That's an old Localbitcoins address, can't sign it, can still receive to it though.
If it is localbitcoin wallet then you cant sign message with it and if you are unverified on there then you might be not able to take payment on that. And I think your BTC id has been changed from localbitcoin. In this case can you sign via any btc wallet or ethereum wallet which you have been used earlier here? I am surprised you have came here several years ago and asked for loan at the starting of the day!!! Also, noticed there was an exchange post which you mentioned filled already!! |

If you want to withdraw, you need to make a deposit at least $20 and the minimum withdrawal is $50.
But be careful as they may change the rules anytime they wish as what they did previously (check the trust rating for more info)

I suggest that anytime someone makes a list that is not ranked, they order it by UID - older users before newer ones.  It is a good suggestion. I think serial should be sort by any acceptable method for example post creation date, Account creation date, Trust score, rank on bpip, Rank on forum, merit etc. But Op kept it random as per the wish of OP. |
