Wow. An hour between posts. Is Wall Observer dead? ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F8mo1IHW.gif&t=663&c=yHUaRr1Cbp-8UA) I usually take the chance to go back and read some very insightful comments made here by a few of you which always remind me why I landed here in the first place! A break from the daily routine is always good Last night, I was torn between watching the results of our provincial election in which the communists (okay, New Democrats) threatened a majority gov't and the Liberals (former majority for far too long) were set to lose most of their seats and possibly official party status (essentially no voice in parliament) while the party of the brother of the late crack-smoking mayor of Toronto (the Progressive Conservatives) vied with the Communists for a majority, watching Alexander Mikhailovich Ovechkin together with his Washington Capitals together win his first ever Stanley cup and coverage of the G7 summit preparation in Quebec where security forces now outnumber local residents in a tiny little town two hours from civilization. They've so far erected a 1.5 km barbed-wire fence (I can only assume to keep out bears, moose, skunks and opossums) and placed the media center for journalists a two hour drive away in Quebec city... meanwhile it's heating up literally: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FEpoemGu.jpg&t=663&c=9bV2am5hDRXwTg) Anyway, I just couldn't believe there was nothing going on in Wall Observer. That was more worrisome than anything. As an aside, the commies didn't win but we did get the brother of the late crack-smoking mayor of Toronto as the new Premier of Ontario.edit: figured my 4000th post should be a little wordier than usual. How'd I do JG?

Keeping in line with this whole Zen thing, whenever I read JJG posts that start to irritate me, I just go to my happy place... ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi.perezhilton.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2017%2F07%2Fjennifer-lawrence-pretty-sharon-tate-debrah.gif&t=663&c=CBHiepSuGeFFVQ) In other words, it seems that you are struggling with this newly found practice. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Being a merit source isn't all ham and plaques. You referring to any particular peep(s) with your arguably deep "insight"? Are you actually suggesting that BL&blaw's status causes him anguish? Or something else? Edited to add a direct BL&blaw response~snip As a merit source, I think it would be incumbent on BobLawblaw to try to give every post a similar amount of attention but some posts are harder than others to read/comprehend/enjoy due to factors too numerous to list. It's no secret that few of your posts are succinct.

Statement on the site https://www.investor.gov/howeycoinsWelcome to Investor.gov, the Securities and Exchange Commission’s site designed for individual investors. We’ve recently seen fraudsters pretending to be involved in blockchain technology, initial coin offerings, and crypto-currencies – when really they are simply operating scams designed to take investors’ hard-earned money. We created the bogus HoweyCoins.com site as an educational tool to alert investors to possible fraud involving digital assets like crypto-currencies and coin offerings. Fortunately, frauds like these often have a number of “red flags” that can help you tell if the so-called “investment opportunity” is really a scam. Our bogus site is a mash-up of a number of different things we've seen – any particular fraud may be harder to spot than the red flags here. Here are some of the signs of fraud that are on the HoweyCoins site – we hope reviewing these may help you recognize a real fraud in the future! Look like theymos can make mistake too.. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) You've been bamboozled! That's exactly the way the gov't wants you to think. You don't have to think for yourself, we'll do the thinking for you. Wake up man!

Can anyone answer me? Thank you for reading
You don't want to do that; it will ruin your trust rating.

Now Ripple is at $0.60. Only when Bitcoin goes to $16,000 there will 100% profit. That is too high when Bitcoin was $200 in year 2013. Who has $8000 to buy 1 Bitcoin when all the signs say Bitcoin going back to $2,000 ?
You're not thinking critically. Whether you buy 100 ripple @ $0.60 or 0.0075 BTC @ $8000, your investment is $60. When Ripple goes down to $0.15 or in the extremely unlikely event that Bitcoin goes down to $2000, you've still lost only $45 but yeah, who wants to lose money? So stay clear of Ripple - there's only tears to be had with that centrally controlled crap.

(this viewed in ponderation of other peoples' presently pointing out your posting proclivities may provide probability to give your person pause)
Personally,I perceive your point a pertinent possibility... Upon my premiere preview of picnickiebearie's posting, I hadn't perceived the precarious parroting of my prestigious and purportedly pretentious persona, which I pinpoint as perhaps inappropriate and preposterous speaking of pee's, gotta go take one (and BTW folks, a good beer pee should look good enough to drink...) AWww man. Once you break that seal, you'll be going after every beer. HODL!!!!

DC comics had a legal battle with a south American football team over their use of a batman-like logo... see below ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F44w27ZD.jpg&t=663&c=aZ5_RYQW7YGwWA) and you guys are even using the name Batman. This is a terrible idea for a commerce token... and probably a scam as well given your lack of concern about copyright violation. I predict this doesn't end well for anyone involved. Recommendation - AVOID

Just no. There is a distinct difference between 'limited' and 'impossible'. Completely different.
Join the BCash dev team, put your money with your mouth is and prove it. I have no idea what you are advocating here. Or STFU troll.
No. We've been over this multiple times. Answer always the same. Your imperatives are toothless, you bloviating buffoon. Just to be clear, I didn't merit this for political reasons. I gave merit for use of the word bloviating; I didn't even know the word existed! After reading the definition, I think it might even be onomatopoeic. Awesome.

Ah finally, another "blockchain, not Bitcoin" article. Its been a while since I've seen one of these. Can't believe people are still out there saying this, I'm already eagerly awaiting the next blockchain, not bitcoin article. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FZOnFvL6.png&t=663&c=C6jRxrapfNaBGg) Guess who Visa's critical infrastructure partner is, the one that failed the other night in Europe? Yeah but landing in one piece...
there's little to no gravity, plus you only have to put a few tons down versus lifting several thousand of high explosive but let's not get too technical. Ha! So like point and shoot. Sounds pretty simple. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I don't see what is controversial about my statement... which part of my statement is controversial?
my doubting of the moon landing or my confidence that the earth is not flat?
doubting the moon landing...seriously, that shit is cray i find it hard to believe people that are otherwise reasonably intelligent can still believe that moon landings were faked. mental block? lack of knowledge the technical aspects? brain washing? wishful thinking? whatever it is.. well enjoy your beliefs. It's funny, they're skeptical about landings, but not launches. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Launches are the hardest, most expensive part, not landings. Yeah but landing in one piece...
