5061  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Philippines Leads the World in Terms of Cryptocurrency Ownership on: April 26, 2020, 03:48:36 PM
Sinabi kong mababa kasi if you check this countries' laws and enforcement about cryptocurrency masasabi mong strict sila sa US their IRS are always breathing down their necks sa Japan and South Korea naman they have a strict enforcement with their crypto exchanges and are against anonymity based crypto and also yung tatlong bansa na ito strict sa KYC procedures nila.
I think if Philippines will be stricter on its regulation sa paghawak ng cryptocurrency this graph may be the same. Unless we get the full detail of the Hootsuite report kung paano nila kinuha yung data we will just speculate para rito, but I guess that's for confidentiality.

The good thing about the report is we recognized this new booming industry, marami sa atin ang aware sa crypto.
5062  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcointalk SwC Championship Poker Series(50 mBtc added by SwC) on: April 26, 2020, 03:12:35 PM
Very good question, thanks for asking webtricks. It's supposed to be a community event for all the poor souls who didn't qualify for the championship final and played at least one game - otherwise this would mean a weekend without poker with the fellow bitcointalk mates... unthinkable, no?! Smiley
It's unthinkable bro Grin that I might be able to have fun again even if I haven't get to the championship round. Thanks for the generosity SwC.

I'm having problem with the android app to install. My android version is 6.0, is that the problem? I have successfully downloaded the file. When I try to install the file, it says "There's a problem with parsing." I have no idea about this error. Can you please make sure whether it is a problem with my android version or not?
That maybe one reason; version incompatibility, or maybe the file is corrupted, incomplete or you have an antivirus installed on your phone or security software if there is you should allow it to be installed. If you can't install it because of the version compatibility better play it via HTML5, I use to play that way, no issues with me.

OK finally got confirmation.

Do I send the 200 to Efialtis from the transfer tab under Cashier? says player not found
You have to send it to username "youcantwin". Yes that's under cashier tab, make sure it's transfer. Thank me later Wink
5063  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [MEGATHREAD] Pilipinas Coronavirus/COVID-19 Thread on: April 26, 2020, 08:31:52 AM
By the way, this thread is for the ongoing crisis but I guess medyo na o-off topic na ito sa aking palagay. Anyways, hindi rin magandang tingnan na i-include those big chunks of quotes at least only quote who you want to address.

Yung 5k-8k still depends on the region where you are in, am I right? May pinsan kasi ako na ito rin yung inaasahan na makukuha but I guess matatagalan pa ata even on the lift of lockdown parang hindi pa.
5064  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happend..... on: April 26, 2020, 04:07:21 AM
It goes mainstream and the government recognized it but being regulated by this entity will not be good for the mass especially if we talked about this "KYC". Centralized Exchanges are just complying with want the government wants because if they don't they can't operate, I'm just hoping more and more adopt decentralized exchanges.
5065  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: April 25, 2020, 11:59:53 PM
There's one open spot in the signature campaign if any of you are interested. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5230893.msg54292955#msg54292955

Will there be slots of lower-ranked members in the future? I'd like to join but sadly it's a far cry from being a Hero.
You may ask about that to Hhampuz too or post it on the signature campaign thread, but I doubt if there is.

We don't have long to get as many golden tickets in the draw for 200k or a lambo. I've been trying my luck playing multiply BTC trying to build up as many tickets as I can before the draw ends. I just wonder if this will continue for the next 6 months if the winner doesn't want the lambo?
Everybody loves lambo or money I think even few golden tickets still has a chance to win, if you're a high roller that'll be easy to get those tickets.
5066  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why most gamblers can never hold onto big bag? on: April 25, 2020, 04:55:05 PM
How come he lost everything one day? Do most of the gamblers lose money in such way?
That's a huge loss from your friend he has it already in his hand but never did a responsible way to manage the risk. Though I am not in the position to speak it on him I think this is a valuable lesson to those who already has the fortune yet just gone in a day out of greediness. Not all gamblers are that kind you can look up those who are successful in gambling and how they get there.
5067  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Gambling Life During Quarantine on: April 25, 2020, 11:39:09 AM
Are you unemployed because of covid or were you unemployed before that?

It is pretty much same for me too. I don't think covid really changed people's gambling habits that much. Maybe they are wagering less money because they think they might gonna need the money for more serious stuff later. (like medicine you know)

It is the same for me.
I'm unemployed even the pandemic hasn't started yet, I am applying for uniform service since I passed the exam last year but this was postponed because of the said crisis. I've been into gambling really these days not to gain that much money but just to pass time, I'm not that of a gambler.
5068  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Gambling Life During Quarantine on: April 24, 2020, 03:28:50 PM
So,...
-how's it going when it goes to your daily life?
-how's it going when it comes to your social life?
And lastly...
-how's it going when it comes to your gambling life?

All of this will be based only on what you have done in this past month of Quarantine. Although it is very common that we can't see any games in relation to sports, even so there are quite a number of shareable experiences that you might have done in this past month that you have never done in the past years.

So what do you think? Do it really had a big difference?
- not that different from the usual since I'm still unemployed and has been months in home.
- Not that much to say it improves same as I occasionally check my social medias.
- In the past weeks I've been active playing with other users here on poker tourneys but ever since I think I can't made it until championship round I lie low a little. I consider myself a casual gambler.

For me I think there's a slight difference and that's when I'm into more now on online gaming compare way back quarantine hasn't been implemented, more like a peer influence on my community.
5069  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin spread rapidly on ‘China Twitter’ the price will rise before halving on: April 24, 2020, 11:08:06 AM
At least show us some links about the news or an article supporting the claim. If I wanna expect a bull run that may happen by 2021, that's more realistic I guess but no one really knows, all of it are just speculation.
5070  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cartesi is now listed in Binance on: April 24, 2020, 10:37:21 AM
I'd better not speculate just on the price but hoping they'll deliver developments and price increase will follow through time. Since the bounties hasn't been distributed fully I think we will expect price dip more when it comes, that's somehow the culture.
5071  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has this period killed your desire or exited it on: April 24, 2020, 06:49:01 AM
I'm not an sport gambling fanatic but I guess that may be exciting for them if it's back.  I guess those fanatic could live without it and since they can't do that much right now because most sports operation has been postponed due to pandemic, time will tell but surely it'll resume. There are other gambling games to turn into right now I guess that will make their boredom not strike, you can play poker, dice, roulette and other games to turn into on online gaming.
5072  Other / Meta / Re: Why not spoiler tag? on: April 24, 2020, 04:24:19 AM
I experience that spoiler tag on a forum that until now I'm still a member and it's really a nice feature hiding free configs for some VPN or VPN accounts that may be abused by brand new members or those who just want to used it by their own gains without crediting the real owner. I don't think this feature really do good in here and I don't see any reason to hide ideas, that's no fun.
5073  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Many cryptocurrencies — how important is that for you in casinos? on: April 23, 2020, 12:27:27 PM
Fast transfer over a gambling platform and lower fees? I guess I prefer using TRX and XRP but haven't tried that one yet since I haven't played much on a gambling platform that accepts those currencies most site I go with are only accepting Bitcoin nor Ethereum. If ever I have variety of cruptocurrencies, I think the one that matters are really for fast transfer and lower fees on deposits and withdrawals, playing with it doesn't matter that much.
5074  Other / Meta / Re: Secret Quetion Help link disabled, Why? on: April 23, 2020, 06:44:49 AM
I think it was disabled because secret question isn't a recommended security measure for the account because most of those answers there can be easily brute forced. Besides, the Support for hacked/lost accounts is the new culture here. I think that feature "secret question" needs an update or permanently delete it(?).

5076  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcointalk Poker Nights Discussion Thread (private games for btctalk members) on: April 22, 2020, 11:22:46 PM
Sorry for hijacking this thread with a bit offtopic query.
I could have asked it in their ANN thread, but it looks like most of you guys have been using SwC Poker for quite long for playing tournaments. So, I would like to know if the Android App is safe to be downloaded and used on my Mobile phone? Or you guys just play it in the browser?
Been playing on tourneys just on my mobile browser and I've got no issues, you can play either landscape or on portrait mode unlike on Sportsbet that you'll just have to play it on landscape mode. I haven't downloaded the app for mobile phone but I guess you'll find no issues with it as well I'm confident on that.
5077  Other / Off-topic / Re: My 14 year old son bought Bitcoin on: April 22, 2020, 01:22:49 PM
No, he really mines Bitcoin he uses a thing called CryptoTab
He'll be the same as you age right now base on your profile and he will never be able to get 1 Bitcoin on it, browser mining isn't worth it, mind us I think you're a fraud just like your username as it should be. I think it will be for best if you support him instead on his coding skills if your statements are indeed true.
5078  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are blockchain & 5G offering new opportunities for online bitcoin casinos? on: April 22, 2020, 01:03:27 PM
Blockchain also made waves in the years. This year, it is considered to be the 5G technology’s turn. And when these two technologies combine, which will happen anytime soon, the Bitcoin casino market will be in for a surprise: faster crypto payments, more effective use of smart contracts - meaning casino games will load much much faster.
I don't think it much applies that much on crypto payments that depends on how much fee you put on the transaction not the help of 5G even 3G could make it faster if there's a higher fee to pay for miners. Yeah, it could be but as I said it isn't applied that much as well as to the effective use of smart contracts. Isn't just 5G still on testing that's why not that much country adopt it and with all those conspiracies as well. So the whole point of the topic was Blockchain + 5G = faster loading of casino games?

I guess there will still be challenges, of course, that is for sure but solution exists too. In terms of benefits of 5G I think I may not consider that one yet until I partially or fully experience the technology.
5079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This guy gambles and wins a total amount of £400,000 and quits while ahead. on: April 22, 2020, 09:41:58 AM
They say the higher the risks you put into one thing especially on gambling it's a 50/50 chance you'll win big time or lose big time but his case was the former and I think it's really for him. I agree with Rikafip but that depends on the character of the individual and I have a feeling Josh might be dealing again on it, there's no doubt about it. That statement of him not gambling again but still does then the same scenario will happen again, just my two cents.

I have just updated the wallet and it was smooth. What's new on the update?

You have not done any innovation. Graphene was found much earlier, XZC too. You just joined the project and try to link it together to blockhain.
You cannot claim that you are doing for the good of the community, since there was no conversation with the community about the fact that you want to reduce the block reward by 5% by 200,000. A parody, I turn off my miner with excavators. Good luck.
You're too conservative I suppose. Just because XZC was found earlier it was the safe haven of all? I think they are with their community and does having often conversation on the chat room makes them not doing for the community? As far as I can remember the chat room was only full of when exchange listing things and besides they do regular update. So you think rewards should be always up and up, I haven't stumbled upon a mineable coin like that or I just wasn't informed there is/are already on the crypto space?

Dear buddy, if at the beginning of the project something is indicated that it will be like this and then the rules change during the game, bodes ill for this project.
I really like the @tecracoin statement
"Community is important, but Tecra is not a democracy, we are driven by the good of the company and that is the most important thing. The good of the project is a top priority."
It is a pity that it was not included in Whitepaper, because I would not waste energy on mining :-)
Well, they explained it here I think you have to consider that, it's your choice no one is forcing you to leave or even continue. White paper, roadmaps, etc., all are subject to change and that's inevitable even top crypto coins and tokens do.
