501  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: June 06, 2017, 04:21:32 PM
Kids ? We can give them introduction about bitcoin but they are still kids. When we say kids, it is 4 to 10 years old and by that age they just love to play with their friends or their gadgets and earning or joining forums maybe their are not interested. Yes, there are some matured "kids" especially those who came in other families that has a possibilities to get interested about bitcoin by just knowing that he/she can earn money through bitcoin.
502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: June 06, 2017, 03:51:57 PM
Most of my friends are asking me about bitcoin, they are getting interested about it. Some of them already made an account and starting to post and making a high rank. Some of them are reading and researching about bitcoin. Some of them are expecting to earnby the end of this june.
503  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? on: June 06, 2017, 02:42:37 PM
Personally, if I'm in a coffee shop or any store with some people, I pull out my wallet and subtly show them my Xapo debit card. Then they get curious on what kind of card is that since it doesnt look like the usual Mastercard or creditcard. Then I explain it from there on.

What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? Smiley

I will tell others what bitcoin is. I will tell them how bitcoin works, what are the benefits I get from bitcoin. I will influence them so they will do bitcoin too. I will educate them and help them learn about bitcoin. I will my social media accounts like facebook, instagram and twitter like posting, sharing, and tweet.
504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: June 06, 2017, 01:31:28 PM
Childrens and teenagers today were so advanced. They can easily understand what are happening in their sorroundings. With good explanation, some situational example ( example's that are mostly related to a bitcoiners experience ) then them experience bitcoin the childrens will understand what is bitcoin is. Yes, bitcoin is different from facebook and other social media accounts. It is some kind of difficult to learn but if they might experience bitcoin will adopt bitcoin.
505  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: June 06, 2017, 11:58:57 AM
I have think of it and i have save up bitcoin just a the small amount because i have plans for it to have fun like travelling didn't even save it for future purpose. so i wanted to know what are you going to do with your bitcoin if you save bitcoin. Why do you save bitcoin for? and why? what is the purpose why you save up bitcoin to your wallet and not to spend it.

In my case, I am using bitcoin for some future purposes while having fun. We can learn a lot while learning in bitcoin that is fun for me. It is very difficult to earn money nowadays and by earning through bitcoin, a practical person will use this opportunity to earn and save money that is very helpful for his/her future. Bitcoin is anytime anywhere, meaning you can handle your time. That is why it is very convinient.
506  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you convince people into you using Bitcoin? on: June 06, 2017, 08:21:24 AM
Many people need big proof to satisfy that this site is legit ..whats the best way to convince your relatives or friends
Most people looks for proof and evidences. But for us bitcoin users we don't need to do something just to prove only that bitcoin can make us rich
in the future. Just important is they know the usage and features of bitcoin. With that things its enough for them to find that bitcoin is very easy to use.

Yes, others looks first some proof and evidences that your earning but sometimes we don't need to convince them much it up to them weather they wil used it or not but for others that get easily interested we should try to convince them because earning bitcoin is the same as earning the money they know. If they get what is your point they will easily used bitcoin.
507  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: June 05, 2017, 11:26:51 AM
Bitcoin does reduce the unemployment that exists in our country, but they need to hone their ability and creativity.

Yes, it does reduce unemployment, especially for those who are earned bitcoin as full time. Someday government and banks will accept bitcoin, with this more unemployed people will get a jobs and some of this maybe related to bitcoin but for now bitcoin are not accepted like fiat, some country needed to converted it. With this, we should better to get regular first.

511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: May 31, 2017, 03:31:09 PM
Good thing Golden State Warriors was the most favorable team to win at all sportsbooking site. Cleveland Cavaliers are having a big odds and chance for me to grab it. Just bet now for the NBA outrights for Cavaliers and thinking of placing too at the Game 1. I believe that Cavaliers can dominate the powerhouse team in the NBA and will #defendtheland.

Hopefully I can repeat my big profit win like last NBA finals because Golden State Warriors blew a 3-1 lead.

Cavaliers is definitely got some monstrous strength on the inside, LeBron James and Tristan Thompson will serve as a unscraping wall of the rim. Cleveland cavaliers have that advantage on the inside and it's a bad sign for the golden state if they are missing their shots. The advantage of the golden state is it's past transition and quick isolation, they will dominate the outside of course, not mentioning Klay Thompson when he is in the zone.

The game is on Fri, 2 Jun, 9:00 AM
Oracle Arena, Oakland

Let's see who will take game 1.
well draymond green and iggy will try to defend the rim for gsw and the three shooters will take care of their offense, if durant will play harder i guess they have the advantage as we knew how curry and thompson played inside their crowd but still the finals will be depend to the team which really hunger and dedicated to win it. good luck
Iguadala may have a chance on guarding James but it is when Kevin Love and Irving is not healthy. Cleveland is different now especially love is on his best plays that almost 7 footer guy is hard to guard on the outside. It will be a gamble if they will double team James.

Its gonna be a exciting Game 1. I think this Game 1 will dictate how the series will goes. Who's guarding who, how Durant will play out in his first NBA championship, will Lebron guard him, will he guard James and so on. But this time, if GSW gets a 3-1 lead, I think they will hold on it and try to finish Cavaliers. But I guess this year's final is different and can't compare it to last year.

We won't know for sure who will take the finals, whoever hold the lead even if it is 3-1 the championship is still not guaranteed, it happened last year and might happen again. Durant is hungry for championship, if he is not nervous in his shots then he might out a dent on Cleveland's surface.

Agreed, while the Warriors are the favorite team at the Oracle I think the key factor here (besides Lebron James) would be how well both Thompson and Kevin Love perform. We've seen the damage the Spurs did on those first 3 quarters before Leonard went out. I feel that if the Cavs can dominate the paint, Lebron and Irving could be very hard to contain.

Of course the Warriors have lethal weapons on the offense end and that could create a lot of trouble for Cleveland too, but last year the shooters went cold, sometimes accuracy is not there and you have to scrap your way out.

That's because shooting behind the arc with a little shake of had won't go in, we've seen that last year's ( factor is the defence is so good ). Kevin Love is a tenacious rebounder and a very good shooter, and he is stronger than Thompson. It will be a war inside the paint and Irving and curry will have a showdown (Irving's acrobatic shots vs Curry's fast layups and bumps).

On the other hand it will be a different story when Leonard is healthy. The Spurs might be the one who will face the Cleveland now. Leonard's defensive ability can lock down even LeBron and can collapse a teams isolations. His fadeaways and fakes is essential in crucial games. That man is a beast.
512  Economy / Economics / Re: where should i invest my 0.5 btc ? on: May 31, 2017, 02:21:06 PM
Hello every one.I have just bought 0.5 btc to do some investement but i am not able to find any good place to invest them.
Should i invest in cloud mining sites like genesis-mining,hashnest or hashflare.Or there are other options as well to invest my 0.5 btc where i can get some profit after some time.I have invested 0.05btc so far in hashflare out of those, now 0.45 btc left. Please tell me any trusted and good place to invest on.

0.5 BTC is roughly can be invested in stores at home. When you're going to do mining, you must have a higher budget ( graphics cards are expensive these days ) not mentioning the case and other parts of the mining computer. Well I think your best shot is invest it on trading or hold your BTC and earn a much higher amount because BTC itself is a good investment.
i think 0.5 bitcoin is a good amount of bitcoin. it can easily be invested in trading alt coin and from where one can really get a good amount of profit, but the need is to choose a good potential altcoin whose price can expected to increase more and more.

Good. But we need a lot of experience in order to predicts altcoins potential. If we do alts without proper knowledge, all of the money will become a waste. Nothing can substitute experience, even a trader veteran can lost a large amount of money. Being updated in the trends and news will help.

Keep save BTC and buy a mining machine and keep it going till you have 10, then think abt buying a space to put more and more of them to mining btc thats what i think

It can buy a decent mining machine but it's not just the machine, the maintenance will cost a lot and the electricity cost too. My friend is a miner and he is buying a lot of GPU, graphics card is so expensive these days, it is a good choice but you must have a large initial.
513  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: May 31, 2017, 09:23:09 AM
Bitcoin make the corruption and related activities much easier than the transaction we make through fiat or other fiat system. Even now a major collapse is made by a team sending ransomware and demanding in terms of bitcoin to be on the secure side. Already they have collected 33000$ worth of bitcoin.

In my opinion I think whatever our means of exchange, curruption lies in the very soul of people not the medium of exchange. Fiat or cryptocurrencies, curruption will continue if the people is greedy, don't blame cryptocurrencies in illegal transactions, it is the people who use it are at fault. We don't blame the fire burning up homes, we find the fault of the origin of fire.

Corruption in this dispensation has turn to cultural believe in almost all climes of the society but the degree or intensity differs across board. With bitcoin coning into the picture, then I see people exploiting it to meet their selfish ends and carry out what already is in them. In other words, bitcoin won't lead to corruption but increase it by those who are already in it.

That's right, the unending desires and the sickness that is ongoing through generations has been infecting everything new. No matter what is the revolutionized way of things if the chain of curruption won't be stop then still everything will be currupted. The problem is not about banks, governments, cryptocurrencies, capitalism, socialism, democratisation ------- but the problem is on our selves. Ourselves

This is a huge success to all of exscudo team. I'm really satisfied with the results, just an hour short before exscudo will end. More than 2000 BTC has been collected. Congratulations to all of us. Smiley
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How To predict ALTcoin ?? on: May 31, 2017, 01:29:53 AM
Prediction is hard to make whether it will rise or fall especially on altcoin prices. Just study some information about their Announcement thread if there are any development from the developers. This update is very significant in making decisions. Do not rely on trollbox, there are whales who are in the business of pump and dump just to profit. You may lose your bitcoins here.

Prediction means it's not a 100% sure. Just like everybody here says, be updated and always read every pages of the thread to see how things are working. Every updates is important and the ICO or how the ICO progress through time is one of the factors. Also when you go into trading you will learn along the way. Build up some knowledge and you'll see that when you have experience you wont have a difficulty if the alt is good or not.
516  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If I were Satoshi Nakamoto... on: May 29, 2017, 10:45:15 PM
If You were Satoshi Nakamoto, Are you going to reveal who you really are? If not, who are you really? Grin

Even satoshi nakamoto will think a lot of that before he reveal himself because it is like taking the risk for being hunted by the criminals for the sake of money. If i were satoshi then it will not reveal my self but i will just make at least a voice message for other people in the world to proof that bitcoin is not scam like the way they think about it.

I don't think so, many of the world's great inventors who clearly reveal themselves, Bill Gates introduced himself as the inventor of microsoft windows. And nothing happens to him after becoming the richest man in the world. Only one reason that satoshi is invisible/pseudonymous, is because of its intention to make the world change through decentralization of the currency. This will have no widespread impact if satoshi appears to the public space.
Perhaps Satoshi died in 2013. I remember that someone wrote that when Craig Wright said that he was Satoshi, someone discovered that Wright had a familiar programmer who was more suited to the role of Satoshi and died in 2013. Perhaps Wright knew something about him, And so he could first convince Andersen that Satoshi is he. But these are just my guesses, most likely we will never know the real name of Satoshi, most likely it's even for the better

Well that's unexpected but possible. But as far as I know he voluntarily leave in this community for his own various of reasons, whether he is alive or not up to this day I think his life is still on danger.

Will you provide some links on where you've read that Satoshi died and Craig wright had a familiar programmer that died in 2013? That would help me to know more in bitcoins history.

518  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: That moment when you buy 1BTC at $2500 on: May 29, 2017, 12:23:47 PM
That moment when you buy 1BTC at $2500, and then 3 days later someone buys it at $2000. But I'm guessing that it's the risk involved in investing, so what do I do now? Sell? Or hold on them?

Well when I'm in that situation, I will hold my BTC and sell it in the price that is higher than when I've bought it. It would be a lose situation if I will sell it below 2500$. Hold as long as you dont need cash, the price will grow let's just wait and be patient.
519  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Congratulations Graduates!!!xD on: May 29, 2017, 08:05:28 AM

GRADUATION SPEECH

This speech was delivered by a La Sallian engineer in one of the graduation ceremonies at the UP College of Engineering.

Pero ni minsan, hindi pa ako nakakakita ng unibersidad na nagbigay ng “Hang-on and managed to graduate despite nearly getting kicked-out during his academic stay” award.

I’ve been on both sides.

This is a rebellion. I raise my middle finger to every professor, over-achiever, naysayer and detractor THAT TOLD ME THAT I CAN'T MAKE IT. I raise my middle finger to every valedictory or graduation speech that only gratifies the university, those who were achievers in school or those who gratify the country when it’s supposed to be the graduate’s moment of glory. You are supposed to acknowledge EVERYONE. Even those who failed many times.

Do you think the richest families or personalities in the world would be interested in using bitcoins??
And if so, would that be a good thing for us small people or negative??
I mean rich people are capabale of so much things, so it makes me wonder..

Well these elites are always interested to something new, something that might scratch the world's current system, so for me yes. Maybe they are not really focusing on cryptocurrencies right now because they have too much work, or there are more things that is more valuable to them than cryptocurrencies. I think they are just watching and observing how things will turn out in the crypto world. But I think when cryptocurrencies are being accepted in different countries at the same time being legalize then I think even them will participate on cryptocurrencies.
