I think ICO still alive, but it is hard to earn money from ICO because so many ICO is awaiting the rise again without knowing when it will happen. Many people still waiting, and some of them desperate to know that their token is not worth at all after they work as participants to help the project reach their goals. I think the era of ICO has ended and now we see a new program called IEO which already launch in many exchanges but for how to take the profit from the project, it still not clear and we still need to research which project that could help us to gain the profit.

Compare with peak price, ethereum price still have a room for growing. But now, many alternative beside ethereum, EOS or BNB Coin could be an alternative investment beside bitcoin and i think could give us profits in near future

Mining is less profitable if you are comparing with last year. But we  still have a chance to do other activities such as doing bounties. Although we doesn’t get paid higher but it is better than doing nothing when we have extra time.

not all who are registered in Coinmarketcap already have good products. some projects are only in the form of crude product developments, and cannot be accepted by the market. it won't make the price good. but investing in assets that have real products is important.

an effect might occur, but binance is a large exchange, not many will be affected if the assets they hold are safe. maybe some people had panicked hearing the news, but not many people would leave binance.

Not sure if I would consider $290 a huge reward, it's ok, but not huge, maybe if you did that ten times or something. Most bounties these days pay next to nothing. Then there are a few that pay decently enough, though they are harder to find in the jungel of bounties.

such coins should not need to exist. because it has a price but does not have development. even for trading volumes sometimes it doesn't exist. lots of coins like that survive in exchange. and there should be regulations governing some assets that do not have trading volumes because they should no longer be registered in exchange.
