Bitcoin has pass through many stage, limitations, attack and forks issue but its price keep on increasing from inception till now. At this time Last year bitcoin price was $450 but today it is $1245 that was over 180% increment in just a year. This is what we call blessing, that is making progress in the face of strong opposition!!
Indeed a blessing and many has been blessed already through bitcoin. I hope i will be one of the in the near future.
502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: September 19, 2017, 08:54:18 PM

I guess the best answer to that question is of course a BIG NO! Granted, China is a big contributor for the rise and adoption of Bitcoin and they are primarily the country involved with Bitcoin mining due to very cheap electricity cost.

Now, the Chinese government has its own agenda and I think in the long run Bitcoin can be running against those agenda so they are now thinking of slowly disengaging and disconnecting their citizens away from the cryptocurrency platform.

I know that whatever China will decide on the impact can be heavy on the market and this is shown with the recent decision banning the ICO projects and the unconfirmed total ban of Bitcoin exchanges though it is still a rumor and nobody would want to confirm.

Can cryptocurrency still go on and have a very optimistic future even without China as part of the equation?

Naaaaaa!!! Maybe for sometime it will affect the price but for sure it will recover it's value soon. China is just one of its contributors but bitcoin worldwide is getting more and more popular and people are engaging into it continuously.
503  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who can destroy Bitcoin ? on: September 19, 2017, 08:50:40 PM
Bitcoin is growing very powerfully but in this present scenario which factors can destroy or make its market value Zero.
If it can be destroyed i believed it has long been destroyed but amidst the ups and downs of its value it is all the more growing and still on the top.
504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency on: September 19, 2017, 08:42:34 PM
Yesterday the Central Bank of Albania issued a warning about the uncertain and unsafe nature  of cryptocurrencies
They called on people not to get involved. Should we be afraid or the banks are!

We have nothing to be afraid of banks should. If cryptocurrencies will be in circulations and people barely use the country's currency then there will be a decline in the bank's profit.
505  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to solve world hunger ? on: September 17, 2017, 03:50:33 PM
what for?

there are peoples who want only to eat and have sex, while doing nothing for the development of the country.

let them starve.
This made me laugh. You are very right. There is a saying also that says "the lazy should not eat" so your opinion is supported.  Grin

507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it fucking Christmas!!! on: September 14, 2017, 04:36:10 PM
Everything is on sale!!!  I am saving a shit-ton of money.  Buying crypto all day long.  God this came at just the right time.
Good you only buy crypto but there ate those who feel obligated to buy gifts for loved ones and don't have money to buy. Disgusting. Why can't Christmas just pass with out extravagant spending?
508  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin now the strongest currency in the world? on: September 12, 2017, 08:57:52 PM
After the events of last week.

I was making this suggestion to some folks yesterday, but they claimed that bitcoin is too small.  Does it matter?
When you say strongest must have been tested through time. Bitcoin is even less than a decade though rising fast but it is still not enough to say it is the strongest. I believe $$ is still the strongest.
509  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: September 12, 2017, 08:44:17 PM
I heard that bitcoin is a good investment for making a huge profit in the future , is that right ? Because i want to buy some bitcoin in these days .
Those who have not invested in the past when bitcoin price was  still very cheap i think somehow they regret for not doing so and those who have invested and has turn their bitcoins into a huge amount of money today are being praised and envied. I believe until now it is still worthy of investing your money into it since speculations are giving a big hope for bitcoin users in the future.
510  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: September 10, 2017, 03:50:24 PM
No i dont think so. Poverty is like an epidemic that spreads everywhere in the world. Even the considered richest countries still have poor people. And i don't see in what way bitcoin should cure poverty. In some way maybe to lessen or rescue unemployed people but that too is doubful because not everyone is easily convinced and not everyone is knowledgeable on bitcoins. Not all believes in bitcoin too.
511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: September 10, 2017, 03:36:56 PM
Bitcoin is being used widely in porn sites, gambling and drug dealing sectors. Is that why the btc made for ? I have seen a lot of members in this forum discussing about buying drugs, gambling and enjoying porn with bitcoin. Is not it a misuse of a currency ? Block chain tech is a awesome tech and btc is getting popular. I hate these misuses of precious btc. It hurts me. This will lead into unhealthy society along with unhealthy future generation.
I feel you but there is nothing much we can do about it. Bitcoin is an asset, like money possessed by you, nobody can dictate you on what you should do with your money. Same with bitcoin. No one can rule over you on where you should spend or put your bitcoins.
512  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? on: September 10, 2017, 03:26:49 PM
Personally, if I'm in a coffee shop or any store with some people, I pull out my wallet and subtly show them my Xapo debit card. Then they get curious on what kind of card is that since it doesnt look like the usual Mastercard or creditcard. Then I explain it from there on.

What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? Smiley
I show them my physical wallet. Since it is empty so they will ask where the money is. It's in my BTC wallet  Wink
513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Gambling Campaigns Halal or Haram from Islamic point of View? on: September 10, 2017, 07:33:48 AM
Are you kidding?

No one can make that decision for you. You need to consider your faith, your devotion to your faith, and how this activity aligns with or violates those beliefs.
Exactly. You should know your faith. What does you religious law is telling you. But gambling is gambling we all know that it involves money or something similar but i dont think signature campaign is the same. We work for it and we get paid for our work. It is like being employed and u get your salary from your work. Campaigns are work but it still depends on what your religion is telling you what to and what not to do.

I dont think so. China is only a part of it's contributor to it but over all bitcoin is getting its fame more and more everyday everywhere and people are getting more and more enthusiastic about it as they hear from the news, read from anywhere in the internet, hear it from mouth to mouth talk. People who've never heard and tried it before are getting thirsty about it and all these for sure are another potentials for bitcoin to be strong again.
515  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you Think we Are alone in the Universe? on: September 08, 2017, 08:19:04 PM
it is a question that people still argue on,
I believe that we are not alone in the universe but I still am interested in hearing others opinion on this.
There are speculations of aliens but still not sure. If indeed there are aliens then we are not the only living creatures in the universe.
516  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: September 08, 2017, 07:58:00 PM
I have think of it and i have save up bitcoin just a the small amount because i have plans for it to have fun like travelling didn't even save it for future purpose. so i wanted to know what are you going to do with your bitcoin if you save bitcoin. Why do you save bitcoin for? and why? what is the purpose why you save up bitcoin to your wallet and not to spend it.
For fun, for future, for life, for living. However you would want for you money or income from your secular job can also be with bitcoin. Can store, invest, save and so on and so forth.
517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you have some BTCs, why not have some Gold too? on: September 08, 2017, 07:52:11 PM
They all beautiful.
Honestly, i like the idea. Gold is also one of my investment dreams. If i be earning much in bitcoin, will put some in gold also. It can be an inheritance to my children's children too.
518  Economy / Economics / 1Bitcoin as a gift from someone on: September 07, 2017, 09:03:02 PM
If you be given a gift of 1BTC by someone and for you this amount is already something you did not expect. Will you sell your bitcoin right away and convert it into cash or just keep it for a better price to come or invest it or what?
519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Your Bitcoin Dream? on: September 07, 2017, 08:52:07 PM
Okay, I am just making that headline short and sweet. What I mean is: What is one big dream that you want to realized out of your Bitcoin income? No matter how small or big it is, please share it with us here.

As for me, I have a big dream of having my own 10-hectare farm somewhere here in my locality and I want to stuff that area with all the fruits I can find here and with my main products which are cacao and coffee.

I guess I have this special connection with the soil and the land that is giving us the food and sustenance daily. And who knows maybe years from now I can be able to issue tokens out of that farm...something like AgriTokens or AgriCoins.

Please share your dreams!
I'm dreaming of buying 10 more condominium units and get rented. That would a solid, stable and tangible income every month. Then settle in the village buy or build a house and fish ponds and live the kind of life i am dreaming of there.
520  Economy / Economics / Re: Being a Smart Person or Strategic on: September 05, 2017, 04:18:27 PM
Is it enough to be smart with just nothing to lean on and go on with your life? Because i feel that there are a lot of people who doesn't know how to handle their money with regards to see in the future. Is it enough to be smart and not be strategical or somewhat a person who has a lot of experience. Who would you choose?

For me it is required to be a master of both things like of course you can not have experience if you are not going to try and some people would think it's a waste of their time if they are doing what they know already like repeating their work over and over again. So it should be in a balance.
I dont really get the question. For me being not strategical is ignorance. That is not being smart. To be smart one has to know some strategies specially when it comes to handling their own finances. One has to be smart and find for ways or strategies in which he can do the best out of his money. To invest or save or what type of investments he is going to put it into.
