Poloniex should be abandoned as soon as possible. They are frequently withholding withdrawals. They make it subject to additional investigation and it takes like 36 hours and more to make a BTS transaction. I believe they to that shit on purpose.

We are working our way up slowly but steady!  It could still take quite some time until Stratis becomes a multi billion dollar coin because people who today find out about BTC will need some time to find out about Stratis. Thats why I think it is important to do whatever we can to draw attention to Stratis. |

The dollar price of bitshares is strongly tied to the price of bitcoin and if bitcoin is now going down, it will be difficult to reach the former peaks.
Yeah, it looks like that Bitshares and Bitcoin has strong correlation. But I tend to think it is rather a negative correlation?? Every single time BTC goes up BTS goes down. Seriously, when was that not the case for the last time? |

True supporters and holders, enjoy the ride, BUY the dips support stratis and u will be happy at the end. This team is here to stay this tech is here to stay. A young company like this, has alot of grow potential. I will keep supporting this project <3. Aiming for the $100 dollar! we can do this!

Currently we have a drastic movement on the price of Stratis after lingering for a while . Hopefully it will become a momentum that will surge ahead prior to the launch of Breeze Wallet with full functionality on the main net.
Looking at Bittrex, some solid momentum builds, and then a whole lot of coins get dumped all at once. This has been repeating a few times. Whales trying to supress it til closer to the 11th? That's not in our control. The only thing we can do is buy if we think the price is undervalued  I believe whales are always trying to disguise the real pump as good as possible by building up all these small fake momentums. And then when they seriously pump Stratis people bet on selling a bit higher and rebuying lower and the moment will come when that does not work out This is why I'm hesitant to actually do this. Sure you might make some small amount of money on these swings, but if you miss out on the real pump you will lose out overall in the end. In the end this kind of trading is just gambling unless you have the power to manipulate markets. Yes I quit doing that almost completely some time ago. I very rarely trade some coins back and forth but my major holdings won't be touched unless I deem it absolutely necessary. And Stratis is one major long term holding. Let the whales play their game as long as they don't forget to make us patient people rich as well  |

BTS withdrawals and deposits have been re enabled on Poloniex
It was about time man how long have we been waiting to regain access to our money? I bet they made use of the situation and did some nice arbitrage while the price on Polo was ridiculously low. |

I have been hearing alot of good things about monaco all over the web and it looks like the price is starting to reflect the progress. Can't wait to see these cards in action, monaco is going to be a game changer to world wide currency.
Yea price is steadily going up, we are currently trading on about $7 so i guess it will be safe to assume that we will trade at $10 by the year-end. If it is safe to assume you should go very long on MONACO tiny little bit worried that we won't hit 10 dollars maybe? |

Ok, yesterday BTS was listed on Binance exchange and is curently trading at around 1800 satoshi.
i have some BTS stuck on Poloniex exchange where the trade price is around 1400 satoshi. Poloniex has disabled deposits and withdrawals and stating just this: "BTS is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/network issues. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the BTS team. Any updates must be tested and audited before enabling".
Could it be that they are afraid of loosing funds from exchange due to a better trading price at Binance exchange and waithing for a price corection, or is BTS actually under maintanance.
Does anyone has info about delisting BTS from Poloniex, since it was delisted from Bitrex.
Or does anyone have info about how long will this situation on Poloniex last?
The Bitshares team doesn't care about this thread it seems. And there is no announcement either concerning the wallet problems at Poloniex. I start thinking that Poloniex currently is making big money by buying BTS cheap on their exchange and selling it high on other exchanges. It's very possible and for us that means our coins will be stuck for as long as they can conduct this false game with a profit. |

Decentralized marketplace for programmers, designers and musicians. Wouldn't it be better if you focus on a specific niche in the beginning rather than cover a huge spectrum? It's a lot of development and a lot of resources and as of now you don't even know how much funding you will have available.
The digital resources available from the marketplace will satisfy all the customers needs to create a project (Website, App, Game, Soundtrack, Video Clip, Illustration). Without programmers, designers and musicians, these thinks can't be done. The marketplace core is already running but needs the blockchain integration (CRFT Payment module replaced with the currently Paypal, CC, Wire modules) https://store.craftr.io I think that this is doable and there are more complicated projects than a restricted marketplace (shop)  I guess I got that a little bit wrong then. Can price of STRAT increase to 50$ after release stable version of Breeze?  i don't think so. I wouldn't doubt Stratis. Fifty dollars may not happen immediately but it could happen once Stratis becomes well known for it's technology. Chris has said that he wants Stratis to be in the top 3. If that actually happens, imagine what the price of each Stratis will be worth. A lot of other companys are telling their investors that they want to be in the top 3 or at least top 10.... time will tell. Lol, yeah. It's good he aims high, but totally unrealistic imo. I lost faith, too much competition coming up, but I wish good luck for this project to everyone. Would be interesting to know when he made the statement about top 3. Things changed a lot during the last few weeks and it would require a $25 billion market cap for top 3, which is equal to an 80x increase in price. That doesn't put us at $50 per coin, but more to like $250. Interested in this as well, is that statement still viable these days? Yes, it is. Here is what Chris said. And also, if the whole market crashes so that the top 3 are below $25 billion, oh lord, I am pretty sure STRATIS will also be below $25 billion. This is not to say that I don't believe in Chris' capabilities and determination, but I am just realistic here. Read my last post again before making assumptions. I never said Bitcoin will drop below $25 billion marketcap. I said, who's to say it will take a $25 billion dollar marketcap to be number 3. Bitcoin and Ethereum will stay where they are now. If Bitcoin doesn't drop significantly, other coins will benefit from that and also stay relatively high. I doubt BCH will drop very low as that is a political game which might keep us busy for quite some time. $5 Billion will definitely not be enough to become spot #3. I bet we can realistically expect for a #3 coin to be above $15 billion at current times. And that is quite a way to go for Stratis. |
