522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Parallel Miner 2400w PSU - questions / input requested on: August 24, 2017, 01:36:27 PM
I was thinking of adding the pico to 2400w psu but my one rig has a fx-8350 I have cpu mining so the question is would that pico handle it probably not or is there a way to run my CPU off the psu being I'm switching everything on in one shot or is that not a good idea I'm not a expert in computer powering so just asking if anyone has done this or knows how thanks
523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Parallel Miner 2400w PSU - questions / input requested on: August 23, 2017, 10:08:29 PM
I bought one of the 2400w psu with breakout board and mine came with 16 6 pin to 6+2 pin cables I have two of my rigs gpus running off it than I ran the risers and motherboard off 600w psu and I'll tell u I love this 2400w psu also it did take a little longer than expected to get it because of the demand but when it shipped I had it in 2 days

Hi xmr-stak won't start so I copied the one from 3.004 into 3.1 and worked fine I think it said something about api but I'll double check it when I get home also on this same rig the node crashes every day the windows box pops up saying it can no longer run this program I have 16gb virtual memory set 16gb or ram fx-8350 so I no it has enough resources all my other rigs with 3.1 runs fine how can I look into windows and see why it crashing

I think i found  the crash issue today and i put a v3.1.0.9 version.
From the 006 version had a new updater.exe what autoupdate all of your rigs will no problem in the future. (older autoupdaters only download the node.exe half and thats why the win say it can't run.

XMR-STAK-CPU need new cfg heres a working example:

Code:
"cpu_threads_conf" :
[
       { "low_power_mode" : true, "no_prefetch" : true, "affine_to_cpu" : 0 },
       { "low_power_mode" : true, "no_prefetch" : true, "affine_to_cpu" : 0 },
],
"use_slow_memory" : "warn",
"nicehash_nonce" : false,
"use_tls" : false,
"tls_secure_algo" : true,
"tls_fingerprint" : "",
"pool_address" : "xmr-eu.suprnova.cc:5222",
"wallet_address" : "coinscrow.1",
"pool_password" : "x",
"call_timeout" : 10,
"retry_time" : 10,
"giveup_limit" : 0,
"verbose_level" : 6,
"h_print_time" : 60,
"output_file" : "",
"httpd_port" : 2222,
"prefer_ipv4" : true,
"aes_override" : false,
"daemon_mode": false,
Thanks on my way home now to fix it
Also to run two nodes do I put this in conf
node_1 WORKER - WORKERNAME1
node_2 mport.txt - WORKERNAME2
Or is that a typo and supposed to be
node_2 WORKER - workername2

527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Best GPU's For Mining? on: August 20, 2017, 01:43:20 PM
I just bought 1 pny 1070 and msi gaming 1070 haven't had the chance to hookup the msi plan on doing later I'm trying to upgrade my r9 cards and the rest of my rigs are rx470/570 but these are my first nvidia cards what is the best performing miner to use just looking for some advice thanks
528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v9.8 (Windows/Linux) on: August 15, 2017, 12:12:26 AM
^^^ If I mod my RX480 it does 30MH/s, I'm not impressed at all. Give me one with 4x GPU's on one card, they should look at the HD 7990 for inspiration.
The 7990 was a badass in the litecoin era they where and I believe still hard to come by do know the app wattage

I just got a pny 1070 it on the way and wondering how this card performs this is my first nvidia card I have all 470/570 but one rig has r9 270/280/290/390 and they love power so I'm trying to update these and now that nvidia is finally getting support I figured I'd give 1070s a try

Hi I just started mining with fx-8350 and going to through my fx-9590 on but Im wondering if anyone using the same cpus could share their rates and bat file or am I missing something to optimize this miner thank you

Have no AMD Proccessors, but my current hashrate for Intel Procs are:
Pentium G4400 ~ 300-320
Core i5 7600 - 620-640
Xeon E5-2650 - 740-760

In some days will can to test Core i7 7700K

There is a real lack of ZOI hashrate

An example of bat-file (for Win and two Xeon Processors, Cpuminer-opt 3.6.5):
Code:
echo off
timeout /t 75
:startmnr
echo %date% - %time% start mining >> log.txt
cpuminer-aes-avx.exe -a zoin -o stratum+tcp://zoi.acc-pool.pw:8828 -u uccoin.srv01 -p x -t 30
echo %date% - %time% miner error >> log.txt
echo %date% - %time% restart miner... >> log.txt
goto startmnr
pause

Thanks I think another pool would be good also I just started mining with 2 off my 3 cpus I have running on my gpu rigs my other cpus are useless

what the cause of incorrect eth shares does it have more to do with overclocking memory or underclocking core and voltage Im running 1850 and 1100 at 975mv and all my cards have a few like 10 inc eth shares but one card has 1000 and happens to be the one that got rma and the only one with samsung chips
