Have the cards that were paid for already been sent?
So if not your going to request a partial shipping refund?
TBH you shouldn't have said anything I offered a service whereas MJ did not.
you kinda stepped on my toes a little there,
I see your argumentative lately red tagging new guy's also driving them towards MJ's services by doing so.

Instead of being so short maybe you could demonstrate a little patience and trust in other members.

Why would anybody want to trust a member with this on their trust ratings: “Selling trust. You should probably ignore this profile's sent feedback”

As a new buyer in this forum, I am always relieved when I purchase items from well trusted members. I don’t like patience or demonstrating trusts in noobs, most people would agree.

Looks like Miner has a good connect on some notes look forward to grabbing a few. Thanks for responses.

I just received my spesmonerujo notes today and I can assure you that you will love them. Excellent quality and really nice collectibles  Grin
533  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] BitcoinTalk Custom Hand-Poured .999 Fine Silver Bars - [ Now Sold ] on: February 24, 2020, 08:26:18 PM
Is everyone going to ignore the fact that his post said signed delivery and tecshare initially refused to allow signature delivery out of "privacy" concerns?
MagicByt3 has in the end done the right thing but there are so many things done wrong by so many people during this auction. Just a little snowball rolling down a hill turned into a huge snowball of death by the time this thing was over.
Two things to say here on this question by kryme

1. "Last edit: February 22, 2020, 01:28:52 PM by MagicByt3"
As the auction terms post was edited multiple times during this auction and was never quoted and left unedited by anyone I can not 100% say myself that this rule was in place before the feud started. Auction hosts should never edit their initial terms post unless it has been quoted in full by another member.

2. Communication by bidder and seller could have eased and avoided all of this nonsense. People that use bitcoin DO care about their privacy a little more than the regular person.. a simple PM reaching out with a kindhearted and reasonable explanation would have gone leaps and bounds here. Between buyer/seller or buyer/escrow/seller this could have been all avoided by just talking to eachother like human beings.
Every one went public and into attack mode from the very beginning. This doesn't just fall on one person, even I went on the offense in this thread aswell.

We go pretty strict here with how we expect auctions to run.. we have been doing them for a long time and a standard has pretty much been set for successful auctions and auction etiquette. Newbies to the Collectibles board some times think they are being harassed but it's just the older members stating how we guarantee that an auction goes smooth. As you can see from reading this thread this is exactly what happened.

Initial terms quoted by MJ on 2/18 which include the signed delivery prior to the fiasco on page 1.
534  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTB] Graded 1 BTC Casascius Error on: February 23, 2020, 01:58:16 AM

When MJ replys to me with a TXID of the transaction I am happy to send MJ the bar and get this mess out the way..

No proof no deal it's really that simple.

If I send MJ 0.01 BTC will you stfu already and close the deal?
538  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] BitcoinTalk Custom Hand-Poured .999 Fine Silver Bars - [ Now Sold ] on: February 21, 2020, 10:50:04 PM
Now that I have agreed to his demands, of course needs to draw this out even longer by disappearing. I wouldn't trust you with a pack of saltine crackers.

What about a half opened pack?
539  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] BitcoinTalk Custom Hand-Poured .999 Fine Silver Bars - [ Now Sold ] on: February 21, 2020, 10:46:02 PM
No nothing is going anywhere.. You tried to bully me into this escrow under your NEW terms and I plan to expose what you tried to do..

Your making claims about stuff that didn't even happen like the 0.002 bid which has been cleared up but you insist on using it as it's the only thing you have to relate it to...

Further more please do release my conversations to the community I won't be held over the fire by anyone ever...Not you not MJ not ANYONE..

My terms were clear.

You then wanted to change them to suit your own needs..
No signed for delivery which would give me NO PROOF of posting or delivery to your address.
NO proof of payment to the escrow.

So why should I be held to the contract when your clearly bending it to your own needs..

No one is sending bar's of silver out with NO proof of delivery and some escrow service that won't be the full middle man.

And to be honest right now I don't know If I would even want to send it to the escrow since he clearly just red trust me when you both realized the war was lost.

I look forward to the reviews from the helpful members that took the time to assist in this matter and it's sad to see people lording there status here as a way to change terms of sales to there will..

Magic

I didn't bully you into anything. I made demands to protect myself, because you have demonstrated you are not to be trusted absolutely EVERY step of the way in this process start to finish. Nothing I asked for is unreasonable. I already stated if you are willing to pay Minerjones for the reshipping cost to get that bar to me, you can ship it to him with all the signature requirements you like if it makes you feel better. Is that not good enough now or do you have more demands to make of your customer? This is more like a hostage negotiation than a sales thread, and I am dumbfounded as to why you think any of this serves you. I am not "lording over" anything. I have demonstrated I can be trusted with funds over almost a decade. You have not. It is as simple as that. At least everyone knows to avoid you now at the very least. So will you be shipping to Minerjones, covering his cost to reship it to me, as you said you would?

3. Your first DM to me was you telling me you wanted to use MJ as escrow but escrow is where the agent holds BOTH goods.  I also said I would cover the cost if there was any for this.

This should hopefully be the last post in this thread once magic agrees as this should satisfy his demands...
540  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] BitcoinTalk Custom Hand-Poured .999 Fine Silver Bars - [ Now Sold ] on: February 21, 2020, 10:19:03 PM
Magic....do you understand that MJ’s escrow fee on a 1 BTC Cas coin trade is worth more than your silver bar? Please don’t make ridiculous claims that’s you don’t trust him to not steal your bar bc he left a negative yet accurate review of his current experience in this trade.
