528  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-07-31] Lessons I Learned From Being Scammed (twice) in the Cryptocurrency on: August 03, 2018, 10:36:17 AM
This is so weird that people still fall for these scams, they have been around so long. Also in Telegram every single group has multiple warnings about this.
But i suppose that people who are new to this space and are naive can fall for these kind of scams.
529  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which european countries are best for cryptocurrency startups? on: August 02, 2018, 09:35:20 PM
1) Malta
2) Baltic states, a lot of good ICOs have been held there, especially Estonia because they have this e-residency thingy which is unique and very useful.
3) Switzerland but this is the last from 3 options since it is quite expensive.

Regarding the regulation- it is in the works and still not clear but it is clear that EU is open to cryptos compared to other regions.
530  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get merited? on: August 02, 2018, 08:57:46 PM
Well, i know most of you are going to say,"post useful stuffs", show your quality, dont go with quantities. Its all only for saying. My posts are not that useless and i always post hoping it will be helping people here. But never get that merit points.I dont think its only about what you post, its somehow about, who you know and also about who is in your contact. Do you guys agree ?

I dont think that you will get any merit if you stay in alt coin section , in these huge threads where people do not generally read.
Go to short threads and try to be useful or find a niche which is not taken and is interesting for high ranking users.
531  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Most Crypto investors are Cowards on: August 02, 2018, 08:55:08 PM
The answer is just simple, we all are cowards  Smiley. Everyone will like to wake up one day and find out that Btc has reached 50,000. All these people are scared to invest hugely in bitcoin but want to become  Crypto millionaire and Billionaire. You ask them why they are scared and they are like crypto is volatile and so on. This is the time to set the record straight make people realize what they are into. If you are scared then there is no need for you to join this amazing fraternity Smiley.

Off-course people are scared and fear is the one of the biggest factors of bear market, it is the very essence of bear market , people are scared to lose because in the recent history it has happened but on the contrary the BULL market is defined by lack of fear .
532  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the world’s 6th largest currency on: August 02, 2018, 08:51:45 PM
Bitcoin is the world’s 6th largest currency. These figures are noteworthy, but if the value of a single Bitcoin goes up to $15,000, India’s currency Rupee will pass. Ethereum ranked 17th and Bitcoin Cash ranked 20th. Ripple is located just below 20.
How many years Bitcoin will need to become No.1 ?

I think that it is still debatable is it currency or not since a lot people buy it more as an asset.
Also Europian Union tends to think that it is more asset than currency, at least for now i agree with them.

534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna end someday ? on: August 01, 2018, 03:59:33 PM
I have one question that really bug me sometimes, Are ICOs going to end or new ideas and projects will emerge along with ICOs. Many of us actually rely on bounty to earn other than investing. As long as there is ICO I believe there will be bounty. It will be a sad day for us if ICOs are declared officially dead.

I think that it would be useful  to ask yourself few questions which are relevant to this matter. Does business will stop , does innovation will stop ?
ICO will not stop, possibly the pace will become slower also they will evolve because of regulation but not die. Maybe with evolution and regulation , there will be less bounties but ICO will go on.
535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don’t panic! on: August 01, 2018, 03:55:05 PM
Hello, why everyone is so afraid of crypto market falling again? I think this 1000$ bitcoin growth is the new beginning of rapid growth of all crypto market! Guys don’t be so depressive, stop panicking and selling just relax and bitcoin is going to reach 20000$ in summer! Cool
Your prediction did not came true  Grin Undecided

But I believe that we will see the growth after 4 months or so, right now we are most likely going down heavily, there is not enough new money coming in!
Also the ETF is further away than most of us thought.
536  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-07-31] Millennials 5 times more likely than adults to save BTCs for future on: August 01, 2018, 03:48:24 PM
The same here,  i dont trust in money printing machines which are banks with my money, i dont trust the system at all.
I rather put my money in BTC than in conventional finance system .

I have on several occasions educated my family about basics of block-chain and advantages but most of them remain skeptical, i believe it will change with time.
537  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-15] ICO is still booming: what we need to understand on: August 01, 2018, 03:44:21 PM
Quote
At the moment, the most respected rating agencies with the most extensive databases are ICOrating and ICObench. They have been on the market for quite a long time and their ratings have proved to be fairly objective and therefore worthy of attention.

sorry but... after that I can't take seriously that article... ICObench is bad and "corrupted" and ICOrating gives good rating if you pay them... it's like a website without bad ratings.

agreed, the ratings are good for nothing. These websites make money from paying ICO's for their ratings, they are a ton of good examples why not to trust them.
For example project " Titanium" had good ratings everywhere, they where  scam in the end.

539  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-07-31] Vitalik Buterin Thinks There Is Too Much Fuss About Bitcoin ETFs on: July 31, 2018, 03:07:18 PM
I agree, the mass adoption is much more important than ETF.
ETF though can potentially give the market a much bigger and faster push to the BULL side but in the bigger picture, it has not much importance.
540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do whales really control the market, or is that a myth on: July 31, 2018, 03:04:58 PM
The market manipulation in general is not an myth , the stock market has and is manipulated by very big players they are using peoples fear and greed to their advantage .
Since stock market is n times bigger than crypto market , it is only logical to think that this market is manipulated as well and this is often seen in graph also.
