He has been performing really impressively for some time and it is his fourth time in a row that he scores 20+ points. He has made a really big contribution to his team lately. But Giannis had a really solid performance by 28 points and 17 rebounds too here and they won the game only by one point, 120-119. It was hell of a game!

Bayern Munich have a home game against Leverkusen this week. And this is one of the toughest games for both teams. It is the toughest one for Leverkusen actually. And in Allianz Arena, Bayern Munich have a big advantage and Leverkusen's chance seems to be really low. Bayern Munich demolished them by 5-1 away before and there might be another easy game waiting for them. But I don't think so this time. Leverkusen are in a good condition now and they might not lose by a big score difference at least even if they lose it.

Nice - PSG game seems to be a good one this week. It is three days later and PSG are the closer team to win too. But I don't think that this is going to be an easy game for PSG also. Nice are a really annoying team for PSG this season so far. They played a game against each other two times and Nice one of them. The other one ended in a draw. PSG would like to end their bad luck here but I still have a feeling like Nice won't lose again. Nice made PSG big difficulties even in an away game and it is a home game this time. But we will see what happens as it depends on the performance of PSG's attacking line too.

There is a really great Manchester derby ahead in only four days. And it is going to be played in Etihad Stadium. Manchester City are absolutely the favourite to win this game. Bookmakers are favouring them by a huge difference. Because Manchester United are having big struggles these days too. They couldn't even defeat Watford last week despite trying everything they could. And I think that they have no chance against Manchester City in this game. And it is crucial for City to continue to win as they are in the title race with Liverpool.

It was an amazing weekend for Barcelona again. They had another tough game and it was against Athletic Bilbao this time. I wasn't expecting it to be a very easy game for Barcelona truthfully. Athletic Bilbao were a very good team at resisting big teams and I expected a similar performance from them here too. But it really seemed like nothing would stand in front of Barcelona. And they obliterated Athletic Bilbao by 4-0 in Camp Nou. Xavi must be delighted with this performance and he would like to see it more on the coming weeks.

I think that the most important game of the night is Miami Heat - Chicago Bulls tonight. Heat are favoured by an odd like 1.57 now but these teams are very close to each other in the regular season now. Heat are one position above Bulls by only one more win count. They have nearly the same forms in the recent times. Honestly, I'm not seeing Heat as very clear favourite to win this game. Bulls have very solid players and they wouldn't give up on this game at any point of it. And actually, I might try my luck by betting on Bulls win. 

Bayern Munich are having another comfortable season as always and this is really frustrating to me. I mean that I'm fascinated by their performance of course but it makes things about this league really boring when we see them becoming the champions all the time. There are no team that compete with Bayern Munich till the final week of the season. Leipzig were a candidate to be that team last season but they also gave up earlier in the season. And Dortmund are trying something now but it is in vain also. Dortmund should aim the title without excuses and put up a real fight for it.

It was really unexpected to see Napoli defeating Lazio yesterday by 2-1. Because Lazio were a far stronger opponent than Cagliari for Napoli. And the Lazio game was even an away one for them but they still somehow won this game. And now, Napoli have the lead in the standings. The competition is really fierce and the leader can change every week now. I have really missed to see a great competition like this in the Serie A for years. Juventus were dominating the league most of the time. It changed last season but Inter also dominated that season.

Juventus - Villarreal can be an interesting matchup still. Juventus are still the favourite side to me though but Villarreal are not a team that can be undervalued here. They can be a really annoying team when it comes to their defense. And their attacking line also is very good now. Considering every fact for this matchup, I still think that Juventus won't be eliminating them too easily. Villarreal would do their best and keep them busy. And the most important point that they should watch out for is not letting Juventus score first. If Juventus score first, Villarreal's job will be too hard.

Besides the race for the league title, there is a really good race for the fourth position in the standings too. There are four teams which are in this race very seriously now: Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham and West Ham. For now, Manchester United are keeping their position there but it might not take too long if they continue to lose points in easy games. They couldn't even defeat Watford in Old Trafford despite trying everything. And Tottenham's performance was really impressive last week as they destroyed Leeds by 4-0 in their away game. Arsenal and West Ham also won their games nicely.

We are having another awkward week and Juventus are benefiting from this situation this time. They won against Empoli by 3-2 when Milan and Inter lost points on the same week. And Napoli seem to be likely to lose points too today against Lazio. Napoli completely destroyed Lazio by 4-0 home many weeks ago. Maybe it is time for Lazio to have revenge on them. Even if they don't manage to win, a draw seems to be very likely. And thanks to these results, Juventus will have closed the gap with the front trio significantly.

It is time for Sevilla to answer Real Madrid today. Real Madrid did what was expected from them by winning against Vallecano. It was a 1-0 win maybe but getting a win was their priority in the end. Real Madrid are still one step back maybe but this is still a good score for them to turn the tide. Real Madrid must focus on having control of the game most of the time like PSG did the same in France. This can be an only way out for Real Madrid here. PSG have merciless attackers and they would punish Real Madrid for their simple mistakes. I still think that PSG will be the victor on aggregate.
