I think cryptocurrencies need a strong PR team for crisis management plans. Who knows, maybe if they had responded to the scandal in time, it would have died down and everyone would have realised that it was #Fakenews and the dude wasn't in fact died or in a car crash. But as time went by, it reached more and more people and they all freaked out and reacted the way they did. As a result, it went sliding down by 20%. Which in my opinion, is A LOT!
Is this really a big deal? Bitcoin since it's start operating already received lots of fake news and even legitimate one didn't stand a chance to crash bitcoin. Of course price crash is possible but the important thing here is, it's recoves too much. Did those Etherium guys who hold coins didn't know that FUD's are everywhere? How weak their hands are? For me, it's really pricy and I can't afford to buy those. I don't want even to buy those fractions as I don't see any sense doing it. TBC is known for scam because of super expectation that it wil be worth billions in the future. In terms of Primalbase, which recently on sale of 1 token = BTC3, I don't want to risk money here. If others can and they see it will be a good future, then goodluck to them as investors have different views about ICO. And besides, there are lots of ICO today which I put some money on them that's why I don't have much left to joined Primabase ICO so now I ended up waiting for bounty rewards. |

Seems only useful for people with good internet. I tried on my computer and it can take 1 minute only to do two, sometimes three captchas. I heard it is faster with mobile but my smartphone is very old. It does not take this sort of task very quickly. And if open two tabs, it screws up. So still not a good way. You're wrong. Mobile never can faster than computer. Why don't you try 3 tabs on computer? I think you can solve more than 5 captchas in 1 minute It's depend on the internet connection. No matter how good the specifications your desktop computers, laptop or mobiles it has, it still depend on the internet connection as captcha will get it's list from the servers. Most of the web exchanges like Coinbase and XAPO have feature of changing bitcoin address to ensure that unique addresses are being provided everytime doing a transaction. Other reason are for anonymity. But you can still used your previous addresses if you want. There is an explanation about that. Guys i experience of receiving email from poloniex which is very annoying when checking my cellphone and receive those email from poloniex but i stop using poloniex a month ago because someone use my account and sometimes i notice that my investment there are reduce gradually. so i transfer all my altcoin and bitcoins to the safety place before i transfer to other exchange site just to investigate. When will you guys realize that all this doom and gloom speculative bullshit serves only to create downward pressure on the price? It's a self-fulfilling prophecy: you've got some douche w/ a YouTube channel making predictions based on technical analysis and saying the market will correct by however many percentage points and the saddest thing is that people take their speculative bullshit seriously.
Technical analysis doesn't work. Nobody has any fucking clue where the market is headed. No one! Even back in 2013, the BTC market was pretty darn efficient already. Moves on a 24 hour time scale were for all intents and purposes impossible to predict. You can't time the market unless you have enough money to play the pump and dump game.
So unless you have a shitload of BTC and are willing to break the law, you have no way of predicting the price of BTC and alts. Nobody has a clue, so stop whining about the price and start buying. If you believe in the long term potential of crypto just keep buying on a regular basis. The lower it drops the better, because you'll be able to accumulate more.
Just go with the flow and don't bother them. If you know what's gonna do then do it. Speculation is unlimited and you can't just stopped them with your statement. People have different mind and people also knows to interact with the speculation. If there's a whine, let them cry. Rather than to stress yourself with those people, hang out to your friends instead because you are not different from those people you are talking about because you take that thing as a main concern. |

Well first and foremost is to save it. We need to prepare on what might happen in the future so it's best to just keep and save your bitcoin.
About those issues about network chain split or related issues, there's a saying bitcoin will have it's price decrease once it happen so better save our bitcoin alongside with the private key so that it will be compatible for both chains and we will decide where we will trade those coins. If that will happened I see the original bitcoin will still prevail and even with the price decrease, surely it will climbed up again to the price we used to be.

Yes, we need a lot of patience when dealing with bitcoin and other crypto's for that matter. We need to understand that bitcoin is very volatile and it can go down anytime. Most of the newcomer's in the bitcoin market don't understand it and they are really for the short term profit. That is why they panic and sell immediately if they see the price is going down.
Some people wants to do trading but forgetting the simple rule of being patience. They must know 100% that all cryptos are volatile and yet they entered trading without that thing keep in mind. And now they will turned into having a weak hands once they saw their coins on hold are decreasing it value without realizing some of the best things to do when there is an ongoing scenario like that. Experience really builds a trader but still there are traders who are doing trades for long time but still have weak hands. |

I've been gambling with doge for a long time now. The best part doge is you almost pay no transaction fees. And you even can bet with really small amounts which makes you bet crazy multipliers. I like to do a crazy coupon evertime. Like Cavs beating GSW and using like 100 doge would be perfect bet for that. I will spend time instead to deal with the high transaction fees in bitcoin but with great profit rather to use an altcoin which profit is a joke. I don't mind paying 500,000 satoshis if the earning is for let's say BTC0.08 with a capital of BTC0.01 (odds @  . High to consider but still great compare to other altcoin. For Doge? Even x20 or x200 odds will not give you good profit even you have no transaction fees. |
