I tried sending 1.5B pennies to my cryptsy wallet and my pennies client crashed, next time I tried opening it it said error reading wallet.dat some transactions may be missing or something similar I can't remember exactly. I deleted all the blocks tried resyncing but my pennies have disappeared no transactions are showing in my register, where have my pennies gone?

Yes, I'd given up trying to get in sync with cryptsy as they seem to be blocking direct client connections and refused to respond to any of my inquiries.
It's their responsibility to make sure they're in sync with the proper chain, not mine. If they refuse to actually do their job they can deal with the mess on their end.

Has any new service just been started? Why such interest in buying at 50+ satoshi?
My humble opinion is that it will go down again in 2-3 days at most, down at 20-25 satoshi, maybe lower by the end of the month. The real increase in price shall come later, at the beginning of March and at a much slower rate.

Upgraded to 0.9.7 but it won't load.

Renamed the roaming folder to start it with an empty configuration but doesn't start either.
It's the only client that doesn't run on my computer.

It does start but it stays minimized. Double clicking doesn't make it show up.

En cuanto a la gestión de los pool, y ya que me dices que usas cgminer me refiero a él.

En la pantalla del cgminer, después de haberlo ejecutado te aparece un menú arcaico. La primera opción es [P] Pool management, pulsa la tecla P y te aparecerán los pool que tengas cargados numerados por prioridad del 0 al que sea, y las opciones de configuración de los pool, que dice:

[A]dd pool [R]emove pool [D]isable pool [E]nable pool
[C]hange management strategy (S)witch pool (I)nformation
Or press any key to continue

Eso te dice que la estrategia actual es Failover, precisamente la que tu quieres, cuando falle el de más arriba de la lista, entra el siguiente. El de más arriba, y prioritario es el 0.

En el menú, pulsa A para añadir los pool que quieras, 2 ó 3 está bien. Pon un P2Pool siempre porque estos son inmunes a los ataques DDOS, o más difíciles de atacar. Si pones el de este hilo cojonudo, ya que es muy local, y es difícil que sea atacado.

De esa manera te aseguras que tus GPU,s. estarán siempre minando.

PD: He tenido que cambiar los corchetes por paréntesis ya que da conflicto con el código html propio del foro.

Yo a mi 7950 le saco máximo unos 615. A partir de ahí se vuelve muy inestable y no merece la pena.
La potencia se la saco con los siguientes parametros:
. I 20
. Thread Concurrency 22400. (No utilizo los shaders, lo hago por la TC)
. Worksize 256

Y nada mas, eso con el Cgminer a través de Guiminer Scrypt. Te aconsejo el Guiminer ya q trae configuraciones de tarjetas.
Ahora en verano, por la temperatura ambiente se vuelve más inestable y tengo que bajar la intensidad a 18 o menos.

Por cierto, con cgminer no hace falta poner stratum, lo detecta él y lo cambia, basta con poner el socket de getwork.

En cuanto al pool alternativo,  una vez en cgminer minando, entra en el menu de gestión de pools y añade el alternatvo. Lurgo en settings guarda el archivo conf. Cuando vuelvas a ejecutar el cgminer, al cargar el conf guardado, cargará los 2 o 3 pools, y cuando se caiga uno, saltara al siguiente, y así sucesivamente.  Si el primero vuelve a estar activo, se vuelve a conectar a él.

No cambies la estrategia de gestión de pools ya que la de defecto hace lo que tú quieres.

Gracias por la ayuda foroplus, he probado cambiarle el tc a 22400 pero me dá error (decrease tc or increase lg) y poner otra intensidad mayor de 13 tambien me dá problemas, bueno eso no importa demasiado me conformo con los 570 KHs, con respecto a lo del config para que cambie cuando se cae un server, no lo he entendido.
Cuando dices que entre al menu de gestion de pools a que te refieres? o me estas hablando del guiminer script?
