It’s on there ToS. There are lines there that indicating that rule. It’s really unfair but sadly you automatically agree on it once you confirm and register on there website. That is applicable on all of there bonuses, decision and tournament. I’m sure that you knew what exactly going on there site. Just view there profile and click there trust page for your reference.

Read the last part (No.13 on Wagering Rules) which indicated this statement “1xBit general terms and conditions apply“ then read the general T&C of 1Xbit. That’s what I really want to point out on my above statement. They can change rule without further notice and I hope you read carefully next time T&C especially the general.

I read those terms. The general terms say they can void the bonus or cancel it if the account is a duplicate.

If it is a duplicate they would also void all the bets placed - they didn't. So it is incoherent because of that.

You are creating alt accounts on this forum as well as on 1xbit. Our security team receiving different complaints from you, thus your email is considered as "trolling", and thus you might not receive answers from security anymore.
The bonus might not be received due to very same reason - you have already received it on another account, or you didn't meet the required conditions of the bonus. The Security team could tell the exact reason.

Betslip is usually refunded in cases of unsportsmanlike character of the match, or in case it was placed after the match beginning.
More info is placed in rules section 8, points 6, 9, 10 and 25.

After seeing so many tags on their profile, I am amazed at the courage of those of you who deposit your funds on this scam platform.

They have received red tags from community members for their bad activities, but they have changed their activities yet they are still scamming people's money. I would tell gamblers not to deposit your money on such scam platforms.

Customer support works 24/7 in different languages, and site has millions of visitors per month (you can check it via free tools i.e. similarweb).
+ there is an affiliate part of the site, which constantly updates with its own creatives.

It's hard to imagine a small team carrying that all, and that's only a part of a work going.

If a user wants to start litigation against 1XBIT.COM there are two important issue:


                1- who are their lawyers going to send the Court papers to? Name and address

                2- 1XBIT.COM is not a legal entity because it is not an LLC/LTD. Even people behind it remain anonymous so which name will be on the litigation papers?

They also scammed me with 0.5 Btc. Indicating that I breached the ToS. But I did not breach anything at all.
They refuse to pay me. And voided all my bets. This site is the biggest scam site in the sportsbook industry.
