I wonder what other ways ONAM will come forward with to set themselves aside from th rest have they said how they will be handling listings will it be via fees or voting or what?
Not sure specifically but I think they require the coins to be regulatory compliant if memory serves so we won’t be seeing many shitcoins getting listed on this platform which I think is good I also asked that question on their telegram and they said that there's a two option on listing to their future exchange. Option one is via bitcoin or direct fee payment to get listed. Option two will be the voting of the coin. |

They have to start weekly updates. Because we don't about the progress of their project and even don't know that when they will start the sale.
Two weeks are completely sufficient. There is not much progress in the course of a week. And if you follow several projects, like me, then weekly updates are almost stressful :-) Yes, I guess in every two weeks weekly updates are enough. No need to post on every week. But still we don't have information about the SALE? I agree, Having an updates about the progress and developments of the project every two weeks is also good because we can still monitor what's happening on it. Getting listed on two exchanges with high trading volumes is really a great feat. Now I am excited about the project kicking off next year and the first payout by February.
I am more concerned about the February deadline, I am actually very convinced they can pull it but i am still having trace of doubt considering the fact that February is just 4 month away Really? I have no concerns about the plan and the Securix team. They made regular updates and the validated several times that they will follow their roadmap and start with mining in February. The first payout is at the end of February. I have no doubts that they will hit the target. I agree till now the team has followed their roadmap very good so i believe they can easily reach that target too. Actually they are ahead of the roadmap. In my early days around the blockchain exchange platform we didn't have much vibrant community and Enthusiast who are willing to help out with various needs even coming from the project team, the case is different with Onam.. Exactly different, you find help in a flash
Yeah as Onam Is going for building a Community Based Exchange it'll be pretty easy to get help from Team or getting solutions we might in exchange. Unlike other ones where we kept waiting days for a reply from team! I also noticed that on their telegram that there's always a person who's charge on answering different question. I monitored it and their support there are really fast and looks like it's open almost 24/7. they obviously understand the importance of making sure their social media is active, i believe it will eventually pay off in the form of more investment from their community Yeah, Honestly some of the exchange support are really taking long before they reply on someone queries (based on my experienced). They don't really know how important of giving an answer to someone question specially if it's really important and rush. I guess somewhere I heard that the Onam team will give the support in multiple languages as per user's requirement depends on country which is really flexible for users. Wow that will be good, Because we all know that there are some people here who's really hard for them to speak english language properly. If they will going to support different language that will be good so the communication will going to be easy too. |

Well you have a good point here! I mean yeah people have to understand this project first to know about it and use it. No matter how good it is, they have to understand how this can bring Welfare to us! We learn eeveryday. Not every know how to use the internet and not every one is technically minded to understand a smart internet either. But we know it’s helpful, when we see a video on how it works. True. Not everyone knows how to use the Internet but a large percentage of people know do use the Internet. Cova will play a big part in changing the Internet. Yeah, Most of the people who's using internet now are really don't care about understanding what internet is for and about having more security on their data. They just want to surf and surf. I think once the cova launch it will really going to be a big help to everyone understanding more the important of data privacy and protection. Aside from that, they need to work on mass adoption. Like if you want to search something, you know you can always go to google. So what's in it for Cova in the future? Data security and protection? It's really hard to create a name of your own. We will see how Cova will perform in the next few months. That's also an interesting question. Whatever it is, the team needs to Start giving updates to this forum, I know there are other platforms to share information but this thread should not be totally ignored by the team. They need to update us and I hope they give updates on the Android version soon As per my knowledge it's already postponed two times previously. Hope so this time team will give us complete information about it. That's good to see that iOS version almost live I guess. I am still expectant about the android version being released this month. I hope they do not disappoint us again because they have been extending the date for a long period of time and it won't be fair to the Android users. Hopefully they will release it this month. My major concern with most blockchain project is that they seem to favour IOS users over android users and it very obvious that android userbase is quite large Tachain just needs to build a user base, it shouldn't matter too much which OS users are running or which brand of phone users have. They need to expand their project and market to get the users. Yeah, even I don't know if any iOS user have posted any feedback at anywhere about Tachain application of iOS version. Tachain team have to be give us some details if have any. We already tried the iOS version of the app and it's working except the registration on the app but what we really want is to try it on android version. I hope they will give us some update about it. Yeah, I don't really know what it's for but they already gave the details and benefits of it to the project. It's not only for their exchange but it will really going to be a big help on maintaining their tokens volume if I'm not mistaken. |

Being listed on another exchange before even finishing the ICO is a truly great achievement. I'm sure FUBT will be busy as people buy up all of those securix tokens. You might want to consider ethershift exchange as well which is an ERC20 based exchange.
I think this fact has been underplayed a little bit. It's a fantastic achievement. Some projects really struggle to get listed on exchanges. Securix has managed to before the end of their token sale and on two different exchanges. The community of Securix has been supportive. And the team superb. But I think the community would also like to see more progress on the mining farm. What’s the state of farm? I haven't heard any updates about the farm in a while, the team hasn't purchased any mining equipment yet. They are waiting for an electricity upgrade before they set up the farm. From what I have read they have had that sorted out already. They have the necessary electricity supply. They have been working on that before they had the soft cap if I am not mistaken. I also read that their farming facility will be okay on January 2019 and they will start distributing the first payout on Febuary. But I hope we can see some updates on the facility this year. |

My main concern is just adoption as with everything with crypto adoption always tends to be the achiles heel, the project as it stands seems to have so much of the technical aspect well planned out its going to be the corporate and social aspect that needs to really knock it out of the park and bring on companies and projects to implement the platform large scale
You're right, adoption is really needed if they intend to survive but i'm quite optimistic, especially with the fact that reputable brands already showed interest in Cova, so its all about implementation and once that's effectively done, we may get to see a situation whereby people will want to know more and possibly get into the train of a new web protocol Wow that's a good news that some big / reputable companies are showing some interest on the project. Well I guess they already predicted what will really going to be the future of this project. |

because I'm having this problem on another Exchange (which I will not use after the launch of Onam):
What about the deposit speed? At the moment I'm waiting 30 minutes for ETH to appear in my Exchange wallet
30 minutes?  For real mate? What exchange is that? That's freaking slow. Almost equivalent to a whole day is you ask me..  those guys really need to do a lot of work on their platform menh... They ought to man! I haven't waited this long for a deposit on an exchange, I'm sure Onam wouldn't entertain such lapses. Where you guys seen this updates? I couldn't found anything relevant speed if they mentioned at anywhere. I don't think so Onam will take that much time to transfer fund on exchange. The transaction speed mentioned above is not for ONAM project. It's his experienced on other exchanges who took 30 mins for his Eth transactions. I think ONAm will bring more than this. I expect that depositing on onam exchange should be very fast since they will be using a lot of new technologies that is going to help them improve on many aspects. I agree, Advance or new technologies that they are using will really going to help them on having more advatages to other exchanges out there and it could help them on becoming one of the most popular exchange in the future. |

Tachain is a project with great potential given the fact that it is centered on two big industries, transportation and advertisement. But recently, the team is sending cryptic messages that are difficult for their community to understand what they want to convey. I think this approach should be changed.
Yes like their random tagging of airlines and other companies in their tweets. This approach needs to be amended and a new marketing phase should be introduced and implemented. OH. Really? I haven't seen such tweet for my self though it's been long I visited their profile. Has anyone tried talking with the team to know if they have any good explanation to backup the act? If I'm not mistaken they already answered that those companies are just they target for their advertising services when the project is fully operational. But let's wait to their team respond to be sure. |
