501  Local / Politics and society (Naija) / Re: The cause of inflation on: February 06, 2024, 10:39:57 PM
Many of us thinks the rise of inflation and the weakness of the naira currency is because of the new government we have in the country.  Before now a state governor was complaining about how the past government was printing of money, and many people thought it was just propaganda which they took it very lightly.  The hardships and the high inflation rate we are seeing today is as a result of printing money that has been taking place longtime ago.

The cause of the inflation is nothing but as a result of printing money that is naira is losing value constantly everyday. The economy has never been bad like this, we are facing the consequences of wrong economy doings.
Printing money alone cannot be the only cause of inflation in the country, first you must understand the market play, the demand and supply factor. inflation for Nigeria is majorly caused by the rise of dollar as against the naira, because most of the goods we consume are imported into the country and for those of them that import this goods into the country they pay using dollar and once the dollar is high against the naira, they will always add prices to the goods they sell and in turn this will cause what we call in economics a "multiplier effect", that is it will trickle down to the list commodity seller in the country. More like you don't expect me to buy your pepper for 100 naira and you think I will sell my onion for 50 naira. So this market forces are basically the causes of inflation in an economy and most times it can be controlled by government agencies to checkmate the excesses of those of them that just inflate price unnecessarily without any just cause.

Don't be too proud of Roma's winning streak and you have to see who Roma's opponents are before bragging about De Rossi.
I say this doesn't mean I don't like Roma or their coach, but we have to wait longer to see whether De Rossi really has a positive influence on Roma and we can see that from the final results of this season.
Verona, Salernitana and Cagliari are just weak clubs, of course Roma easily beat these three clubs, but we also have to see how strong Roma is against a big club like Inter, which Roma will face later.

If Roma can put up resistance and are able to at least hold a draw, I'm sure De Rossi can become a coach that Roma will be proud of and of course they still have high hopes for competing in the UEL.
We'll see if Inter is able to beat Roma.
It seems that what you said is very understandable. Because after all, several of the teams that Roma and De Rossi have played against are still teams that have low rankings in the Serie A standings this season. So the real test is true, it will be in the match against Inter Milan next week.

But Roma will be very lucky in the match next week because Roma will be the host of the match. So if AS Roma is in their best performance then perhaps Roma could be successful in holding Inter Milan to a draw.

And that's when we might start to see that De Rossi is indeed a really great coach for AS Roma.
It's not about being too proud but rather facing the reality of what's going on at the moment in the capital club since coach De Rossi came in as head coach of the team,  De Rossi has succeeded in transforming As Roma into a formidable team, instilling in his players the winning mentality to win games anywhere which was what the team lacked for years and now they can play and score much goals unlike the era of jose maurinho when they hardly score much or end up with 1 or two goals making them look like a youth team.

Manchester City seems to be playing much better with Kevin De Bruyne returning to the team after recovering from an injury. Even though Manchester City did fall behind by a goal against Brentford yesterday, they are still able to retain most of the ball possession with their passing game and eventually scoring 3 goals past Brentford to claim a nice victory. With just 16 remaining games left for Manchester City to play in this season, the return of Kevin De Bruyne are definitely a huge boost to the team overall attacking power.
De Bruyne is indeed able to move Man City's attack line to be better than when he was not there. So when he is on the field, the flow of attacks built by Man City seems to be better than before. Currently Haaland has also returned to playing. But he seems to need time to adapt again after he was absent for several weeks due to injury.

But so far Man City has an increasingly good chance of reclaiming the top position in the standings. Now everything will depend on Liverpool's performance. whether Liverpool will be careless or not in the remaining matches this season.

Now it is open,wide open the Premier League after Liverpool was defeated by Arsenal.Now Manchester City has real chances of bouncing back yet I think despite the lost game against Arsenal,Liverpool is still the strong contender to win the title.They have been the most consistent team no matter this bad last game they had.Most likely the players of Liverpool have been impacted by Klopp decision to leave though I think in the upcoming games they will start winning again.
I think Liverpool and arsenal are the favorite to win the premier league considering the recent happening at the moment in the English league. Manchester city have been very consistent after returning from the FIFA world club championship where they won the tournament for the first time in their history and later on had their talisman Kevin De bruyne return from a long term injury thereby giving the team a boost, ever since they have been winning every game making life difficult for rivals in the EPL and other competitions, however I feel the title is a bit out of their reach for now.
504  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: February 06, 2024, 10:20:32 AM
A draw was very fair for both sides, Real Madrid and Atletico had done their best to win this match, but the equal strength of the two teams made the match end in a draw. Girona was very lucky with this result, Real Madrid's loss of two points made the point difference even closer. Real Madrid is still the leader of the standings with a two-point advantage over Girona, Real Madrid still has the opportunity to widen the gap with Girona when the two teams meet next week.
Madrid derbies are always fierce and Atletico were a little lucky in this match because they finally managed to score an equalizing goal in the last minute, yes, a draw was quite fair for both teams.
And in another match, Girona also got a draw so there was no change in the battle for the top of the standings between Real Madrid and Girona and indeed the second match this weekend will be the deciding factor, Real Madrid has a slight advantage because they will play at home but this is a match between two teams top of the La Liga standings, it will definitely be very fierce.
I saw it coming before now, based on the outcome of the recent Madrid derbies this season seeing real and Athletico winning one apiece, so this draw was quite expected as either Real Madrid and Athletico Madrid failed to snatch all 3points thereby allowing Girona to closing in on them by two points making the title race more fierce yet open for Girona. As it is right now Real still has the chance to extend their lead when they play against Girona in the Spanish laliga in deccider match for which side would either maintain or take the lead at the top of the table.
505  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Crypto P2P market the cause of BDC operation closedown in FCT on: February 05, 2024, 10:31:10 PM
Is crypto P2P market the cause of BDC operation closedown in FCT? This is wrong.

Is this not funny? How is forex and crypto the same? Because there is shortage of US dollar supply, Bureau De Change operators in Abuja are blaming the crypto P2P. They are deviating away from the cause of the problem to bitcoin and other crypto P2P in Nigeria. Nigeria has continued to be a depending nation and rely mostly on imports than they are producing and exporting. They can not blame it on our government which are actually the primary cause.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/nigerian-analysts-refute-claims-of-crypto-role-in-the-capitals-bdc-shutdown

This video I saw on the news is worth watching. https://youtu.be/SAzM9BLG3fA?si=Kv0dmrWqVJYrTlU4

In the video, it is explained that cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and stablecoins are even helping for naira not to fall as it should have fallen. That if no cryptocurrencies, it would have been worse. What determines the price of naira to foreign currencies are mostly related to forex and not cryptocurrencies. Do you agree with his?
I believe at this point the government and some of these BDC operators are just hell bent on blaming anybody, because how can you tell me that the cryptocurrency P2P operation is one of the causes of shortage of US dollar supply in the country.
Of course Forex is one of the major determinant of the price of Naira to foreign currency, because it's the money market, and hence your currency is not traded, it begins to lose Value.
Cryptocurrency is just a digital currency, the equivalent of the amount of cryptocurrency you have can only be converted to your local currency and it will give you the value it worth in your local currency. cryptocurrency does not determine the value of your local currency, the value of your currency comes from the international market, hence the international market pegs your currency at a certain rate, that is it.
506  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: February 05, 2024, 09:51:59 PM
Liverpool is of course hoping for Manchester City to drop points here as that would allow Liverpool to get away with their loss quite cheaply, but since there is still more than one half to be played, I think that City will still win it.
Manchester City get their equalizer in the extra minutes of the first half from a good finish by Phil Foden. The Brentford goalkeeper saved many of Manchester City's ball that would have beat some goalkeepers. Brentford are not the first pick to win this game, but they managed to score first from an unexpected opportunity. Manchester City will play much better in the second half, Brentford have to come out prepared because other clubs in the premier league are depending on them to pick some points away from Manchester City.
Manchester City is not a team in the premier league that you will score 1 goal against and feel that you have either won or going to get a draw with them at the end. They will mount pressure on you that would make you to commit  for them to have the goals from behind and this is exactly what Brentford are going through at the very moment they scored the first goal of this game in the early minutes of the first half, now it's Manchester City that's leading with a 1:2 scores from Fodin. This is an opportunity for 2 points closer to Liverpool so Manchester City won't fail to claim it by all means as they are seriously fighting to find their way to the top of the table. I expect to see more goals before the final whistle at full-time all in favor of the cityzens.
I knew they were going to win this game even when Brendfort were leading by 1:0.There is something about this Manchester City team that no team in the premier league has,the way their coach,Pep Guardiola has conditioned their mentality is so incredible,they settle for anything less than a win,and when they are behind in 1 goal,they find avery means to equalise and win as soon as possible,and that has made the team so unique from any other team in the premier league.Brenthford are lucky to be able to get a goal in this encounter,which shows that they have a sharp attack as well,but I don't think they can get even a point from this game.
Same thing here, I knew Brentford wouldn't going to hold on for too long as Manchester City were fighting too hard to up turn the results in their favor, at the moment it's 3-1 and with the look of thing's Manchester City might score more, Kevin De Bruyne is playing like a wounded lion in midfield.  There are some teams that will hold Manchester City down after scoring one goal and will continue to pressure Man City and as the game is going you will easily predict that these people are going to outperform Manchester City with their style of play, and as well the kept the momentum, but looking at the way Brentford are playing even after scoring that first goal I knew it that Manchester City were  going to do the thinkable.
507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: February 05, 2024, 06:57:36 PM
~~~
Mathematically, Barcelona still has the possibility of that, but realistically, seeing Barcelona's unstable performance this season makes me think this is very unlikely.
The Barcelona team experienced a lot of problems this season which made their performance quite bad and it is true that the large number of injured players was the main reason for the inconsistent performance of the brand and also the team's strength which decreased rapidly, I think this is what made Barcelona not in take it into account again in the competition for the La Liga title this season.
Apart from having to improve the consistency of its performance, Barcelona's chances of winning the title this season really depend on the performance of the other two teams in the standings. Real Madrid and Girona are the two title contenders this season and Barcelona's chances could be better if Real Madrid and Girona drop more points in the remainder of the season. This is still possible so far even though personally I also doubt Barcelona's consistent performance, but they have done their best so far.
I do not ignore any opportunities that Barcelona has to return to its peak performance in the remainder of the season, but all teams and coaches will have difficulty getting their best performance if there are many players injured. Xavi was forced to play more young players brought in from the academy to adjust the team's strategy and needs in difficult times like this, that's not bad because everything has good performance even though it is not as perfect as expected.
No matter how far Barcelona have returned I don't think they are still going to meet up with Girona and Real Madrid especially Girona, because they are currently on fire, though Girona have dropped points and Madrid is at the top of league table, however Girona have six point difference with Barcelona and two point different with Real Madrid.
I still doubt if Barcelona will be able to maneuver their way above Girona at the moment, maybe they will have to maintain that third position till the end of the season, that's if atletico Madrid doesn't give them a good fight.
So they will have to give good consistency in their next games to maintain that position and to also go above it, which I see Barcelona not having at the moment.
508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your take on this Robert Kiyosaki's thought? on: February 05, 2024, 02:26:49 PM
we know that it's best to buy Bitcoin at DIP and Hold or sell it off at any convenient price above the amount we bought it. it's just reasonable to say that you've made your profit after you've successfully sold it at a value that is greater than the amount you bought it regardless of the profit you made. but Robert Kiyosaki, in a podcast suggests that you make your profit at the point you bought Bitcoin and not at the point you sold it regardless of the amount you sold it.
I understand the angle he Is coming from and it is that not being patient and selling your bitcoin during a minor bull could still not be all that profitable because the price of bitcoin can still rise above the amount you sold it which makes selling at that price unreasonable and that the reason why he suggest that you make profit at the point of buying bitcoin is probably because of the certainty that if you buy at the DIP, its almost certain that you're going to make profit in the long run.
 what's the guarantee that once you've bought bitcoin you are 100% certain that you've made profit.
At what point can you consider to have made profit in your bitcoin holding journey?
I don't understand the point Robert kiyosaki is trying to make, saying as and  when you bought your Bitcoin, that was when you made your profit, but not at the point you sold it in a higher amount. is Robert kiyosaki trying to sound philosophical here, because in plain English that's not making any sense to me.
 in answering your questions.
1: first you must understand that bitcoin is a digital currency that has value and it grows from time to time, however the growth can be in two ways, either the price goes up or it reduces, but even when it reduces, it will still go up after sometime, however you can enter the crypto market itself to observe the growth of Bitcoin yourself so you can get a guarantee of what you are doing and observe it for yourself.
2: on how you will know that you've made profit, is when you bought Bitcoin in a certain amount or price, and after holding it for a long time you can check to see the price value if it has changed from the original amount you bought it, if it changes and the price goes up it the means you made profit from your holding.
Arsenal have been very impressive with their attacking force,  Liverpool are not giving arsenal space is arsenal that are creating space for themselves, from Ben white, Declan rice, Martin odegaard and Gabriel have shown that arsenal are incharge of the midfield and they are here for serious business.
however Liverpool defence formation is not really doing a enough, they are the weaker link arsenal are using, but the frontliners for Liverpool have been putting some good effort, Gakpo, Diogo jota and Diaz are putting some pressure on the arsenal defence but it's not a enough, is maybe games like this that they need the experience of M.salah.
Arsenal actually played well in this first half, but some little errors caused them to concede a last first half minute goal as Liverpool leveled the score just before halftime.
There is enough to tell about the match for both teams, they are all been playing well in the first half and they are all very cautious of not to lose, nevertheless, the second half have enough to show us because the match will definitely not end in a draw.
Right from the first half, arsenal where doing a good job, their midfield and attack where perfectly fine even the only goal that Liverpool scored was an own goal, showing that Liverpool didn't do well in converting their chances, in other words Arsenal were the better team.
Liverpool played good footballer no doubt, because they came out and attack using the best three they have at the moment because of the absence of mo Salah,  but then it's just wasn't their day. Arsenal were really hungry and aggressive in wanting to score goals and it ended 3-1 in their favour.
510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: February 04, 2024, 05:18:27 PM
Arsenal have started the game really fast.  Smiley  Liverpool were giving them big spaces and Arsenal finally scored to get ahead by 1-0. Klopp must be really unhappy with the performance level he has seen so far. Liverpool need to improve their game defensively and offensively both. I think this is still a match that Liverpool can win. Arsenal are always likely to make mistakes in big matches when they face a strong team performance.
For now Liverpool are struggling to get past their own half on the pitch.  Sad
Arsenal have been very impressive with their attacking force,  Liverpool are not giving arsenal space is arsenal that are creating space for themselves, from Ben white, Declan rice, Martin odegaard and Gabriel have shown that arsenal are incharge of the midfield and they are here for serious business.
511  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Operation Rescue Naira on: February 03, 2024, 06:00:18 PM
Because of how our naira falls yakata to dollar over the years up till now, some of our Nigeria citizens don turn am to be business wey dem go open domiciliary accounts ordinary with the agenda of storing up dollars for profits nothing more. Although we get genuine Nigerians wey d store up dollar for personal reasons best known to them.
Because of the huge amount kept in a domiciliary account by Nigerians, ranging from about 30 billion dollars, the Tinubu government wan look into am. To know wetin the sub for that area of why Nigerians d like open a domiciliary accounts for banks. Whether na for salary payment, foreign exchange revenue, or for individual purposes. This situation must be addressed says our minister of finance, Wale Edun
The thing now become sae(the idea wey d FG come up with) the moment wey your dollar money drop for your domiciliary account, the bank go automatically change am to our local currency, equivalent to naira value to dollar at that time, and banks are go credit to your bank account immediately in naira.
Wetin be una take for this matter wey d FG come up with, concerning domiciliary account?
As for me na for peso to move em funds from domiciliary account to trust wallet after you don convert am to USDT.
I sae make I drop this information for here cos I believe sae em go be of help give many Nigerians.
I don't know who is advising the CBN governor on this particular measure he is taking, there is no crime in people storing up their money in domiciliary account in the first place, my Dom account can be to save up some dollars should in case I want to travel for an international trip, and there are so many reasons why people open them or is wale edun saying there shouldn't be Dom accounts again in Nigeria?
So if I deposit a dollar in my Dom account, they will automatically give me  a naira equivalent of it and which is in CBN rate and not in the parallel market rate which is big but CBN rate that is small. Funny enough if wale edun goes ahead with this plan, a lot people will withdraw their money and save it in another means that their currency will not be affected by some of these policies, they can as well change it to USDT and save it in one xchange wallet and collect it whenever they need it.
All this policies wale edun is bringing wouldn't strengthen the naira, a high level of production and  export is what we need to strengthen our naira, this thing is not rocket science na.
512  Economy / Economics / Re: Carbon markets and climate change mitigation, Are we in the right direction? on: February 03, 2024, 12:39:09 PM
I thought before now that there has been a clamor by international organizations and NGO's for countries to try and decarbonate themselves, which have led to the production of non-emitting carbon cars and engines and a great discouragement of usage of the fossil fuel, I hear everyday of green energy and the need to encourage green energy and stop in total the usage  of combustion engines.
I'm surprised to know that carbon is now being turned to a commodity that is being traded, however if there's a strong market for carbon and people are weighing in to get the product, then I don't see the carbon emission stopping anytime soon.
Surely the established system of carbon allowances with the ability to trade unused allowances is wrong. Caps on carbon emissions are necessary. But if a country has made some progress in reducing such environmentally harmful emissions, it should be incentivized in other ways, rather than being presented with the opportunity to sell its right to emit a certain amount of carbon. In addition, the volume of such permitted emissions must be reduced every year, thus stimulating countries to use alternative energy sources and other economical production methods.
For some of us that are from developing nation's, achieving this height of carbon reduction seems like an unending crisis, carbonization and usage of combustion engine are heavily still in use in most of our countries , so Alternative source of energy looks like rocket science to us, because the environment to which alternative source of energy can fully come into implementation has not been laid yet.
Before we can fully go into alternative source of energy and supportedly the green energy, world leaders needs to come together and there should be a political will power to end carbonization across the globe, and that political will power, will come with sacrifice and not just a smoke screen cacophony that politicians use to do.
513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Investment in gambling on: February 03, 2024, 07:56:20 AM
Some persons says gambling is not an investment due to its risky levels but a game of entertainment while some persons says investments are likely to be gambling because you don't foresee the future and can't predict the later outcome.
I think I am exploring in this gambling spaces of risk bearers. While being aware about the techniques in the Ponzi Schemes of attracting the audience to invest lower amount and earns higher, the Investors runs greedily out of their emotional controls and then Invest more than they could afford to loose just because they are attracted by the returns of interests.
Now I am one of the audience (investor) who accepted to face the risk too with my own technical contrast that if it works as thought it is assumed that I won but if it doesn't, then it is assumed that I was late and has lost it.
Now, introduced to an ongoing Ponzi Scheme which I got interest on but then, I tends to know how long the platform has been lunched and the number of participants so I would know the risk level I could be, then I learnt it is about a month launched with about 200+ participants.
Drastically, I feel they are not closed to hitting the scam (platform cashes) button yet because they have less number of participants with minimum of funds in the platform yet which determines the factorizations of them considering to hit the scam buttons.
Now, the platform is programed on daily interests accumulations which can be withdrawn on daily basis depended on individuals decisions.
I already invested $20 on two of my accounts which I have   also made a total of $26 in less than 3 days through the daily withdrawal methods and yet my daily interests keep accumulating and I am up to make more cashouts. Lol.
At this level, I hope if anything compromised maybe they finally hits on the scammed buttons I am of no lost but has profited. So, I awaits them to do their worse. 😆.
This is the level States of mind this gambling space has inspired and aspired me to risks bearing. By so doing, I undertake this circumstances to be an investment because it has the potential to yield incomes and otherwise, it is accompanied with a gambling system because it comes with some analytical mindsets with indictments of greeds if not in control of your emotions. So, you either not invest with what you can't afford to loose or you faces emotional breakdowns.
This is my exploit and diverse in gambling of chasing profits.
If I get your point clearly, your saying you've invested in a Ponzi scheme, with a calculated attempt that before it will crash, you might have withdrawn your money. One thing I most let you understand is the fact that, Haven known that the scheme is fraudulent, but yet you went ahead to still invest in it, that means you're promoting ponzi scheme.
You shouldn't have invested your money into that kind of fraudulent scheme. trust me that's not gamebly, that is an illicit business and it shouldn't be compared to gambling in any form.
514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion || Current Topic: AFCON 2023 on: February 02, 2024, 06:31:22 PM
Hope am not late for any action here as I was catching up with the Asian games and game is in extra time with Australia almost winning that one but unfortunately South Korea got an equaliser to push for extra time..
Now locked in for the Nigeria-Angola game, and so far Nigeria has just taken the lead thanks to a lookman thunderbolt goal which looks like it could be what's sending them to the Semis and it's well deserved with the amount of possession they have enjoyed!!
And this being the AFCON, I wouldn't be surprised if the match ends as is (1-0) but to be on the safe side these guys need an insurance goal.
Nigeria showed a high level of seriousness in this match and they held their ground by not giving Angola any opportunity to create chances that will enable them to score the super eagles of Nigeria. It was a good game work from the front liners of the super Eagles for them to be able to break through Angola's defense and break the deadlock to take the lead.
Nigeria took possession of the game and they lost some good opportunities of finding the back of the post. Angola players tried their best, but it wasn't good enough to outperform the Super Eagles who are desperate of finding the by of the net by all means. Nigeria is very strong on their defense, and that might make it difficult for Angola to score them because Angola strikers are not that active to find a means of penetrating their opponent defense.
Nigeria are playing to expectation with a very high spirit in this game unlike how we have seen Angola held other teams they had played against in this AFCON to a stand still it is different with in this game against Nigeria. Like you said, the Nigeria defence is good nothing giving the Angola's forwards to see a space to trouble the goal post with shots. Right now Nigeria is leading with a one goal and we hope they be able to secure or get more goals as they come back to the second half.
Yeah Nigeria is playing with so much high intensity, though at the first instance of the game the angolans were really trying to make some difference. one unique thing about the Nigerian team is that they always close the gap and their defence is really solid.
Moses Simon has been one man with a lot of surprises, from his pace and  his body movement, and to cap it all, he gave the assist for lookman to score. looking at the Nigerian team every focus is majorly on victor osimhen but the angolans are forgetting that osimhen might just be a distraction, while lookman and moses simon are doing the job.
515  Local / Off-topic (Naija) / Re: The cost of federal university fees on: February 02, 2024, 02:53:29 PM
Education in Nigeria has been so expensive with most people eager to have education in the higher institution and to be called graduates but not everyone has the chance to have this education. Most people still struggle to go but at last will be dropped out of school because of school fees issues by right education or a university owned by the government of a state or the once owned by the federal government are not supposed to be that expensive to the extent that a common man won't feel comfortable to go into it or won't even be able to have it.
Not talking of the private ones owned by an individual when the government are not helping matters concerning these fees how do you want a private owned university to be affordable by right the government universities are supposed to be well furnished than the private but things are going otherwise. Most universities these days no longer care about the knowledge all they want is high fees before you enter it's another problem of clearance fee and others. Every year school fees increases.
Let's take a look at the top 10 most expensive universities in Nigeria, you see the fees but you go for it you notice it's more than what you have seen.https://nigerianprices.com/most-expensive-federal-universities-in-nigeria/
These are some of the reasons why most of us are complaining about the misgivens of government, government have refused to go into productivity and help to grow the economy so that every sector will be working, rather the government have improvised means of wanting to over tax the already impoverished people, all in a bid to sustain those of them that are living in affluence that we call leaders.
Looking at the national minimum wage that is not even up to a living wage, and for a very long time it has not been increased, yet universities and other institutions of government are on a daily basis increasing their services, where do they expect parents to get the money to clear some of these bills when their salaries have not been increased for so many years now.
516  Economy / Economics / Re: Carbon markets and climate change mitigation, Are we in the right direction? on: February 02, 2024, 12:50:52 PM
Almost all of us have heard of climate change, and perhaps some of us have begun to feel it, as emissions trading schemes (ETS) and carbon offset projects are the basic mechanisms in fighting climate change, but what is happening now is that the carbon market has turned, instead of a solution to the problem, into a mechanism to encourage countries to continue emitting. The emissions trading system has succeeded in turning carbon into a commodity.
In trading carbon credits, (tCO2e) weighing one ton is used for sale, but it is noted that the total market value increases every year, and industrialized countries have begun to encourage projects that are harmful to the environment at the expense of purchasing carbon credits from other countries, as industrialized countries increase their investments that are harmful to the environment, while poor countries are The first to be affected by climate change.
I thought before now that there has been a clamor by international organizations and NGO's for countries to try and decarbonate themselves, which have led to the production of non-emitting carbon cars and engines and a great discouragement of usage of the fossil fuel, I hear everyday of green energy and the need to encourage green energy and stop in total the usage  of combustion engines.
It was quite a dramatic match and I think there was a bit of luck for Manchester United that they were able to win the match.
Overall, Manchester United's performance was not that impressive in this match, it was seen when they were 2 goals ahead in the first half but Wolves managed to equalize before finally scoring a goal in the 90+7 minute which determined the victory for Manchester United.
To be honest, it was a clear victory for Manchester United. I don't agree why Wolves gets penalty, Neto was diving, Casemiro didn't step on Neto's foot. When the scores become 3-3, I feel like it's still 2-3 favor on Manchester United, but gladly Mainoo can score a goal in the last minute.
He can dribbling and shot in front of many Wolves's players means, he has a good mentality even though he's still young and not popular.
That penalty that was awarded to Wolves was not a penalty kick; in fact, I don't think Casemiro even touched a Wolves player. Those var occasionally made mistakes, but thank God Manchester United prevailed. The team played the game with a positive attitude from the start, but in the end, they were unable to score again. I appreciate the team's energy, but the only issue I saw with the match was the signing of Onanna. That custodian is not the kind that can jump to catch a ball, let alone try to stop it from scoring. Onanna could have saved Wolves' third goal to tie the game at three, but instead he just stood there and watched. In all honesty, Manchester United made a huge error in allowing Onana to play, as he is by far the worst custodian this season, imagine 50 goals given up in just one season.
Thank God, Manchester United's mainoo scored the game-winning goal to put them ahead of Wolves 4-3; otherwise, they would not have earned the three points necessary to move up to 7th position. In all honesty, Manchester United has two young players that they should protect for the future: mainoo and garnacho, who are both too talented to be on the field. Lastly, I pray that Manchester United fires Ten Hag, who has been a problem for the team since day one.
I was really surprised to see that the game ended 4-3 in favor Manchester United, at about 53 minutes of the second half I slept off after carefully watching the first half where Manchester United were hoisting to victory with so much assurance that the second half will be a roller coaster for them.
Surprisingly I saw this morning that the second half was more of a battleground than the first half, wolves almost drew that game last night, more so Manchester United would have sealed their victory during the first half as the had more chance to score goals.
First I wouldn't blame onana for the penalty, the only place I see that he had a little fault was the second goal that was directly in front of him but most times as a keeper there are some things that might just surprises you even though the ball it's in your front, and lastly the third goal that was scored by wolves was definitely not his fault, however if you think so much about onanas mistakes how about wolves goalkeeper that ordinarily would have saved some of those goals Manchester United scored, rather he allowed a whole 4 to enter. Everybody should have a fair share of the blame including the Manchester United defenders, onana has his own fault no doubt but it mustn't be that for any slight mistake that happened the whole blame will be heaped on top of onana.
Wolves vs Manchester United
current standings Manchester United remaining many points left from European League and Champion League spot standings, tonight against Wolves is moment to make near close points and United has moment return to the top fourth position. In premier league Manchester United performance not consistent yet and last match got draw against Tottenham Hotspur, if can't get three points have difficult position for Manchester United how to close with top fourth position looking with points remaining right now 11 points left.
So far Manchester United have shown great display in the first half of the game. They are currently leading wolves 0:2. They have to continue playing like this in the second half so that they can get all 3 points. This is really an unexpected display from the red devil's.
Manchester United literally played wolves half field through out the first half, I was really hoping they could make it 3-0 but they lost a lot of chances, is so goodbto see Marcus rashford on the score sheet, Bruno Fernandes might likely score a goal because I can see how he has been pulling a big threat on the goal mouth of wolves. The entire game is looking too easy for united, wolves are finding it difficult to pass through Manchester united defence line, making onana's job a bit easy for him tonight.
Well Hello from the other side ~
Ever felt that rush when Bitcoin hits a new high? Or the sinking feeling when it takes a nosedive? Let's talk about the rollercoaster ride that is Bitcoin investing.Are we in it for the tech, the profits, or just the thrill? Whether you're a HODLer for life or a day-trading.Let's dissect the highs, the lows, and everything in between. After all, the Bitcoin market isn't just about charts and numbers.
What are your thoughts on this ~ Let's discuss
Just as you captured it, the psychology of investing in BTC, everybody has his or her own way of reacting to situations, if your investment is nosediving, I bet you will be in panic mode, however there are other people that would still maintain some level of professionalism and they won't get panic attack because they know it will bounce back. Don't also forget that those of them that are buying and holding, they are doing so because they want their investment to increase in profit, and subsequently take their profit hence they feel like, so the idea of being a holder for life is something I'm not really getting clear, because as some point in life, you would want to make use of your investment.
The world have been using war to fight insecurity, wasting economic and human resource but it seen insecurity is increasing on daily basis. I think war is not the best approach to insecurity. If we want a society free from security challenges there should be equal right and justics, any government that cannot solve the issue of security for 24hr has hand in the insecurity problem facing the people. One of the things that can also eradicate insecurity in our society is to improve on our economy and create adequate social amenities and jobs creations especially for the youth.
No doubt about the fact that economic sustainability can help improve security in a society, but one thing you must understand is the fact that, some of these insecurity issues are not just because of economic situations especially when it comes to terrorism, they are politically sponsored in a bid to create a chaotic situation where government can vote in more money to security sector or department and make it look as if they are buying ammunitions or putting more money into the security department in a bit to improve on security, whereas they collect this money back as kickback. So sometimes don't always look at it at the surface level, it is a bottle neck of corruption that is hidden under insecurity.
