5081  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: May 14, 2015, 06:42:17 PM
Investing into PoS coins.

I like DMD Diamond, 50% annual interest.

https://bit.diamonds/

The other option would be XPY. Recently the price s gone up big time and XPY.io also offers 50% a year.
5082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Scrypt.cc a scam? +Updates on: May 14, 2015, 06:32:16 PM
Quote
Update (12/05/2015): We have decided to move the miners from DC#4 where we had the electricity issues to DC#2 where we house our old GPUs, We have already started the move and we will be mining within the next 48 hours.

Update on the scrypt page after logging in.

The drop could be because of Scrypt.cc being down. Apparently they're not just in that datacentre.

DC#2 (the GPUs) were supposedly shut down weeks ago due to not being profitable. Only DC4 (the ASICs) were running. 850GHs of them.

Well, if the electricity is affordable there, who cares where the ASIC's are running. Though I'm quite curious what type of hardware they use.

Yes, you ll find that one out. As soon as LTCgear starts paying....

Hi,Im thinking about starting to use this service.I have a budget of 220 dollars. How much would I make daily with that?Monthly? And if this is a bad service what is a good service?

Current ROI is about 220-280 days or about 0.4% daily yield depending on type of contract you buy - look here: http://nextdifficulty.com/#roi

Cheers for this link!

Yes, this is the ROI. Also, this is taking into account ideal lab conditions, no significant diff growth or increase of fees.
5084  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is hashnest profitable ? on: May 14, 2015, 06:27:59 PM
Hello,
I would like to know if it's profitable to buy a S5 miner on hashnest and let it mine there.
My plan is probably to mine to Nicehash, which seems to pay enough to cover electricity fees and give a bit profit.
But would it be really profitable ?
If not, is there a pool where it could be profitable ?

Regards
If you buy an S5 on HashNest, aren't you limited to it only mining on AntPool?
I don't know, I thought we could point to an other place. Is it not possible ?
Is there an other miner which we can decide where to mine ?
Or is there a miner seller/hoster where we can decide ?

You cannot choose the pool, you are limited to Antpool only. Is it profitable, nobody can tell you that, too many variables in the game.
It s obvious you re new in the BTC world, I would suggest you go slow, invest a bit and see how it works and them move from there.

I do a bit of cloudmining and a lot of more of investing into PoS coins. I think staking will be the future of crypto, much more efficient. I like DMD Diamond coin, for example.
5085  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: May 14, 2015, 02:21:39 PM
Hi, I am looking at the 2 options offered by Hashnest.  So from what I can tell, you get a chance at a better return, but more risk if you buy the equipment and have it installed vs the pacmic.  But it does not say on the website that I can tell, if I buy an s5 for 390$ (for example) do they host it indefinitely as long as it is profitable?  What if it breaks? Basically I am looking for more info on this option so I can compare the two.

Thanks if anyone knows the answer.

Also you need to take into account the fact that the new generation of miners should be out this summer. In other words, nothing last forever in crypto world.
5086  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1,415,477,500,000,000 Bitcoins on: May 14, 2015, 12:44:01 PM
21 mill should be the cap. However, lots of BTC have already been lost due to hardware failures, lost passwords, etc. So I would say about 19 mil in total.
5087  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with your btc? on: May 14, 2015, 12:40:22 PM
I invest into PoS coins recently, I simply love staking and I think it ll be a new form of mining.

My personal best is DMD Diamond coin, 50% annual interest and only 4.38 million coins. In other words, you buy 1000 coins and 1 year you have 1500 coins. Also, this coins s been around for years.

Why would a government fund a farm? What explanation would be for them why they spend money this way?
5089  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Will Payza scam me ? on: May 14, 2015, 12:18:54 PM
Hah. No, Payza will not scam you. They have a strong reputation and very well know world wide.

If you have not broken any of their rules, you will be paid.
5090  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Generators? on: May 14, 2015, 12:17:20 PM
As long there are naive people, there will be crypto scammers. Magic coins, generated as soon as you press a button? WTF?
5091  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is profitable, Dice Site Investment Vs Cloud Mining? on: May 14, 2015, 12:16:05 PM
Cloud mining can be profitable if you know what company to choose. Never tried gambling or investing into gambling though.
5092  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin/Altcoin cloud Mining on: May 14, 2015, 12:10:46 PM
Bitcoin cloud mining : Hashnest or Bit-X
Altcoin cloud mining : Genesis Mining (few people said it's ponzi, be careful) or zeushash

If you are brave enough, try cloudmining.website or scrypt.cc
Both of them offer fast ROI, but both of them are ponzi

Genesis Mining only provides BTC and Sha 256 mining for now. No LTC or any other altcoin, right?
5093  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Looking For Long Term Trusted Sites on: May 14, 2015, 12:09:31 PM
Also add http://bitvisitor.com which pays some bits for viewing website for particular time.
http://paidverts.com a long running PTC website, trusted website which also paying as BTC.

~Rude Boy

Do not use Bitvisitor.com, it s a big time scam. I personally used them and tried to contact them 10x to resolve and issue I ve had, no response.

This website s a total junk, stay away from it.

What about coins? Do you plan to promote those?

Here is my suggestion, DMD Diamond

5095  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: do people make a lot of money farming signature campaigns? on: May 14, 2015, 08:13:50 AM
so which one is the best campaign at the moment? I might join one just to make some btc a month
I would recommend https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=877765.0 (Bit-x) as for it is the highest paying and automatic weekly payouts.
DA DICE isn't bad either, with the same rates: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=973949.0

You can check those two out, but I believe DA DICE is the better one to join right now, they are accepting participants and they have an active profile pic campaign.

Bit-x is closed to new participants and the campaign will be closed soon. And it is not clear if a new campaign will be launched afterwards.

Da Dice surely is better for the single fact it is open, but there are better options.

Bitmixer might be better for full members right now, because the payment is automated and weekly, so you won't be surprised by half your posts being classified as non constructive or something

are you sure about the campaign being closed soon? marco didn't say anything about that, he also said that he is happy with the campaign, i doubt we are near the end

having only dadice with no competitors would be bad...

Where did u get this info about Bit-x?
5096  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Start Mining with 2500$ Budget. on: May 14, 2015, 05:26:17 AM
I dont think home mining is the way to go anymore.

Try cloudmining, you can exit easily if something goes wrong. I would go with Hashnest or Bit-x.

Alternatively, you can try PoS coins, I like DMD Diamond, 50% annual interest.

Nobody can tell you that exacty, they have several different miners, there is difficulty in the game as well as pool luck.
5098  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin/Altcoin cloud Mining on: May 14, 2015, 05:21:14 AM
BTC, Hashnest or Bit-x.

Altocoin, not so sure.

You can also try PoS coins, I like DMD Diamond.

5099  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining on: May 13, 2015, 07:56:32 PM
Im not sure if this is the right form as Im rather new but I have a question to all who will answer. What is the best place to cloud mine?Ive looked at genesis mining but I did the math with the hidden fee and found out i would lose all my money and won't make much of a profit. Please don't say that most cloud miners are a scam and just say what are some good cloud miners.

the legit cloudminers like genesis offer literally no ROI - others with less than 70 days ROI are most likey Ponzis and chances are high that you will lose your investment. cloudmining is a gamble.

There is a group in between. Those legit one which offer 200-300 days ROI. Those I prefer to choose.
