We have a Coder who made us an offer to finish the Code. He has now 6 Projects and need to finish this first (he need for this aprox. 30 Days). Then he will be able to finish the code for $2000 and he will need aprox 30 Days for this work.
This is such absolute bullshit. A coder who is already working on multiple other projects and claims he can finish CLOAK in 30 days. I can tell you exactly what will happen once he is paid and the 30 days have passed: "Well, I tried my best, but it turns out it is a lot more work than I anticipated. If you would just give me 30 more days and another $2000 though ... oh, you won't? kthxbye!" we use escrow payment if you dont know how it works i can explain you this with pm! |

The btc gathered will be used to pay towards the inevitable costs using the auditors that Alty has been in touch with or any others for that matter. I have been in close contact with Alty recently and he gave me a copy of the source code so I feel that I'm in a good position as a long term cloak holder to handle this process.

So who is that auditor that every user of CLOAK would blindly trust with their money? And how would that be "trustless"? And what would stop the devs from inserting a backdoor into the closed source AFTER the audit? Or would all development stop after the audit?
