we have limited the max buy amount of cloaks to $50 i think this reduces the risk.
The idea of buying CLOAK via paypal is not a replacement of exchanges it is more to help new comers to buy a few cloaks easily + its a way to help our dev, funding new projects with this buy option. (the exchange rate is also a little higher as market cause service and so on, this higher rate goes to our dev funding pot)

Donations for the promotional campaigns has been emptied a long time ago with no PR. We got 2.31 BTC for donations… We bought with the full amount of BTC, a good amount of CLOAKs in August 2015. The coins are stored in our wallet. 20.000 CLOAKs are at the moment available to fund promotion and development. After final wallet we will start the promised promotion campaign… So don’t worry, the donations are in good hands  |

Seems like Cryptsy cause the Server/Explorer issue. We have switched off market data from cryptsy and explorer is back online now.

trying to clean up all the inputs on my addresses. under coin control I select inputs > select the transactions i want to use> send those to desired address> then i get 2 error messages. The first is blank with an Red X. The second says "Error: Transaction creation failed". What do i need to do?
it seems you had to much inputs before... best solution is you wait without staking and without any creation of new inputs like sending or receiving new coins. It will take a little time few hours or you wait 1 day then best is you create one big input how to do this see here: http://forum.cloakcoin.com/topic/89/minting-staken-with-more-weightThen if you have 1 address with 1 input you should never have again this errors. i hope i could help ok I tried this and it didn't work. How about Bittrex verified market. How about the new exchange. It is desirable decentralized. How about the Craptsy situation.  Cryptsy is taking an hour of downtime on Friday to replace equipment, all wallets offline for about an hour. Perhaps they have identified the problem.... Craptsy 2012-2015 Amen  So, what exactly did Cryptsy do to you to warrant this attitude? They didn't get to be known as craptsy because of their stellar service. If they do manage to get all the problems resolved and the wallets back on line (IMHO I don't see that happening) I would highly suggest moving all coins you may there somewhere else. the past teach us not to trust any exchange just hold you coins in you wallet and move then only to an exchange if you decide to sell some... A centralized exchange will be never enough secure imo... that why we need in future p2p exchange solution, what is also one of our project visions. |

Sorry for what might be a noob question here, but has anyone from development contacted Bittrex about not de-listing Cloak?
If Craptsy do collapse and Bittrex de-list, both of which look likely, it's going to be a big blow for anyone trying to trade in cloak.
i have contacted bittrex and wait for answer and options what they suggest but atm it seems there is enough volume to stay on bittrex so stay cool |

Last generated block 6 days ago, had this issue first time 5 days ago or something when kinda catching up a month or so.

The side Projects like Twitterbot, Android Wallet and co this all was not made by our Coder "Indigo" he promises us from begin he will finish the POSA3-Wallet but cause many reasons from his side he didn't!
It was not our fault cause we have 100% trust in him and his delay made this bad situation for us all.
I am really sorry for this and i feel same like you all and i have also invested much of money in this project.
At the moment i am negotiate with 2 more coders to finish finally the POSA3 wallet cause i can't and don't want wait anymore for "Indigo" cause he said self he don't know when he able to finish this work!
So don't think its always our all fault, sometimes things happened in universe but not always for our bad .)
