4941  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is down a lot on: January 22, 2021, 12:25:52 PM
In my opinion, didn't gray capital invest a lot of bitcoin during this period? In such a short period of time, why has it dropped so much?
Does anyone analyze his current market information?
For bitcoin believers, these increases are nothing, but we'd like to know why. If you have a good idea, let's share it

The price is still high and no one really knows whether this is the last time we see it this low or not. in my opinion, this is only normal because before the price going to rise, it will go down first and after that, the price will spike to the point it create another record-breaking ATH. It's just a matter of chances or that's just it is. I mean, you can check its history, whenever the price goes down, it will gonna rise again anytime soon until its stop at its peak. when even the price goes down, it is one of the indications for us to bus to be able to earn from it.
4942  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy more Bitcoin on: January 21, 2021, 11:57:41 AM
That's one of the major news today and I think the price will rise again these coming days. you guys better prepare for the good to come. If we have some news like this, it is better to save some money for the right time to invest because the moment the price will rise after this news, I doubt we will see the price this low again. Even the news about the other Altcoin will be a great impact if there will be some people like this that will announce their support to the public.
4943  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Toronto women win jackpot lottery on: January 21, 2021, 10:58:13 AM
quite surprised to hear the amount she won was $60 million.  in my country, this kind of money is enough to buy hundreds of mansions.  amid this "PANDEMIC", their win is a great gift, but what amazed me was that they (her and her husband) always playing the same numbers for 20 years.

Quote
After playing the same lottery numbers for 20 years that came to her husband in a dream, a 57-year-old Toronto woman is $60 million richer.

Do any of you play the same trick as their (playing the same number always)??

https://toronto.ctvnews.ca/toronto-woman-wins-60-million-lotto-max-jackpot-with-numbers-husband-dreamt-of-20-years-ago-1.5271865

The odds of hitting of the jackpot in a lottery are very slim, whether if it's random or the same number you have been betting for several years it is pure luck. I know some people who bet in the lottery daily, which I think had been part of their daily routine which most likely happens to those who bet regularly in lotteries. I just hope they can value the money they have won and don't waste it. It's easy to go bankrupt even with millions of dollars if you don't know how to manage your money wisely.

Yeah, even though they've been doing it for years and finally get the odd this time, it's a stroke of pure luck there's no string attached here. Maybe some of you guys think that this is kind of something extraordinary has happened but trust me, most of the people who bet Lottery are those who don't change their numbers because they think that number would make them a millionaire someday and that's what happened here, it's the same as the other people who bet their own lucky number till now but too bad for them, there's no luck until now.
4944  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Any riots are stupid how the people so stupid? on: January 21, 2021, 04:38:27 AM
Do not ever underestimate the stupidity of people. You will be constantly amazed. Most people are stuck so far in the past they don’t even understand the things they’re mad about or how their actions effect others. They just cling to the first thing that they can pin their anger to and run with it. Some people just want to scream out of frustration and care little about the overall effects of their tantrums.

I remember this kind of stupidity when there was some kind of riot happens here in our country where a man was asked why he joined the riot, he just simply answer because he likes to be on the Television. what a dumb way to waste your life and also a man from the same event was asked why he participates in such a deadly act? he answers with a smile, I saw there were many people who join in and I think it will be more fun when I join them and they live happily in the prison together. That was more than 10 years ago but their stupidity still remains in my head. OgNasty was right, those kind of people cannot be underestimated regarding their stupidity.

4945  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs. Avni Yildirim - February 27 on: January 21, 2021, 03:52:50 AM
LOL, he aligned himself with Matchroom boxing just to get this fight? This is an easy fight for Canelo, a no name fighter, why don't he just wait for the winner of the Caleb fight or chase Billy Joe Saunders? Doesn't make any sense at all.

Anyhow, probably just another busy fight for Canelo before his supposedly return to fight in his native Mexico Cinco de Mayo.

I agree with this, his opponent will be easy for him. I mean can't they find him a worthy opponent? I'm not underestimating Avni Yildirim but this is obviously a mismatch for him. I think this is just for mere entertainment like that of Mayweather fight this year. If he lost to that kind of fighter next month, then that would be a total blowout for him and his career will be in jeopardy after that. Although his opponent is unknown, he should not lower his defense since anything can happen in the ring. He just needs to end this fight as usual.
4946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BIG questions about polkadot on: January 21, 2021, 03:26:20 AM
I have some BIG questions about polkadot, I hope someone can answer them.

1. The top 10 richest DOT addresses have more then 1/4 of total DOT supply. I don’t call this a decentralised cryptocurrency because of this reason. But who controls them? Can they create a massive dump whenever they please?

2. How can they offer a +10% staking rewards when already 9/10 of total supply is reached? How is that sustainable? Will staking only be available this year? Will they create more coins out of thin air?

Week ago price was $9.36. But now it became $17+ out of nowhere without any project announcement. So my take on DOT is pump and dump kinda coin. A very risky investment for the long terms.

What the top holders are those Top 10? then there is no doubt if one of them decides to dump his DOT in the market the price will sink in the bottom because that's lots of supplies you got there. Yeah! You're right with that reason polkadot is like ripples where they can control the supplies and the price of it in the market whenever they want to. You need to be careful investing in such kind of Altcoins or else you will wake up one day they already dump that 1/4 of total supplies already. to be honest I've been in this kind of situation where I invest in this kind of Altcoin, I figured it out early before they executed their plan, they dumped their coins in a matter of days before it got listed thankfully I sold mine before that.
4947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: January 21, 2021, 03:05:40 AM

He is expected to return against the Cleveland Cavaliers, which they are playing right now.

But Cavaliers has the lead, with 6 minutes left. And it seems that James Harden is unselfish and let Durant and Kyrie doing the scoring load, but Harden has 7 assists already.

They are closing in on Cavaliers, might be a cliff hanger, so let's see how things work out for the big 3. If they lost, then we might be hearing a lot of negative media on the big 3.

They've lost this game but it's fine since this is the first time these guys playing together as a team. maybe they just need some more games to fix their chemistry and as we can see the score is high on both teams so they were able to catch up with the Miami Heat they can't just beat them maybe because they are missing their shots in the 4th quarter so it ended up in two OTs. nevertheless, this game was fine and good for Miami to defeat such kind of a team, they are really one of the top contenders. If they can just get some straight wins there's some chance to get back in the top 8.

4948  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Good Wife show: Bitcoin for Dummies episode 9 years ago on: January 21, 2021, 02:41:52 AM
That was one of the great histories of Bitcoin and these guys have contributed a lot since then. the fruit of their dedication has been paid off today and the best thing is, their deeds still earning some praises until today. Just like the Pizza incident these guys also have some pages dedicated to them in the history of bitcoin. We too can do that, if we work together to promote it to others by educating them on the right bitcoins, not the one they heard from a Ponzi scheme site, we will also have some memories to share after some years from now.
4949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Paquiao VS Connor McGreggor? on: January 20, 2021, 11:29:05 AM
I'm sure McGregor is going to hype this fight to try to convince people that he can beat Manny Pacquiao just like he did with his fight Mayweather but every comparison points to Pacquiao's advantage over McGregor in terms of skills, experience and power, his chances to win is slim but it's going to be interesting how McGregor will fare to Manny Pacquiao.

This one is different because no matter what words he throws on Manny, he doesn't get anything until they get on the ring. Let's just see considering McGregor's attitude before the fight, he has always some words to say and that would be better than Thurman's taunt when he called Manny Pacquaio Tirex Arms. That same T-Rex arm has caused so much damage to his stomach he felt it after their fight.
4950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum ATH just surpassed $1440 and dettached from BTC's price coupling on: January 20, 2021, 10:43:04 AM
That's expected from the way of Ethereum because they are the ones who caused the other Altcoins to increase their price as well because of their current trend in the market Ethereum is now the most popular Altcoin to invest your money with and there will be a high tendency of its price to continue to rise until next month. So hold your horses' guys and continue to hodl your ETH. You never know but I have a feeling that it would cross the $5000 mark this 1st quarter of this year because of its current popularity to the investors unlike ripples, Ethereum has no controversy or whatsoever.
4951  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does anybody have any suggestions for investing in Bitcoin? on: January 20, 2021, 10:19:13 AM
The trading attitude is very important, and it is also very important to control the position. Only by knowing how to control losses can you have a chance to make a profit. Do not invest blindly. Pay more attention to market trends like visiting crypto news site coindesk.com but I will also recommend to you to take a look at the ZB.com research report.

Yeah, people should consider educating themselves about the current situation of the market rather than jumping to invest blindly without knowing the stories about it. In this kind of investment, you don't need to take whatever they said because most of what these people say is in their own opinion to make their coins popular to others to give them false hope. You need to make your own research to save yourself from such things or else you only lose your investment from nothing.
4952  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Naoya Inoue vs Michael Dasmarinas (No date yet) on: January 20, 2021, 07:10:16 AM
Even though he is not fighting Casimero this time, I think Dasmarinas will be a worthy opponent for him and this man can also do what Casimero does in the ring but of course, he needs some good training and perseverance to beat Inoue and also need to counter that killer body shot which Inoue has. I hope they will release the date soon since both fighters are eager to fight this early quarter of this year so that they will have some more fights after that whatever the outcomes of the fight maybe.
4953  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dont stay in crypto too long on: January 20, 2021, 06:02:16 AM
The thing is, the longer I stayed in this industry, the high the amount of money I earned and last year was the best thing I did because I didn't quit crypto even though I lost some of my capital. The fruit of my perseverance and patience has been harvested last December and continues until today. I know your point about the sec controlling the other Altcoins but they won't get their hands on Bitcoin. If they want to, they could have that long ago but those guys completely helpless regarding the things about Bitcoin and all they can do is watch the market. They can touch the other cryptocurrencies but with Bitcoin, they don't really mind cause they can't do anything about it.
4954  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: January 20, 2021, 05:21:59 AM
Nets have a 4-win streak now

Yea, Durant-Harden tandem looks amazing, and I guess that Brooklyn will win the next match against the Cavs. Also, we will probably see a big trio in action for the first time because Irving rejoined the team today.

Since they've been dominating their last two games, the fans are eager to see those two and I think the most watch game for tomorrow will be the Brooklyn Nets VS Cleveland Cavaliers. If they also dominate this upcoming game then we will see one of the best contenders in the NBA playoffs or maybe in the NBA Finals. Who knows that these guys' chemistry will also improve with Kyrie Irving and they will reach the NBA Championship with that.

4955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long will this scam go on? on: January 20, 2021, 04:59:44 AM
In just 11 years of cryptocurrencies existence we've seen a series of shitcoins coming up, making a choice on which coin to hold aside $BTC & $ETH $BET $DOT $ADA & LINK is becoming difficult, how best can I get to know more viable  projects like the ones I already have? When will the proliferation of shitcoins in crypto space stop? Who will check mate the proliferation of shitcoins?

After they've done with their scam and manage to steal some money from their victims, they will create another scam unlike we have seen before in this industry that will continue until they will get caught by the authorities. If now, they will remain forever and will create another fake giveaway or alike of it to fool people and to steal their money without them knowing it. Thankfully we have some people who know how to counter their scams and those people are the ones who always posted it here to prevent others from getting scams. You can go to the Beginners & Help section to know how these scammers operate.
4956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I wanna buy or take over coins which are listed on Probit. on: January 18, 2021, 12:55:36 PM
Just a warning sign, remember when you are doing a P2P transaction with someone always used ESCROW otherwise the potential you get a scam was really high. Is that coin an ICO coin that is not listed on the exchange?

Or the coins already listed on some exchange, If yes then why need to buy outside from the exchange.

This should be done or else you will feel regret, Take this advice from a man who was a victim of no escrow trade. I just felt that he is telling the truth when I tried to trade with him and the result is not pleasing because after I traded him my coin there were so many reasons one after another until he ended up not replying to my message and that's when I thought I got scammed. That's why you need to consider this warning and any other people who wanted to trade in this industry without escrow. Don't believe everything they say until you guys use an escrow to begin your trade.
4957  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: January 18, 2021, 11:54:16 AM
Zion had an incredible night against the Kings. 13-15 from the floor and a few posters to go with it. That guy is an athletic marvel. I wish we could put up money to get paid every time he dunks on someone.

That guy is amazing and he added one poster tonight in his collection by dunking on that other known player. Chimezie Metu has some good defence but can do nothing to the athleticism of Zion which made him like a child after that failed block. you can see it here guys in case you missed it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N50AA2oCPJg&ab_channel=MLGHighlights
4958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Here's why I'm leaving Bitcoin on: January 18, 2021, 11:30:07 AM
Well, it's not always good news for the rest of us there's always someone like OP who didn't get it work with his life about BTC. Now that you are leaving, there are lots of people who are newly introduced to the Crypto industry every day and most of them stayed the evidence for that is the current price in the market right now because if it's not for the new investors those old holders are not able to make the price up to this high. Thanks for the new support of the big companies and other people who trust bitcoin up to this point.
4959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: king of TPS ? (transactions per second) on: January 18, 2021, 03:00:09 AM
Is Solana is the quickest TPS ?

If we are going global, we need someting fast, cheap and effecient, state your choice for the mainnet crypto: Solana?
Nano speed = 7K TPS
Solana speed = 50K TPS

There are lots of Altcoins who can do this kind of things namely the EOS, XRP, and Tron but none of them has surpassed bitcoin popularity because nothing in this industry is more important than popularity no matter how good your project and what kind of innovation does it do when there's no one in the known people of this industry talk about it, you can consider your project dead soon unless you pay those guys to talk about your project in mainstream media then there could be a slight chance to promote it.
4960  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Paquiao VS Connor McGreggor? on: January 18, 2021, 02:28:47 AM
To be honest I don't see this as an interesting match, because the outcome of this battle is easy to predict. It should have been so easy for
Manny Paquiao to beat Connor McGreggor, I agree this fight is only for the sake of making money. Although many say that Paquiao's old age
has made his boxing skills decrease and there is a chance that McGreggor can beat him. This is not true, because I believe Paquiao's ability is
still better than McGreggor.

I doubt this fight will be like Manny's prime fight when he fought Morales or Barera because he is already at his peak in his career we need to be honest with this but the guy has some never-ending passion in his career because he loves to fight from the beginning until now so this match would be no different than the last time we saw him fought Thurman. I think if he given a chance to Knockdown McGregor, he would not hesitate to do so even in the earlier round. that's just how he fought and we appreciate having this kind of guy in the boxing world.
