Maybe they will post the required information rather than post propaganda that nobody wants to read  Roll Eyes

So the people behind the website/business remain anonymous because they are not registering themselves as an LLC/LTD ?

If a user wants to start litigation against 1XBIT.COM there are two important issue:

1- who are their lawyers going to send the Court papers to? Name and address

2- 1XBIT.COM is not a legal entity because it is not an LLC/LTD. Even people behind it remain anonymous so which name will be on the litigation papers?

Here is what I think: there is no LLC/LTD and there is no "team" and no "security department". You are most likely a one-man band or at most just a group of 2 or 3 people that have been scamming members that trusted you and your website.
This statement could be easily refuted by checking our site - there are thousands of events and promotions. To a decent part of them there are daily updating banners.
Customer support works 24/7 in different languages, and site has millions of visitors per month (you can check it via free tools i.e. similarweb).
+ there is an affiliate part of the site, which constantly updates with its own creatives.

It's hard to imagine a small team carrying that all, and that's only a part of a work going.

That is what I thought, I believed you were either a shill or an employee/owner when I read the OP, the idea you could be a customer never crossed my mind and I doubt very much that you are their customer.

If you have used their services kindly post the transaction ids that show you sent funds to them and they sent funds to you. Let us all see the funds involved.

I did not withdraw anything yet, will update you guys when I do.

I know you're talking to me and not around me. So, let's address your point together:

For example:  At no point in my one prior post in this thread do I make any suggestion that any of the subsets are alts of any of the other subsets.  I even quoted the hypothesis' put forwards by others and compared the available data to answer their speculation, but made no confirmation statements concerning any of the UID's mentioned in this thread.

I guess this doesn't mean what I thought it meant:

Quote
So, here are the UID's I said are alts ways back in 2017:

Regardless of how we interpret your mention of gentlemand, the fact that his account "registration date is spot on for these two clusters" has nothing to do with anything. By bringing it up here you are inferring that it does. I am telling you 100% it does not.
I agree with this....

gentlemand does have a particular (and in many way somewhat peculiar) manner of writing, to imitate that on an on-going basis as part of an alt-account group that has so many different ways of posting - used to milk and cheat signature campaigns - would be an extremely difficult thing to do.

There is a member in the forum that has stated he has met gentlemand in person, I believe him.

Well it happened to me too, figmentofmyass also contacted DT members asking them to either remove me from their trust list or add me to their distrust list.

I did question why but the idea of sock-puppets or alt-accounts never really came to my mind. I now think I must given red trust to one of his alt-accounts and that must have struck a nerve therefore he tried his best to manipulate others against me.

Well... Well... Well...

So the DT1 Troll figmentofmyass who DT distrusted me and spent many months convincing other DT1 Trolls that my investigations into alts was wild hysteria has been proven to be in actual fact an alt scammer him/herself scamming from the largest SigCamp.

Thanks for your good wishes @JollyGood , as sad as it sounds, unfortunately for the moment at least, we are stuck with DT1 Trolls who will attempt to undermine our work.

You undermine your own work with faulty conclusions and by the trust abuse you commit. Any 'good' work you do is invalidated when you use nonsense to tie other accounts together. You can't throw 50 darts at board and congratulate yourself when one of them manages to stick in whilst the rest fall to the floor.
@Timelord2067 I mentioned nothing else. I more or less stated I also was targeted by the figmentofmyass group because she/he/they tried to manipulate others in to distrusting me.

And you are right hilariousetc, though some of the accusations could be correct, it is somewhat counterproductive if 49 or so of those darts are not hitting the target. If something was presented that would make a very strong case for members to look at and head towards a general consensus it would have been better. Or if irrefutable evidence was presented then that speaks for itself.

I have a feeling this might not be over, there could be more accounts linked to the figmentofmyass account and since it has been a highly lucrative deception there is nothing stopping him from buying accounts or using dormant sleeper accounts to become active. Furthermore he could easily pay to be a copper member on a whole set of multiple accounts - he does have the funds after all.
5265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2020/2021 on: February 11, 2021, 02:06:56 AM
After reading your post the first thing that came to my head wad "What are you going on about"?

Why did you reply to a post dated 4th February 2021 (7 days old) about a football game that was nothing special to watch but you made no comment on subsequent posts yet you offered your analysis on that game?

Nothing wrong with that I suppose in most cases but in your case it seems like you made a post for the sake of posting and it is not appreciated.

Kindly refrain from doing so in future in threads that I start. Thank you.

Here is the only Premier League game taking place today 4th February 2021:

Tottenham Hotspur vs Chelsea

Here are my opinions on how the game will play out  Grin

Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 Chelsea
Your guess is wrong because the result of the game is only a 1-0 advantage of Chelsea. It is real that Tottenham Hotspur has a hard time having their offense because they cannot outplay and touch the ball when it is on the side of Chelsea. I searched for their Team stats for that game and I got this information. Chelsea has a total of sixteen shots while Tottenham only has seven and that is a much fewer chance to score. They have the same points for a shot in the target which is 2 but Team Chelsea is the only one who got a score. Chelsea got a 58% of total possession which makes Tottenham Hotspur 42%. When is it comes to pass, Since Chelsea is in advantage with possession, they have much more passes than Tottenham Hotspur. Tottenham Hotspur also has more numerous fouls than Chelsea but they only got two yellow cards while Chelsea has three.

The post you made really does seem more of an advertisement to promote the service rather than be a genuine post about "hey look what I found..."

Why would someone be investing/trusting their funds with a third party even if they are genuine when they could invest/trade/buy/sell crypto as and when they want themselves without paying a share of profits and fees?

Mainly because I use it and I believe in the team's vision. In fact, they eliminated trading fees completely by cleverly using smart contracts with WBTC on the ETH architecture recently. They constantly improve and refine the product, so I want to give something back. Plus a Quant for ETH is coming soon, eliminating the need to trade yourself. The Quant became fully „set and forget” too not too long ago.

5269  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: February 10, 2021, 06:01:51 PM
Thank you for the explanation.

The assumptions you refer to are essential for any investor to keep in mind and as you rightly stated there is no consensus on exactly what would be considered as reasonable assumption. Everybody has their own opinion.

A potential for any form of divestment on any scale that has an impact can only take place if investors know what estimates to expect and how they would be compared to their previous and current calculations. No matter how many investors might divest the website/business is far too big for it to have a negative impact in the long run.

bustabit saw gross gaming revenue of 26,851,012 XDR in 2020. Let's assume that the gross gaming revenue will be the same going forwards. With the current commission rate of 40.55% an estimate for the bankroll's annual return under the current system would be 15,962,926 XDR, which represents a return of 12.17% on its current value of 131,120,101 XDR. If the new commission structure were in place today, the estimated return would only be 6,927,561 XDR or 5.28%.

However, that doesn't account for the commission rate reacting to size of the bankroll or Bitcoin's price, investments or divestments being made, the gross gaming revenue being smaller or larger compared to last year etc. Estimates for the bankroll's expected rate of return can vary wildly depending on what assumptions you make and every investor needs to decide for themselves what assumptions they consider to be reasonable.

This post I made still stands....

Any victim can ask the domain registrar to stop allowing the scammers to use the domain. At least one victim should have taken action by now in order to stop others becoming victims too.

They do not have a gaming licence from Curacao otherwise they would listed it. I think you are wrong because there is no evidence they are registered in Costa Rica. Why would you contact "Antillephone from Curacao" in the first place?

It seems they are not listed as an company anywhere, they are not a company it is just some scammer trying his luck.

The scam website URL is: https://1xbit.com/
Their Twitter URL is this: https://twitter.com/1x_bit
The link in the Twitter page goes here: bit.ly/2E02tGm (which is: crypto1xbit.com)

Here are the WHOIS:

https://whois.domaintools.com/1xbit.com
https://whois.domaintools.com/crypto1xbit.com

I have contacted the license holder Antillephone from Curacao about my case regarding to 1xbit, but they told me that 1xbit is not familiar to them.
I am afraid they are licensed in costa rica. I spent hours and hours to find data about their company, but I can not find it anywhere.

I am sorry to read about another victim. HitBTC have a history of selective scamming users. They seem to use any excuse to withhold funds (as the complaints against them show) but the moral of the story is that they should be avoided at all costs.

Hi. I have the same situation now. They locked my account for no reason. They requested documents and I quickly provided them. But they do not check them and for several days they have not responded in tickets.

I looked for some information about this exchange and found that in 2019 they already had a similar situation. When they had difficulties with the availability of funds on their accounts, they did not think of anything better than freezing traders' accounts under the guise of KYC requirements.
5276  Economy / Goods / Re: Purchasing a London apartment for BTC on: February 10, 2021, 10:21:02 AM
The OP should have listed everything in detail so others would not have to write asking questions to get clarification.

His post could easily have been: "I am interested in selling it for BTC (I have found a law firm that can work on the transaction).

I would appreciate any suggestions of how/where this could be marketed? Would anyone here be interested in purchasing a 7 seater car in Central London (W9)?
"

The onus is on the OP needs to put as much information out there as possible in order to generate interest.

This sounds quite niche, why can't you use cash or fiat?

You might also want to list the value of the property. I've seen listings for quite a few things go up on this forum (Real Estate/yacht listings) but I'm not sure how well they do.
5277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: February 10, 2021, 12:49:37 AM
If what you say is true then it is your belief that you share with just a handful of other users here in the forum.

If your aim here is to create momentum for some form of unison way forward which the developers will accept and implement then you are misguided. No matter how many words are typed in this thread and no matter who types them - the developers will take zero notice and rightly so.

As for the other thing, if sending begging letters to the developers will not do anything then what exactly is stopping you from creating your own fork and along with it your own ANN thread so the discussion can be taken there which would allow for this thread to be free from the endless whining?

The same old nonsense from the same old trolls...about miners this and masternode operators that and share allocation this and voting rights that but it is useless. They should take that nonsense to the top and send emails to the developers or better still they should fork and call it whatever they want.

It's not the "thread" trolling you which you should be worried about, it's the markets trolling you.

This here is not a temporary trend, it's permanent and there are good technical reasons for it. If you want to argue for sitting on your hands and doing sweet f.a. about it then that is of course your prerogative but this coin does not work by sending begging letters to devs. The devs do what the community tells them to and if the community wants to live in dismissive ignorance of the priorities that drive its market performance as you seem to be advocating then don't expect any future other than continuing along the same trajectory.

I am not sure why you took unilateral steps to give money that belongs to the OP to a third party without their consent. They never agreed to the arbiter that you selected and was not even offered a choice so why did you take all these step?

Did you think about approaching the OP and asking if they would accept this before you started the process?

as promised, bank receipt of the deposit on the arbitrator account. Every quarter we will publish the bank statement proving the existence of the deposit.

@1xbit_official

Can you post the following information?

Who is your security team?

What is your LLC/LTD incorporated company name and address?

What is the name of the legal representative appointed to deal those wish to seek Court action?
We don't really understand what info do you require by asking "who is your security team". It is a separate department of 1xbit company.
Regarding official representative: since we do not operate fiat money - we require no personal information to set up an account, and that was made to follow privacy for both a player and the company.
5280  Economy / Reputation / Re: JollyGood incorrect neg tag on: February 09, 2021, 04:39:03 PM
You are right on occasion I have been quick off the mark to tag.

You may be aware of more incidents but I can recall I think of at least two occasions where I did leave negative trust where it was not warranted and I think I apologised to the user in question in a thread rather than PMs and reluctantly revised feedbacks for other users.

On a different occasion I was pressured in to removing a red tag for a particular but later on the same user in question made a mistake that deserved a red tag and it was not contested.

I will definitely take your advice I appreciate the feedback.

Calling it "abusive" is be a bit much, I take that back.  I know you work hard to keep the forum safe and free of scammers, and for that you deserve recognition and commendation.  I would hate to see you fall from DT as a result of some of the more frivolous red-tags.  The only reason I haven't included you in my trust list is because I feel you're quick with your judgements in some situations.
