He's probably trolling as I made the same mistake in one of his auctions. (Sorry about that) Tongue
523  Local / India / Re: What would be better? on: February 22, 2017, 04:08:49 PM
Hold the Bitcoins and store them safely offline. (Maybe even in a hardware wallet?)

* Many are holding bitcoins out of speculation that price may hike with ETF approval may happen.

+1 on this.

I would, personally, just hold them offline or in a hardware wallet.

These are pretty awesome.

526  Local / India / Re: State Bank of India Announces Financial Blockchain Consortium ‘Bankchain’ on: February 21, 2017, 09:00:32 PM
Sadly, bankchain is just a money-grab by various so called blockchain innovation companies like Primechain, IBM and KPMG, none of which have ANY innovation to offer.

Also, Indian banks in association with tech companies published a whitepaper full of technical mistakes.

Anyways, as Raghuram Rajan said, bankers will have to find a new job in 10 years, so I expect them to try to hijack the blockchain buzzword but sorry, they won't be able to control or ride the decentralization wave that is coming...

Can you share a link to the whitepaper?
Can't seem to find enough information about 'Bankchain'.

Love the OpenBazaar tent house.
How much do they cost, shipped to India @Digicoinuser?

Thanks

529  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [AUCTION] Antana #124 Satoshi Nakamoto - 1st batch on: February 18, 2017, 05:37:13 PM
@OP - Can you prove the authenticity of your coin.

I just found an exact copy on Aliexpress for $2 here.

^No offence intended.

530  Local / India / Re: Amit Bhardwaj/Kumar and a HashOcean clone called Gainbitcoin. on: February 18, 2017, 03:19:47 PM
Fortunately some bitcoin news media like coinjournal are also uncovering truths about the gainbitcoin and gbminers. Check following link which covers gbminers, gainbitcoin and coinbank.

http://coinjournal.net/founder-india-based-bitcoin-mining-pool-gbminers-running-ponzi-scheme/

As above link coinbank is rebranded version of open source bitcoin wallet called bitpay wallet[1].  Nothing surprising as gainbitcoin site itself was more likely created in this way.

[1] https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bitpay.wallet&hl=en

Edit: What is more important is that coinjournal has posted other articles on gbminers previously. Now they have put a disclaimer mentioning 'gbminers is running ponzi schem' on many of those article.

Finally.
Hope this catches the attention of more reputable news sites like Coindesk.

Thanks for the share, lordquanta.

536  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Value Check] 3dp4btc - The NFC Enabled Bitcoin on: February 12, 2017, 05:55:40 PM
3D printed coins... I wish 3D printers could do better quality prints.

However NFC chip inside is interesting. Wonder if it can be re-loaded once spent.

It's probably re-loadable as I don't think the NFC chip would be locked.
OP, I'll buy it for $10 shipped if you're interested in selling.

Thanks
