5261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esport Betting website worth it? on: March 07, 2020, 12:09:20 AM
You planning to use only cryptocurrency in the eSport betting website?
For me, if you will only allow cryptocurrency, it will be rough. It's kinda there are only few people that into eSports that using cryptocurrency (for me), but if you will add more payments like Dota2 items, CSGO items or any other items in some eSports game could help you.
5262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Casimero Bantamweight Unification Fight on: March 07, 2020, 12:04:57 AM
(....)
Anyway, this fight will happen in over a month, for sure as it nears we will see more speculation on the fight.

Casimero at 7-2, it would be hard to refuse for the fans.
Yeah, the closer the fight day the more speculation and more odds changing.
The recently ldds reported from Las Vegas is kinda awful if you will start to bet now on Inoue.
For me, I'll wait first few days or weeks before betting on the the big fight of Inoue vs Casimero and I will use crypto some crypto sportbooks.
5263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enough of bounty scam, you can help to stop it too. on: March 06, 2020, 11:59:29 PM
Bounty hunters should also be aware on the result will happen; not only they will not get paid or the project will get a free advertisement. But also the privacy of bounty hunters, like for example those bounty campaigns that asking email address of every bounty hunters because it could lead to email addresses farming and they will able to use it or sell it.
5264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Simulation/Machine Learning Effects on Gambling on: March 06, 2020, 07:14:56 AM
That's cool if its really exist, I think it is not illegal its just a simulation and not guaranteed to be correct. (...)
It is, but kinda difficult to trust. Like what other people said above that there are really possibilities that they can manipulate it, especially we talking video horse games. But there are still a possibility that it's not really manipulated like they will present some proof of it and maybe some licensed from higher authorities in term of gambling.
5265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would You Rent A Car With Bitcoin? on: March 06, 2020, 01:06:47 AM
(...)
I wonder how many crypto owners would be more interesting to purchase the service if the company accepts cryptocurrency? Would that be an effective feature?
It would be helpful for me, especially renting a car ahead of time. Like I can pay you first for reservation without going in your office to pay a visit and use my fiat to pay. Especially if using such cryptocurrency and just present the transaction code or any proof that you are the one who paid and will rent.
5266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What exactly does a good project needs. on: March 06, 2020, 12:50:02 AM
Unique ideas and transparencies are also important in every project. Like even you have already a project and community but there's still something in your project that already in other project and there's is much better.
Transparency too, you should let your community know what is going on like in the financial situation.
5267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: March 05, 2020, 11:52:24 PM
It's so funny! Cheesy someone can play gambling starting from the age of 5. It is better to give no restriction than to give "5 years" restriction in casino platform. Does a 5 year old child have the ability to understand good or bad!
This is not only hilarious rather cruel and sad to introduce a naive mind to something that is not meant for him and is harmful as well for his mental and physical health. 5 years old shall play in ground and must be involved in physical activities and games related to language rather gambling.
But what do you think everyone that they already allowed to play those 5 years old children?
Just like, if you are the government, you have the reason why you are allowing those 5 years old children, probably a good reason?
Nah, we all know that gambling is really risky and lot of people or family can be destroyed. Maybe there is just a limit for those 5 years old children who can gamble.
5268  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Looking for Exchange that does not group orders on: March 05, 2020, 12:05:36 AM
What's the matter with that? Like the system will average it?
I also experienced this kind of situation but it's okay.

What about creating another Bitmex account? Like what other's doing, they have seperate account for cross leveraged trade.
5269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [DOTA 2] ESL One Los Angeles 2020 MAJOR [GAMBLING DISCUSSION] on: March 03, 2020, 11:58:00 PM
Days before the ESL One Los Angeles will commence it's main stage. While the last slot for a team will also include in the list will start their main stage tomorrow. The SLi Minor Champion, this is really exciting. My funds are ready to gamble.
5270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does it have volume ? on: March 03, 2020, 11:54:18 PM
For me, it's a pump and dump. Especially if that happened in just a bullshit exchange.
There's a lot of shitcoin that just like that, like you can see huge positive returns but it's kinda impossible to trade on the exchange where the shitcoin is listed and the volume is extremely low.
5271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Eth is no different than a fiat currency? on: March 03, 2020, 11:51:49 PM
https://offthechain.substack.com/p/eth-is-no-different-than-a-fiat-currency

I just read the article above and would like to know whats your take on this. For me it seems true that Bitcoin is much more decentralized than Ethereum and so, much different than fiat money compared to Ethereum, still Ethereum aim is to reduce Eth issuance and it's much more transparent than fiat money. I would say Eth it's not so different as Bitcoin but still very different than a fiat currency and more decentralized.

Correct. Ethereum is nowhere near fiat currency. Bitcoin has a small and limited supply compared to ethereum and fiat. Ethereum still has not a limit but the issuance of new coins would be highly regulated after the issuance and transfer to proof of stake. It would still work as a utility token but would not be as effective to use for general day to day transactions.
Still, the word (No Different) is kinda wrong at some point, Ethereum was justs different from bitcoin since Ethereum was just a replica of bitcoin.
(....)
Something like that. But I disagree on the second sentence that Ethereum is just replica of Bitcoin.
I am much satisfied if you say Litecoin is since Litecoin is forked from Bitcoin.
And ethereum's key feature is the smart contract in it.
You can use both Ethereum and Bitcoin for payments but they have also different use or function.
5272  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading vs. Investing. on: March 03, 2020, 01:54:23 PM
Trading and investing should be decided based on age and money we want to risk , for example if age is 35 50 % of the capital should be invested for long term and other 50% for trading and short term , like wise when age is 60 -70years  cant risk our money because we are not earning any more if we lose in investing or trading its very much difficult to live
In short, investing is much longer and less risky?
So what we call to those people who trade but they decided to hodl it for such time, like they become busy after they toke the trade.
So we can call them now a investor or their trade becomes investment?
Well, for me. It will always on the person, like for example they will decide that their open trade already in loss and decided that it will become investment.
5273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which altcoin will be your favorite this season? on: March 03, 2020, 12:30:55 PM
TRON, could be the star performer of this year hopefully guys just have a look at it's performance from the past six month, TRONs potential has increased and is certain that it is nearing towards success.
(...)
TRON also have potential but beware. High circulating supply are prone on pumps and dumps. Although TRON is quite good altcoin. Tron got lot of haters, even me, lol. But if you will check the Return Of Investment(ROI) of Tronix they are still positive since their Initial Coin Investment (ICO).
5274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which altcoin will be your favorite this season? on: March 03, 2020, 07:32:00 AM
What I am really into these days are those altcoins that are not on their all-time-low areas. The most interesting are those altcoins that are new and started during or after the last bull season 2017-2018.
Chainlink or Unibright is really kicking right now, especially they are something related in dApps of Ethereum.
5275  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Drops $1,600 Amidst Global Uncertainty. What's next for BTC? on: March 03, 2020, 07:20:33 AM
Nothing change. Since I introduced to Bitcoin few years ago, almost the same what I experienced every huge pumps or huge dumps.
But for now, especially when the global market also experience a huge dump and probably the reason is the NCOV 19/Corona virus, cryptocurrency market cap also experience negative dumps.
5276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING ]: Anthony Joshua vs Kubrat Pulev on: March 03, 2020, 06:32:34 AM

Boxing Records update;
Wins does not matter here for sure. Especially Anthony  Joshua got the advantage in reach and height.
But Kubrat Pulev is much older with 8 years older.
This match is exciting, I'll go with Kubrat Pulev here with small bet only. They have both 1 loss, feels fair.
5277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Worthy Airdrops on: March 03, 2020, 06:19:51 AM
Does the Basic Attention Token (BAT) considered as airdrop?
Since as what OP said it is *referral. So you need first to invite before able to get such Basic Attention Tokens (BAT)?
If we compare the airdrop program and the faucet program at the moment they are not so profitable, because they spend a lot of time on the participants, the rewards from the airdrop are very low, and so are the rewards from the faucet, so they are both almost the same and not so profitable.
Additional for sure the seasons, like bear season or bull season. As what I recalled last 2017-2018 bull run.
There's a lot of airdrops that made a huge profits when you sell it after you received.
5278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Sad News]: Nigerian shot dead after resisting robbers access to crypto phone on: March 03, 2020, 06:12:51 AM
Jeez, bad guys already have intentions even in much high technology related.
This should be also be lesson for some people who keep sharing the amount of their Bitcoins, well it's really *not so* advisable but still the more people know that you have Bitcoins  especially the amount, the more risk. It's also the same with fiat and any other cryptocurrency.
5279  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency trading with flash loans on: March 03, 2020, 06:04:31 AM
Maybe what OP meaning to say is leverage trading?
It's like a loan within trading exchange.
It's kinda possible with the term of "flash loans". If ever in the future this will happen, it should really collateral loan even it is a flash loan within trading exchange, collateral loan wil really play on thing thing if ever some exhang will make some of these.
5280  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can porn sites make bitcoin more popular or will it brings negative effects? on: March 03, 2020, 03:55:58 AM
Then how about the early days of PayPal and other payment methods that were used and accepted by these porn sites for their premium/VIP access? did that made cash's image became bad? no.

Learn the history of bitcoin and it's even more than what you're thinking of when bitcoin has been used and still being used underground.
They should not compare Bitcoin to those centralized payment provider just like Paypal.
Paypal before is really useful, especially when Bitcoin still not existing before Paypal.
But there are some advantages of using paypal than using Bitcoin in such websites like porn.
But for me, it is much nice and pretty useful to use cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin in porn sites since the privacy is more important here.
