505  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Is Bitcoin Trading and Why It's risky? on: March 01, 2017, 02:32:02 PM
Hello folks!

I'm thinking about starting to trade with Bitcoin, but I see people saying that It's risky & almost like gambling.

I think that I mis-understand the meaning of trading.

For me trading Is for EXAMPLE, buying Bitcoin when It's at 550$ and selling It when It's at 670$. This Isn't risky because If Its value doesn't Increase, you'll just have to keep It until It gets higher enough, Is this trading?

I would really appreciate If people clarified more! Thankx Wink
Yes trading bitcoin is too risky you don't know what happen next. If bitcoin can goes up or drop down thats why buying bitcoin in lower price don't buy it if the price is so high. You can lose or you can win that is the impression of bitcoin trading to me.
506  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it still worth it to trade? on: March 01, 2017, 09:05:37 AM
I wonder if someone still should get into trading Bitcoin at this point? There was a time with incredible aggresive swings so that daytrading was interesting, but now the movements appear but much slower. Is it still worth it to trade?
Bitcoin trade is worth it if you buy bitcoin in a low price now is the best to sell them as you can see bitcoin is very high now. If i were you am still hold it because bitcoin price is still going up. And this year is good to keep bitcoin as my own observations bitcoin can reach 3500$
507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: February 28, 2017, 09:23:37 PM

508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: February 28, 2017, 05:03:26 PM
My biggest problem in bitcoin is the transaction sometimes it took so long before you received the bitcoin. I experienced that many times when the time I really need money i transfer my bitcoin from blockchain to local wallet to cash out it but that day is not good.  I received the bitcoin after 2 days.
509  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: February 28, 2017, 09:30:57 AM
Yes its considered as a sickness if you are addicted in one thing its confirmed you have sick. Because you don't want to stop it and you can not stop thinking of it. Its causing a stress to you and you want to go through this again till you see the result of what you doing. Avoid gambling to be able to make a good time and not worry about it.
510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: February 28, 2017, 08:19:53 AM
Bitcoin is being used widely in porn sites, gambling and drug dealing sectors. Is that why the btc made for ? I have seen a lot of members in this forum discussing about buying drugs, gambling and enjoying porn with bitcoin. Is not it a misuse of a currency ? Block chain tech is a awesome tech and btc is getting popular. I hate these misuses of precious btc. It hurts me. This will lead into unhealthy society along with unhealthy future generation.
Bitcoin is easy to transfer and they do not know who is the owner of any bitcoin wallet.  Thats why many people use it in illegal activities like you said they pay using bitcoin.  And some reason thats why they choose bitcoin because they can stored it safely and no need bank account details to used it.

516  Economy / Economics / Re: Where can i invest my money? on: February 02, 2017, 01:07:31 PM
I currently have 2mil usd for investment.

I wanna invest it on bitcoin. Where can I invest it?

Please give me all the alternatives

thanks!

also, please look at my first post I plan to build a mining farm: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1764338.msg17619998#msg17619998

2 million USD is a really, really a big amount of money, and if you want to invest it on bitcoin, the best time is when its price is on the DUMP price, so that, if its price go on its PUMP again you can get a huge profit from it and you might possibly double that 2 million USD of yours. You might also try trading and buy those altcoins that is also on its DUMP state and sell it on its PUMP state also, as simple as that.
517  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you think is a good time to start trading ? on: February 01, 2017, 03:37:16 PM
Its not about how much money you have to trade, its all about how ready you are to start trading.
You can start trading after you learn about what kind of coins you want to trade.
You can start trading after you learn about what makes the price of that coins rise or drop.
fulfill your head with knowledge about market, and start.

Yes, this is very true. If you are going into a battle, then you are going to need a weapon, and that would be your knowledge. Trading is not that easy, specially if you are lack on the things that you should have known in the first place before doing Trading. Trading also have risks like gambling, so if you are not prepared and you are just going to try Trading just like what you are thinking, then you are just going to waste your money.
518  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Daily use of bitcoin? on: February 01, 2017, 03:08:59 PM
I don't think there is a need to wait for the confirmation, if a fee recommended or little above is paid you'll get faster confirmations. Other than this once after sending the receiver end gets the transacted amount under the unconfirmed transaction list. This itself helps the receiver a hope of receiving the payment.

How fast is the fastest confirmation of payments? And how much to pay for quick approval?

The confirmation of your payments depends on the blockchain. If there are too many transactions pending on the blockchain and are still waiting to be confirm, then it might take some time, let's say 20-30 minutes, because the process that's blockchain is First In First Out, so if you are in the last page of the transaction list in the blockchain, then I guess all you have to do is to wait. But once you have sent it, there's no need for you to wait at the starbucks, the payment would be surely sent to them, because it is already in the blockchain.
519  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: January 31, 2017, 01:26:49 PM
Well, I'm earning my bitcoins through this:
1. Signature Campaign
2. Faucets
3. Trading
4. Investments

But my most income of bitcoin is from signature campaign, because I'm earning per week mostly, depends on the signature campaign that I'm in. Earning bitcoins in Trading is really awesome because you could earn $400-$700 in a day if you are lucky to sell your Altcoins into a higher price than its price when you bought it. Investing on HYIPs are not that really recommended, I'm just taking some risk rather to do nothing at all and wait for something. Smiley
520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: January 30, 2017, 10:58:51 AM
Well for now you can assume that its quite stable and a worthy option to consider. It will never(not at least in the next 100 years) beat fiat, but surely as the number of users increase, could be the biggest competitor to fiat and even gold(if you talk about investments)
So it sure is going to be quite prosperous in the future, and it is the future of some money, not all of it I feel.

Yes, and there's only 50% 50% percent that bitcoin would be the future of money because the government won't let bitcoin be the future money because it is a poison to them. But, the bitcoin population will continue to grow everyday, and this is the only thing that the government can't prevent. But I think would be the future money here online and people are not going to use fiat anymore just to buy stuffs here in the virtual world, because using bitcoin is more faster and convenient rather that using fiat.
