The worst mistake the DEVs SAT, was putting it in Cryptsy. Absolutely NO currency entering Cryptsy up in the first two months of its entry, except blackcoin BC, that have been smart enough to keep it on the market in Mintpal (81.64% vs 12.88%). Of course the risk that there LTC pass market. Another mistake was not caring enough to the community and not have designed a credible plan development. But that seems to be changing lately and it seems that there are moves in the right direction, hopefully it does not spread discouragement and together we can save the currency. Also makes me feel good to collaborate on the various factors that are being promoted since saturncoin foundation I'm happy to do my part. |

What is your target donation amount for a complete video outlining the coin, the community and the future goals? Sounds like a great idea to create a promotional video, but I understand that donations should go through the account that you control in the foundation |

For the development of Saturn, we need:
1. High quality video (8-10 minutes) In detail describes the advantages of Saturn coins, about its future.
2. Active marketing and promotion of Saturn, Integration coins in different services.
To attract investors, need to show high activity and prospects.
Everything is fine, although personally I think the video should not last more than 5 minutes (maybe longer would be heavy). I suppose any of us could provide funding, but if the development team is not shown, there is nothing to do. |

Using this we should try and talk out some ideas to rais this coin and some how get the secs involvement before cryptsy any other trade exchanges give it the boot , I feel mining pools are sole blame for the fall of most coins ? Dumping the miners soon cease to be a problem in SAT, missing only 3768 blocks to halve. From there you should complete the sale on 1 satoshi, but if we do something that gives promotion to SAT, we run the risk of undermining completely stop the problems that would entail. I do not think it's a good idea to seek more trade, currently Cryptsy Mintpal and have a good enough showcase (BTC38 perhaps, to enter the Chinese market). I think it would be good from this forum, everyone who has an interest in SAT, display and together discuss a strategy to provide value to SAT. It might be good even trying to get at a specific time to talk about it (taking into account the time differences between countries) and also involve the development team. I'm afraid we can not expect the premine, since developers no signs of life, but since we are starting to donate to causes and promotion of the coin, maybe you could send a quote and if donations go ahead as bob131313 has said we could vote and accept it.

Change the coin name to honor Satoshi - ie SAT
Create a foundation that can direct the coindevs for the community.
Create a donation address that the foundation can use for promoting the coin.
Create a promo team that can handle some of the translations for you since English is clearly not the first language of many.
Have the foundation update a timeline and project list.
Ask the community which features are needed and have the foundation start the progress. ( Ie android wallet, coin services, markets etc.)
As a community, you are in your rights to form together and demand more from the dev team. If they can't handle it, a community fork might be warranted.
Just my 2 cents.

A coin does not need pumps and dumps. Pumps don't inject value into coins. Mass adoption does. And for that, you need a clear cut plan, a dev team to drive it forward, and a community to support it. There is no dev team support here, and there very little community that existed previously has by now also come to a point where it is virtually non-existent. I genuinely wonder: When will you see that with the current circumstances in place, this coin is not going anywhere?

You are right in much of what you say, but if together we support and development team shows active, maybe get him to SAT the place it deserves .. It really is a fast, reliable currency and the total currency is attractive to price well above its current price. But it is true that without a strong community and a good development team will be nothing to do.
