We cant assume that they really scam it plus dont ever transact on social channel such as telegram since we know how scammers are using the admins profile just to get some quick bucks out of your ignorance. OP I think you can justify this just because of hunters not being prioritize. First of all, owners will not even think of the hunters sake as long as their coin or token value wont be affected. Xlm is a nice platform. The only problem is the lack of promotions and activity. I dont know if they even have dApps already or any thing that their coin will be used.
