I hate my life so much right now xD Who else bought on ATH? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) There will be new ATHs coming up this year, so just hold and don't panic. The time will come when we will look back on the December/early Jan highs and think - I can't believe that coins used to be that cheap!

I used to spend a lot of time applying for every airdrop that I could find. The problem is that most of them are just worthless, and this can be a big waste of time. Nowadays I only participate in airdrops when it looks like a professional and viable project. Often wasted airdrop time can be better spent working for bounties.

They are both good. NEO does probably have more room to grow, and may be technically superior to ETH - although ETH is more proven. I would say hold both.

Which coin do you think will go 10 times within the next few months?
If you are looking for 10x over such a short time frame, then you should probably look outside the top 50, maybe outside top 100. This is where the massive increases are - but also where there is higher risk, so DYOR and be very careful. Identifying a good upcoming project and getting in at the ICO pre-sale is probably your best chance of 10x.

The founder of ETHEREUM said that over 90% of ICOs are scams. By participating in an ICO, you give your money to a project that probably will never happen. Every day a new ICO comes out ... but what surprises me is that many people invest their savings in these very high risk projects. I think it is much better to invest in real projects already listed on the stock exchange .... of which you know everything well ... For example, BANKERA looks like an ICO scam .....
I strongly disagree with this. Yes there are some scams, but the vast majority of ICOs are genuine. If 90% were scams, then no-one would bother with any bounty work. You're suggesting that almost every ICO is like Benebit - that's clearly not the case!

The falls over the last day or so are just a reminder that we haven't yet cleared the bear market. Now is the time for either holding or buying, but not the time for selling. I think the markets will stabilize soon.

Hello.
do you think it's a good time to invest in Ethereum?
Yes, now is a good time to invest in whatever your favourite coin is as we have had a big dip and everything is still at a discount. ETH is a long way short of it's all time high, so yes, if you are going to buy in now is a good time.

No crypto-savvy eye missed Ripple’s remarkable journey in 2017. Ripple (XRP) Prices Heading For $2 In 2018 ? Is it possible
There is more and more good news coming out for Ripple and XRP, and as usual this translates into no price change whatsoever. I'm expecting another huge surge at some point. $2 seems a pessimistic estimate, I'm anticipating a new ATH in 2018.

I think that people are tiring of these endless forks. I don't think Bitcoin Private will achieve anything. Bitcoin Gold seems irrelevant as well, and I don't see what Bitcoin Cash offers either. The things that these forks claim to provide are already offered in a better and more tested way in numerous alt coins. There is no legitimate need for any of these forks, they are just a money grab.

Lets discuss, the relatively little known or not so popular coins, that are showing potential to become major league players in the future. I am jotting down 3 of my discoveries with brief descriptions of each coin, as to why I believe it will grow in strength:-
1. Jetcoin: Korean coin, investing in Sports (Football). I have been tracking this relatively unknown coin & have seen it grow in price & popularity. It has started sponsoring football matches in Korea along with other things. Can be a future gem. 2. TaaS: Among the first crypto funds that invests in Cryptocurrencies and pays dividend each quarter. It works like a mutual fund & in the last 6 months has performed well & paid good returns. 3. DBC (Deep Brain Chain): Nice concept, yet not in the front scene. Working on AI with a solid team.
I personally have faith that all the above coins will be goldmines in the next 2 years.
Whats your selection of hidden gems.
I've heard of Deep Brain Chain, and agree it could be a winner. I don't hold any, but it's one I've been looking at. Not heard of the other two. I'm not keen on sports coins in general so I'd rule out Jetcoin, but I will have a look at TaaS.

I think that it will continue to rise. It is still under active development, and Lightning Network could be a game-changer. I think that it will continue to rise, although it could at the same time still continue to lose it's percentage of market share.

In my opinion , ETH is now more hot than BTC because the explosion of ICOs base on ETH Blockchain. During the recent dip, ETH price even a little come up, all altcoins and BTC holders lose funds but ETH holders still have profit. So i think that ETH will reach BTC price this year. What do you think guys?
There is certainly a chance that ETH will overtake BTC in cap this year. When ETH moves to the hybrid PoS system we should see at least a partial resolution of the scaling issues. But one thing I've learned in my time in crypto is never underestimate BTC. This is under active development as well, and if LN comes in it could be a game-changer and lead to a huge BTC price rise, which could suck value away from all of the alts.

Smart contracts for me, this will be huge. IoT would also be a good option, but I have some reservations about IOTA. I'm hoping to find an IoT project that really grabs my attention.

Bitcoin, Ethereum, NEO for me at the moment. I do hold others for quite a long time, but these three are the constants.

For bounties I tend to hold. There are a lot of bounties out there, so you have to pick and choose only those that you think are worthwhile - and if you think it is a good project, there is no reason to sell the coins. So I hold all of my bounty coins.
Airdrops are different - if I think it is a good project then I hold, but if it is just free coins then I sell as soon as I think it is a good time.

Yes, I have some, mainly as a contingency in case it replaces ETH. It does appear to be a very sound project with some really rigorous testing. The only real issue for me is that the project is very early at the moment, and the price seems to be based more on hype than on the merits or otherwise of any working product.

Hi guys! I've seen recently this new ICO called Ethereum Cash Pro, they are offering 10,000 coins for signing up. I admit that I find all the details very sketchy, but I didn't find any negative review so far. Do you know something about it? What do you think? The link (no referral) https://www.ethereumcashpro.com Judging just by the name, it sounds like it is just latching onto the Ethereum name and hoping that will be enough to sell a few tokens. I would advise to stay away.

Hi All,
I currently have the following:
ADA 14% TRX 65% XLM 5% BTC 16%
What are your opinions? should I hold them or invest in other coins?
I think that you have way too much TRX, that is a big gamble. I would advise to get some ETH, or at least spread some of the TRX % into other coins.

It's a bit of a mess legally as different countries' governments have different rules, which is why some airdrops are now doing KYC to be sure they're compliant. But it is indeed another avenue for scammers to take valuable information, too. In general I think it will make people more reluctant to join airdrops.

We are still in the period where prices need to establish a solid base. I don't want mega rises yet, I want coins to establish solid fall-back prices to provide a barrier against falling in the next bear market. After we've had some stability we can have a rise.
