521  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Correction is possible in bitcoin price? After 40,000$ on: December 12, 2023, 12:50:19 PM
Bitcoin prices have been on the rise for the past two to three weeks, with no significant correction observed during this period. Currently, the bitcoin price hovers around $39,300. The surge in bitcoin prices can be attributed to the news of ETF approval circulating in the market.

However, what is your opinion? Do you anticipate a potential drop in the bitcoin price, revisiting $30,000 after reaching $40,000, or do you believe it will continue its upward trajectory towards $50,000?

Before the weekend, I think on Friday, I read something about Fidelity spot ETF bitcoin having a meeting with SEC but the detail of the meeting wasn't revealed and that is sceptical to keep mum about the progress of bitcoin spot ETF, and then the weekend bitcoin dump, even yesterday been a new weekend Bitcoin dump a little bit and that makes me think there is something fishy that SEC and bitcoin ETF bitcoin spot applications are doing that the public is not aware for now. However, I am waiting to see what will happen comes January as many people expected the bitcoin ETF spots should be approved, even if not all they will certainly approved some.

I also have a fear of the rejection because SEC has an influence on the Bitcoin market and billions will flow into ETFs if they should make approve these ETFs and in addition bull run is around the corner, if they approve this application I think Bitcoin is going to have an insane bull run and I believe they wouldn't want to be involved in bitcoin price shoot up, they don't want to be involve in why people buy bitcoin, I know SEC very well and that is why I fear of this rejection might happen.

Price correction might not happen now perhaps maybe 2 months to halving that some people will sell, many investors wouldn't wait for bitcoin halving to approach before they sell, they are smart and they wouldn't wait for that day before they sell, so I expect to see a correction by then but I don't it will happen now because bulls don't want to lose this opportunity until they have what they came for this season of bull run.
522  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Biggest risk of P2P trade on: December 12, 2023, 12:36:48 PM
We know alrready how dangerous centralized exchanges can be = not your keys not your coins
But what are your most dangerous risks of P2P trade?
And how can we avoid it?

P2P trading on centralized exchanges are built-in way to protect the buyer and the seller, most of the time potential scam activities are monitored and because it is a centralized platform, there is a middle person who is watching what is happening in the forum, if any trader try to act smart, they will suspend the person for 30 days I think and the reason why buyers don't have ways to scam is that there is always a collateral damage deposit so that incase the buyer want to run.

Furthermore, centralized exchanges request KYC and data capturing, if anyone should try to scam they will work with the authorities to make sure they get you and does it worth scamming people and later being on the chase? I don't think so. In addition, the centralized exchange has the money, if the trade is not settled between a buyer and the seller, you can't withdraw the money and this is the advantage of the middle person within the exchange but this shouldn't be a reason to be careless when trading, kindly follow the instruction and follow the buyer or the seller until the transaction is settled.

Once you are done trading, make sure you withdraw your coins out of the exchanges because not your coins, not your keys, the exchanges don't tell you what happens in the background and you also have no clue of what they do behind the surface of the exchange, it is better to trade with caution and not leave your coins on the exchange.
523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: December 12, 2023, 12:26:25 PM
Girona have been performing brilliantly in La Liga this season and have taken the top spot in the points table. If they go to La Liga like this and can occupy the top spot then it is natural that ucl will be considered. If Girona continue like this from their place, they will surely be at the top of the points table. Girona are currently stronger after defeating Barcelona, they will surely go after good targets next time. Girona are in the top position after beating Madrid but the Barca side have now dropped far below the top of the points table. So if Girona can win the next matches according to their great performance then there is definitely a possibility to become champions in La Liga.

I scanned through Girona again because I was curious how they have come this far with just a single loss, they have been on a winning spree and that is why I'm even more concerned because they managed to finish halfway in the table last season, what is that special thing that is making them so fast and unique this season, that is what I don't get about this team, they are killing every club that comes their way. I think Barcelona is living proof of that because they failed to maintain their lead in the tale and have given extra credit to Girona with 7 points, they need 3 successful wins to come close to Girona to maintain their lead for this season.

The only team that hasn't allowed them to give them a gap is Real Madrid, they have been at their back despite drawing the last match and because of that, many people have been thinking Girona will have this season with ease, I doubt that because the more I look at this season, the more I see Real Madrid taking this title home. People are happy because Girona is winning and clubs like Real Madrid and Barcelona are winning, if it was their favourite club that is second or third, they wouldn't want such to happen but I will allow Girona to have its time, they will fall from that spot very soon.
524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: December 12, 2023, 12:15:33 PM
Bayern Munich make us surprised loss their last games after defeating by Frankfurt with bigger score 1-5, its first time Bayern Munich conceded 5 goals in domestic league. The same loss result on last match with Manchester United and loss from Bournemouth when playing home.
Both losses teams will face tonight on last Champion League match but Bayern Munich is not really important match what ever match result loss, draw or win they are keep managing top standings. But crucial for Manchester United must win against Bayern Munich if want get chance qualify to Europe League or get one position of 16 round if Galatasaray's match against Copenhagen get draw result.

Both teams flopped big time in their domestic league and I think Bayern Munich had the most embarrassment but Manchester United disappointed the most because they had the advantage of being home at Old Trafford and they were facing a team lower than them in the table, but Bayern Munich visited Frankfurt which were guest and defeat was expected the goals were much, 5 goals looks like revenge goals and Bayern been the top of the league wasn't supposed to accept that outcome, I don't know how you explain such match to person when no any player got a red card.  Huh

If Bayern Munich want to help Manchester United to cross over the group stage, this is a perfect time because even if should win this match, they can have an automatic ticket to the Europa League but the Champions League is not guaranteed again except if Galatasaray and Copenhagen draw that match but we all know that is not going to happen. If Bayern Munich should pave way for Manchester United, people are going to say it is manipulation which is going to affect them in the future because either they lose this match or win, Bayern will go to the round of 16 for sure.
525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 12, 2023, 12:01:40 PM
Honestly Erik ten Hag has gotten enough time to turn things around for good at Man Utd, he had so far signed 16 players loan and permanent players yet the club hasn't achieve their great status due to their inconsistency in the team performance, majority of his new signings had flopped, the likes of Onana, Antony, Mason Mount, Lisandro Martínez and Tyrell Malacia hadn't perform as expected despite huge sign on paid to secure their services except Casimero, Eriksen and Rasmus Højlund who had proven their worth but injury problems had reduced their impact in the team, Rashford, Martial had lost form, while Sancho who ought have help the team is not in the good book of Erik ten Hag, I think the manager had all the time at his disposal to up the team game or performance yet not yielding any  positive results.

I can't think my head straight what has been happening to Erik Ten Hag but I can say for a fact that Onana has conceded more goals halfway through the Premier League than he did in the whole of Inter or is this actually a conclusion to say that Inter was just having a great season in Seria A and Erik was scammed by that performance and bought him instead because I don't really any part of Onana that is that spectacular for Manchester United, the players and the managers has failed that club so badly that they don't have any reputation in Europe again.

Between them and Chelsea, I'm not sure who to say they have declined badly but I think Chelsea has been the same they were right from when Graham Potter was sacked and replaced by Lampard down to Pochentino, they have been the same but I think Manchester United are about to enter the same trend of declination because this was how Chelsea were performing poorly until it becomes a linear failure they finding difficult to adjust in the table, they have remained below 10th in the table more than 6 weeks and yet no significant change has occured.
526  Economy / Economics / Re: The power of investment choices on: December 11, 2023, 09:00:59 PM
It's not enough having an investment plan, knowing the right choice to make for every investment defines the investor better. Take for example jumping on every new coin we find on reputable exchange might not be enough guarantee that coin will do well in the future.

I think people jump from one coin to another to seek for better profits and most often than not, the people who does this are short term holders, they check the gems and most liquid coin on the market and because of the demand, they make easily 10% to 20% from their investment than waiting an entire months and year to see the fruit of your investment.

Quote
Some coin might have good Supply but low liquidity, some might have high market capitalisation but very poor volatility. Although it's hard to predict the accuracy of a coin performance in the near future this why it is always advised to stick to the known which is BTC.

I like bitcoin but because I like bitcoin doesn't mean that others will love bitcoin and you know why? That's because people see more plenty opportunity outside bitcoin. You can hold bitcoin for a year and get 100% profit but gold altcoin in 24 hours and get 2x of bitcoin profits, you see the logic? However, altcoins are dangerous and can make you become nothing in less than 24 hours of you pick to invest in the wrong coin but people don't just care about the risk, they care more about tbe potential than the risk and hence the reason why they prefer altcoins than bitcoin.

Quote
Another option is to spread ones portfolio amongst different coins but ensuring the have a greater percentage in projects with a visible future. It is better to win small and lose less than lose more and win less

There is no strategy of investment that beat this, whether it's crypto or anything outside crypto, it's expected of you to diversify your portfolio so that when one is not working or have some challenges, the other will be doing the work and giving you the profits, that's the only way to win from investment.
527  Economy / Economics / Re: I need financial advice for my careless uncle. on: December 11, 2023, 08:35:01 PM
Greeting to you all. I seek financial advice from you guys. My uncle who happens to be a contractor has been winning several contracts, but when the money comes all his plan becomes void simply because he I'll end up going to parties, drinking, womanizing and living a luxirious lifestyle. Although he is married and had kids but his youthful exhubirant has not yet left him even as his married and it's causing alot of problem in his family. When he has no money he thinks straight but when money comes he becomes unpredictable. He has really sufferd before he had this last chance he made over $5000 now he is seeking for financial advice, so I decided to bring up to this humble room to hear from you guys.

So what do you guys think he would do with such money to financially stabilize without going back to zero point?

A contractor made $5000 grand? Is this weekly or monthly? I'm confused because a contractor is not supposed to earn less than that unless he is working under another contractor or he wasn't straight with his income or perhaps as you said, his lifestyle is also not allowing him to tell you guys his take home salary. Contractors earn a lot but depend on the level of risk they see everyday, the income is more than that amount.

What kind of financial advice do you need exactly. A contractor work depend when they need their service, if they don't have any contract money will not come, now that everywhere is raining for him he should better invest it into something that will yield him better fruit in the future. I don't have a say in what he should invest but he need something profitable and please don't tell him to buy bitcoin because I'm not sure if your uncle is the patient type that will invest into bitcoin.

You guys could also keep the money and when it's enough amount, he could also start a business depending on your location because business depends where you live and what you sell also depends on the demand of your location.
528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The shorter the time you spend the better on: December 11, 2023, 06:48:53 PM
Shorting your play time in gambling is the best strategy in gambling, apart from knowing how to manage your bankroll, don't spend too much time on a casino game, the longer the time you spent the more you lose, this is the truth that many gamblers won't accept at first until they realize it later.

This has some degree of facts but I think every gambler have their unique way of gambling and play in accordance with their skills because winning is important, it's not how many you play but the winning you had while playing them, there are sometimes you play and you will think the world is by your side.

Quote
For them it's about your addiction, and that's what brings in more money, and I am here to announce to you that time fixation is also a good way in gambling, spending 20 minutes in casino a day is better than someone who spend 1 hour.

Winning 5 time and losing 2 times in an hour is better than losing 2 times in under 20 minutes and call it a day, small time duration will be difficult for some people and they might not even gain something meaningful in that range. Just as I said earlier, each gambler has its way of winning, so time night not be a factor of winning and if you are sensible and smart player, addiction wouldn't be your problem.

Quote
1. Have a amount limit you can risk on gambling every week.

2. Choose your favourite day in a week for gambling.

3. Have a time count down when gambling, to avoid spending too much time.

Go back home or close your laptop once your time is up, and wait for the coming day, go back to your daily life and business, chase your goals using your business and invest more money on assets.

Do you agree or disagree? Drop your reason why.

I love this advice, they are good and acute but I think each gambler that loves casino games should observed their way of playing and the default time they used in playing and should stick to that time, it will help them manage their addiction life and potential addiction road to gambling.
529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 11, 2023, 06:25:08 PM
I thought Real Madrid have already ruled out their interest over the 24 years old guy, Mbappe and I saw that news all over the internet since the 8th or 9th of last month November when the La Liga giants came out to withdraw their interest at signing Kylian Mbappe publicly so that the public perception over this matter can at least be put into rest.

Subsequently, a news also came out claiming that Mbappe has shown his keen interest at joining the Real Madrid team but the club gave him to the beginning of next year which is the month of January to commit himself else they might not be interested any longer. Other analysts have also pointed the mistakes Mbappe has made for not moving to Real Madrid since then condemning his remain in the Paris Saint Germain

Anybody that is still speculating on the future of Mbape to Real Madrid are doing it because they love to have that discussion but the real owner has long make final comment about him with the club, no discussion has been going on, if there is by now Fabrizio Romano would have given us some tip of the gist but nothing and that means him and his agent are busy or perhaps not interested about such for now, beside January is not here yet and even if that should come, Mbape is going not to Bernabeu.

If I'm Real Madrid, I will make sure to keep distance from that boy, he has made a lot of mess for Real Madrid because of his mother love. Ruined everything in almost minute of finishing the deal only to pull out in the end. I know that he need the Champions League so badly but PSG will not make it for him; when Messi and Neymar was there, they couldn't make it, it's now he want to accomplish it? Lol this is not world cup where he face some small teams but Champions League where a lot of expert will baby sit him about football. Grin
530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: December 11, 2023, 06:16:43 PM
It is true, they will join the group stage in Europa League if they succeed to beat Bayern Munich in the final match. If Copenhagen or Galatasaray wins the final match, Man United will finish in the 3rd place. So, they will qualify for the group stage of Europa League. I think it is not a very bad result if they still can compete in Europa League. At least, Man United will have the chance to win a trophy of Europa League. But if they fail to win against Bayern Munich, Man United will have no chance in all international competitions (UCL and Europa League). So, for the final match, it is a must to win against Bayern Munich. I'm sure Man United will play all out for the match.

Let's not start what we can't finished. Manchester United aren't going no where; didn't you see what they played against Bournemouth on Saturday? In Old Trafford, they let such small team to downgraded them so badly? It's a shame on Erik Ten with such performance. If they received such a treatment from Bournemouth, you think Bayern are going to spare them like that even when Tuchel had it's last home match not trilling to fans, I still think Bayern Munich are coming to Old Trafford to scatter everywhere and no one will be spare.

There future in Europa qualifications is not certain, I will rate it 3/10 possibility because if Galatasaray and Copenhagen played, any one of them that win will have qualification to the Champions League along with Bayern Munich while the third team will have to go for Europa and Manchester United with the least point will come back home and try again maybe in another two years to come because I don't think they have that power to finish top 4 to have a place against next year, till next 2 years again that is if they make it by that time.
531  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No risk no reward on: December 10, 2023, 03:42:20 PM
Before making an investment always put it at the back of your mind that the higher you stake the more higher your income will be, In this case is like we do forget one thing that it's not about winning all time but actually loss also. When you admit it that you earn and at the same time you might loss. That means you are also capable of making a run into the crypto currency world.
That's why it always good to read and understand something before you engage yourself into it, or neither trying to introduce someone into it for example if your investment is on (BTC) make sure you have learn more about it.
But it always about risk and i do believe everyone knows whenever there's no risk no reward.

At the bolded is not entirely true. You can stake high and earn nothing in some aspects of investment but I think if you specifically applied that bitcoin, then I will say it's true in some aspects because if you buy bitcoin worth of a million today, you can have a loss if the price crash down but it is an unrealised loss, it becomes a real loss when you sell it but if you hold, with time it will bounce back and might even add more profit.

In every investment, there is risk involved. In an investment where there is no risk, run for your life because it's only a Ponzi scam and schemes they don't have risk, they make all the promises they have in this life just to convince people to put their hard-earned and after a short period of time, they disappear into thin air. Any investment that doesn't have a risk is a big scam, know this and know peace but Bitcoin always has less risk though if compared it other investments. Lips sealed
532  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Sanction On Mixers Would Make This Forum Boring on: December 10, 2023, 03:24:39 PM
I just read the post by the admin stating that mixers will be banned on the forum from January 1. Considering that mixers and casinos seem to be the biggest advertisers here, I foresee a drop in revenue for the forum. The way I see it, it implies that the government is still in charge of the direction Bitcoin moves. If they cannot control Bitcoin, they can move against the appurtenances of the cryptocurrency: mixers, exchanges, who knows... even this forum, etc. With the popularity of the USD dwindling, who knows what else could happen to Bitcoin, the challenger? What do you think?

You joined the forum way back in 2019 yet you don't know what you are talking about, your thread looks as if you have not been here the whole time or are you one of the participants that enjoy high signature payment and are probably sad because of the ban? I don't think the forum will ever be boring but the ban will limit some discussion which will look like censorship and that is what the government want us to do with bitcoin.

I was here when Chipmixer took over the forum with their ads signature and I think they had more than 30 participants in that campaign, during there time no other competitor in this forum, many that tried ended as a scam, the adverts was nice and going until FBI comes in with their investigation. It was only Casinos and Chipmixer that were doing the forum and everyone loved it but since the absence of Chipmixers, other mixers came into the forum and they have competing to take over the forum and dominate the forum with high pay but you think that will make the forum to be boring? Come on man.

The mixers have become an object of investigation and this will hurt the forum if it continues, you don't want to see the Bitcointalk host file removed from the server because you want high pay, don't you? It's better they eradicate anything that will harm the forum before they come for the forum and the staff, I don't want to hear Theymos house has been raided in the US.
533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe you can win on sports betting by analyzing a betting lines only? on: December 10, 2023, 02:52:11 PM
When I say 'line,' I am referring to the spreads or handicap of a certain team in the game. Through my years of experience, I have noticed that putting effort into analyzing the team's statistics and other factors, such as news and rumors, does not significantly affect my chances of winning.

I got this belief now that bookmakers are already knowledgeable about these aspects, and they take them into consideration when establishing a betting line for a specific game.

How about you? Do you share the same perspective or not?

Last year, you could look at the lower line and pick the range of 1.2 and 1.3 odds from any Basketball, either from the NCAA or NBA and you will win without even understanding anything from the League or the match because the algorithm works perfectly but I can count how many times I won Basketball this year, it doesn't seem to work again but you know something about sports betting, as long as the options are not straight options like straight win or draw from football matches, no matter how they twist the chances of winning, sometimes the scope of the match beats how the bookmakers think.

Last week, I made some random selections of over 1.5 goals from the Premier League features and some from other local leagues, the Premier League that I expected went smoothly, I had them over 1.5, now the local leagues I was afraid to give me over 1.5 were even printing over 4.5 and most of the goals from the previous matches were not consistent and weren't up to 3 but I was surprised to see that and I imagine if I have selected over 4.5 goals, my odd would have been bigger but the ticket was won and I was happy about my selections. Sometimes, the result just beats your expectations and that of the bookmakers and that's why they called it betting.
534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who should quit, and why? on: December 10, 2023, 02:33:38 PM
Hey house someone need a few clips here, don't know if a post of this exact nature has been discussed though.

In a situation where the both spouse are gamblers. Husband gambles, wife gambles, how can both of them manage the situation in terms of finance and the family affairs especially when children are now involve so that the time both spends on gambling doesn't affect family moments and affairs in general.

Would it help if  one of the couple quit for the other and if that's the case who should quit for who.

Only an irresponsible man will want to put the finances of the house into his wife. Gambling is not a source of income, so I don't understand why you want to place the house obligation on a woman, even when she earns her money, as long they are husband and wife, the husband has duties and one of them is to provide for the house but if she has the means of source of income, she can help but it is not a most that she has to do it, not written anywhere even in the modern marriage doesn't say the husband and wife must split bills but where there is love, she can do anything for her man if there is a means.

Gambling is not a regular stream of income but if for instance, the wife made something huge from gambling, if you are lucky and loved by your woman, trust me she will spend half of her money on you but if there is nothing like love, she will squeeze that money on her hand and wouldn't give you a cent but regardless of they win or not, it is not her duty to help you as a man of the house.
535  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you regret also for ever knowing about gambling? on: December 10, 2023, 02:14:18 PM
Yeah you read the question correctly.

I got this taught while involved in discussion with some of my friend today, it was round of friends and we were practically catching up after some old memories in high school so discussion led to discussion and the issue of regretting to ever knowing how to gamble came up and believe me it was a very serious issue as one of my friend was practically blaming the other for the whole problem is currently going through right now as he constantly gambles his money away and at what avail? was the question being asked to the friend who actually inviting him to a gambling house during highschool. The matter looks childish  at first because the whole table of friends there were all gamblers including myself but we all never reached the height of complaining or blaming someone for our gambling ethics.

So I was wondering if some folks here too feel the same way or it was just a matter of grudge and hatred for the particular fellow to stir up such arguement.

Why do we see gambling as a bad thing, I believe nobody forced down gambling on anyone with a knife to gamble by force, it was a voluntary act and you love it, don't you? Why regret now or fume about it, even if you ever had the passion wrongly, it should have died by now I think. Most of the time when I see people complain about gambling this and that, it's always people who thought they could make a fortune from it but were disappointed because they didn't win anything as they expected it.

Gambling can be brutal, just yesterday here I had about 3 bets each including Manchester United, one with Home over 0.5 goals, which means I expected them to score at least a goal because they are at home which will be at an advantage for them to fight back, I had another one with a win or draw as double chance, the third one with Bournemouth with under 2.5 because I don't expect them to have more than  3 goals in old Strafford but guess what, they disappointed me big time and I am ashamed to ever trust Manchester United but did I regret ever selecting them, No because that is what any sports bettor would have thought but it is what it is because I'm going to try today result. It's fun though because I don't know what else I will be doing with free time if not for gambling because I'm introverted these days.

Bitcoin is still very illegal in many countries and to many governments, but in many of these countries, what is surprising is that you will still find investors in bitcoins who are going against the government and secretly buying and investing in bitcoins. An example of some of these people are members in this forum, so I am want to ask a personal question, do you think of yourself as a bad citizen for disobeying the government? Do you agree that you are a violator for breaking the law? Now see things from a religious side as well, by disobeying the government and investing in bitcoins, are you committing the sin of direct disobedience?

When government says don't allow something doesn't mean is illegal, it could be that the government doesn't want to validate such thing yet and in that moment, it's is not legal and it is not illegal until the government makes an approval or proper announcement of such. So when you buy such thing and use it, you can not be punish by the law because you didn't violate any rule or law of the country.

Bitcoin is a digital assets that some countries are making money from, I believe even the one that are yet to make official statement about it's legality will do one day but the adoption need to grow in positive way to give good approach for it's approval. The government doesn't take it's eyes from taxes, and since bitcoin is taxable as an asset is one the reason why they have not ban it yet, they don't want to make bad decisions and try to later disapprove their decisions, so if your country hasn't said anything about the status, continue to use it but if it's illegal to use in your country, I will advice you to stop using it while in that country.

If you have money to invest btc with fulfill your family duties, then you should not put extra money in bank, but you invest in btc for better life. I also invest many coins and also btc. Btc is such a coin which changes your life

It's undeniable that bitcoin is one of the biggest and successful investment anyone should have done when the prices where lower because today, it's worth much more than any other investment but we shouldn't forget that there is success outside bitcoin. There are more investment outside bitcoin, this is not the only investment to survive but it's a good thing to have some as a portion of investment in bitcoin to avoid "had I know back then, I should have".

Yesterday, I was watching a TV show of a guy that won ₦60 million from playing aviator and this money is something that can change his life and that of his immediate family members if it's put in good use. This was from gambling which we all know that it's very risky but he made it by the way. It's a legit investment he has made through luck. So what am saying, even if you invest your life into bitcoin, make sure that you look into other opportunities because it's possible that we might not seen the gains from bitcoin like it did in the past.
539  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are your big plans for the Bitcoin halving coming up in a few months? on: December 07, 2023, 09:57:05 PM
I am consistently reassessing and reevaluating my investment strategy as the halving could have a significant impact on the price of Bitcoin and other altcoins. The halving could also lead to a surge in interest in altcoins. As such, I am on the lookout for alternative investment opportunities. And, of course, dollar-cost averaging (DCA) is a consistent investment I make. That's my plan, at least. What are your plans for the upcoming halving?

What kind of coins do you plan to DCA? I'm not sure if you plan bitcoin but you really need to have money, I mean something reasonable to do that because anything you buy now on bitcoin will have to double in price and by that double, the bitcoin need to reach $80k before you can make a 100% investment from where you bought the bitcoin, so I hope you check your plans so don't just buy bitcoin and complain that it doesn't yield anything after all, but if the funds is in large quantity, then it's all good to go.

About altcoins DCA you plan to do. I hope you know the type of altcoins to buy, the type to buy and the kind to avoid. There are some of them that are practically waiting for free money for recoveru because most of the people that invested in them are all down and are waiting for the price recovery so they can dumo their bags and exit the project, don't end up been a liquidity funding for some investors.

I hope you also out in consideration of altcoins that are in watch list of SEC, the coins/tokens are considered to be securities and they will definitely get into problem later, they may win just like ripple in future but it's good to make your findings before you buy what might not give you profits later in the future.
540  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is not very easy; it took my friend a long time to understand. on: December 07, 2023, 09:12:32 PM
I have been watching my friend very closely; he was very impatient with trading. And this impermanence keeps him at a loss most of the time, which is really very frustrating and sad for him.
Because he spends his entire salary on trading, which over time earns him (supposedly 0.001) cents.
Not that he didn't know much about trading, but his elusiveness was the reason for his remoteness.

I'm not just surprised with these profits, I'm shocked by this discovery because that amount doesn't look like a person that really understands trading at all, he didn't take his time to know what is trading and what is stablecoins because it's only when you hold a stablecoin you will see such fluctuations as in 0.001 cents when they deppeg in USD value, I think your friend wasn't honest with you about the trading experience, I doubt if he knows how to trade or has even trade in his lifetime.

Seeing my friend's behavior like this used to make me feel a lot of fear and annoyance towards trading or cryptocurrency. My reluctance to trade developed even though I had not started trading then. Again, I had no idea about crypto world.

But I made this mistake after joining the community. There are frequent posts about trading on the "Trading Discussion" board in the forum, which is indeed very useful. From here, I can learn how to be patient while trading, control my greed, not spend all my money on trading or cryptocurrencies, and start trading with money that I can't afford to lose.

Although I still have a lot to know and learn, I tried to teach and explain to my friend what I learned from here on how to be patient while keeping your greed in check in the world of cryptocurrency. and how important it is to be patient on this platform. But he avoided these words of mine with much mockery and showed reluctance, which greatly insulted and pained me.

But a few days ago, he came to me on his own to learn about cryptocurrency and trading, which was a complete surprise for me.What's even more surprising is that he is now a registered member of the community. And l also read several posts on the forum saying that he is now much better than before, patiently trying to work on crypto, which I'm really glad to hear.

I have a little advice for you to embrace and I hope it helps, you need to let your friend's story out of the box and think about yourself for once, look at your own trading experience and see if you need improvement and adjustment or if you need more time to learn. Check if you need more time to take tutorials and if you are good already, get over to work and forget about my friend this and that, one of your objectives is to make money and not say things about your friend because he is already in the past.

In addition, you don't need to be teaching about trading right now, your target should be trading and learning more because with time, you will master more about trading, its the experience that you have will make you become the don of trading and please if come across trading signals, avoid them in beast mode because they will ruin your trading talent and scam you in the end.
