In case of an abandoned match, the stake will be rolled over (deducting the tx fees).
Please always have this in mind that only the tx fees will be taken off from the total pool amount.
You can not change your entry once you post it. What I mean by that is - you can not edit your post.
Each entry for each selection which means you can bet however you want

There are no bookies who will allow this. It's too risky for them.

Imagine in a football match a bookie allow you to make selections in a parley from the same match. Let's say team X has very good chance to win and in this case you go with:
Team X to win
Team X to win or draw
Team X to win in draw no bet
Team X to score over 0.5 goals
Team X to qualify
Team X to win at least one half
Notice you already got a 6 selection parley only if team X wins.

By the way, I had such thing in mind and still have it in mind to make a system which will allow multibet from same match. I am still experimenting it with Cricket matches.

I never had BSV crap so really do not know how it works however since this is a fork coin of BCH and BCH is a fork or Bitcoin then technically you can recover it if you restore that BSV wallet using a bitcoin wallet software like Electrum unless you have sent them in any exchange.

Using this private key restore the wallet address in Electrum
You should have access of the Bitcoin.

Paper wallets have private key only. It is not a HD wallet.

Read this: In a HD wallet you have bunches of receiving addresses and change addresses. Besides the pass phrase you also have the private key for each address you have in there. When you make a transaction the change amount goes to any change address and you can access them in that change address because you have the pass phrase of the HD wallet and if you want then you can use the private key of that change address to access the fund.

But in case of paper wallet you only have the private key of your wallet address and whatever the change address the protocol creates, you do not have the private key of that address. So when it goes to that change address, the entire fund is gone forever unless someone is very lucky to have the private key generated accidentally and the possibility is very nearly to zero.

For this reason when someone has a paper wallet then it is suggested to send all the funds instead of partial in a tx.

I understood your issue and really do not know how to resolve it but my suggestion was just in case you have not done that practice. Good thing is that you have your seeds backed up. Your wallets are safe in this case.

I hope someone will find a solution for you.

As long as you have the information backed up, you can restore the wallets in any other PC.

Note: I am too using win10 but never have had this issue.

I would say to go to this directory:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Electrum\wallets

[Replace the USERNAME with your PC username]

And copy all the files that you (MR_Roken) have in a safe place. Then do whatever you want to do. Those files are your wallet files so far you have created and the only way for you to get those wallets are these files unless you have the pass phrases of the wallets you have.
