounty threads who use emojis/icons excessively, that makes it bit easier to sort out. But yeah, it looks messy, gotta agree with that.

Story is as follows:
I had some token that I received from airdrop. It got pumped few days ago, it was apparently an artificial pump as there was HUGE gap between bids and asks.
Whoever pumped this used to buy some orders from asks field, daily.
I figured, he was doing this 'daily' few days later.
So I finally decided to place order. Hoping for the best.
To my sheer stupidity, I directly placed the order without realizing that it's market order as default. My order got executed immediately.
Next day when I check the recent trades, that artificial pump is still going.
I was like fuck, fool and his money are soon parted.

Whenever you see one, report it via report to moderator option I don't understand why people create threads for these things.

Actually, that's a nice idea, in this quarantine my net has become kind of potato so I'd rather just surf the text unless necessary, yeah I know I can do the same in browser but spoiler tag would be better overall than enabling/disabling from settings.

I have been using it since last few years, it's working fine, claimed several airdrops, was fast & smooth. So far it's been ok. It's closed source tho and some have lost their funds. So exercise caution, for security nothing is secure as hardware wallets.
Hi Libert19, The only reason any user has ever 'lost' funds is because they failed to correctly backup their wallets or shared phrases with a scammer. As long as you backup correctly and never share your phrase with anyone then you have nothing to worry about. You can read about Coinomi's security features here: https://coinomi.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/29000016248Thank you, I didn't expect this response. This certainly helps with trustworthiness.
