5301  Other / Politics & Society / Re: It's time for EUROPE to become SOCIALIST on: September 24, 2020, 10:06:11 AM
Just right now we can see again that Europe is very far from being a socialist union. A lot of immigrants stranded in Greece needs to be resettled but there is no unity. The European Union lags a general approach towards immigration. The member states are very divided. You have Greece, Italy and Spain who want help in managing the large numbers of immigrants. You have countries like Germany and France who are willing to help out but are looking for a unified approach. And then you have countries who are against immigration. UK for example left EU because of this. Then there is the far right of Poland, Hungary, Sweden, Austria who are vetoing any common approach. This will be the downfall of the EU eventually.
5302  Economy / Economics / Re: world economy usa will be first country tunr back to normal huge bull run world on: September 24, 2020, 09:58:46 AM
I don't think it's right to say USA is the first country to return to normality. There are many countries who didn't take big actions against corona, for example Sweden. They were running their country without a big lock down. I think USA tried this approach in the beginning but there were too many infections and death numbers.
5303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone know a dice game that is actually fair? on: September 24, 2020, 09:44:58 AM
All of these supposedly statistically fair games seem to rape you when you cash anything out or just when you decide to bet bigger than some micro level.

Curious if anyone has ever beat one without getting crushed the second they take some off the table?

So far I haven't come across any completely fair dice game. It was either a scam or the casino is taking some fees. A casino offering games without any fees at all seems a it unrealistic. Running a casino cost money, you need servers and infrastructure, technicians, IT and general support. I would always expect something to be wrong if there is no rake or house edge.
5304  Other / Off-topic / Re: Need more twitter followers, but got banned ! on: September 24, 2020, 09:40:39 AM
A good friend of mine had a similar problem. He had around 30k followers on twitter and just got banned out of nowhere. The only thing twitter told him was he was violating TOS agreements and they wouldn't unban him. Which wa crazy because he wasn't posting anything illegal or any bad things. He told me that when to many people report your account you get banned automatically
Seems very unfair to me. He has now a new account with only a 10th of his followers.
5305  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Card counting in black jack on: September 24, 2020, 06:36:18 AM

Do you know such people (who won a lot of money from the casino not just because of luck, but regularly based on their skill)? I would like to know about them in more detail because there are many legends and tales about such masters, but there is very little reliable information, so I doubt that they really exist/existed.

They exist and the casinos operators knows this, that is why they are always on the watch on who they think among their clients are engaged on card counting, physical casinos have a lot of cameras installed on their vicinity and of course they have people there to watch your face and your eyes expressions if you are engaged in card counting.

What about online black jack gaming? In a fully electronic game there is probably no edge for the player. But there are some live casino games with blackjack where you can actually see the dealer and his decks. From home it would be much easier to count cards. Anyone ever tried that?

Would be nice to see some screenshots of your trades. If you are right this time, maybe next time a lot of people will follow your predictions on this forum. Good luck!
5307  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which is your favorite antivirus? on: September 23, 2020, 04:56:59 PM
i use Avast free malware protection. I think they work fine. I don't really need one anyways since I'm not always downloading risky files on The Pirate Bay or anything like that.

Avast is rather good if you are not waiting for something special from this antivirus and antimalware software.

Avast is great, I am using it too now. The free version has a lot of features. In my opinion is a good antivirus program for everyone you doesn't want to pay and just uses a free software.
5308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Licensed bookmakers. Your cases of abuse? on: September 23, 2020, 02:19:10 PM

What are your unpleasant situations?

Most of my encounters with bookmakers where alright, nothing bad really happened.  I tend to go to physical betting casinos when I was younger and the sales clerk where usually very friendly. I didn't notice any real abuses in those places. Bad things later happened when I  started using online casinos and ended losing some money on a scam site.
5309  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to get rich on: September 23, 2020, 02:03:59 PM

That's not true... There are a lot of people who are millionaires or billionaires and they have a good family.
It depends on the characteristic of people. Of course there might be rich people who act like that but this is not the majority.
Zuckerberg and Gate are some examples of humble rich people.

I would say there is definitely a difference in people who became rich themselves, and the ones who inherited wealth from their family. If you had to work yourself for everything you will value it much higher and be more humble. I wouldn't call Zuckerberg humble. Bill Gates and his wife are more humble as they gave so much more money away and engage in a lot of good work around the world. Like with Polio in Africa.
5310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESPORTS - predictions and tips (Dota 2, CS:GO, LoL) on: September 23, 2020, 11:24:24 AM

Nemiga was the only team that was able to win, so i guess that was the safest bet of them all.

I went with EG, as you can see in my post above! GL!  Smiley

EG looks like a save bet, I will put some money on them too. But the lower brackets are still not through yet. Will do a small hedge bet on Liquid I thing, let's hope they don't disappoint again.

Good luck to all for Sunday.
5311  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy recovery Plan Global on: September 23, 2020, 11:00:04 AM
There is Plan to make stock market and Cryptocurrency market to Go Up before the real economy opening Will occur.

The economy Will be Bad in our Everyday lifes but the stock market and Cryptocurrency market Will be bullish  according my analysis by the october we Will have bull market.

However bullish Cryptocurrency and stock market Don't mean  much Lower unemployement rate or much better Living in many places.

5 months before real economy Recovering there Will be all Ready   30%- 50% bullish markets.

So guys Say thanks to God that You are in Cryptocurrency and enjoyy the Good life!!

So far the stock market made it very good through the corona pandemic. Prices are only slightly down. I agree with you that the government will likely support the stock market first, before injecting money into the real economy. During the last bailouts we could see that the government always favours big companies, to the small and mid size companies.
5312  Other / Off-topic / Re: Share Good Movies Please? on: September 23, 2020, 10:40:52 AM
Watched the last three Star Trek movies (Star Trek, into Darkness and Beyond) over the last two weekends. The movies are already a few years old but the action is awesome. I like Scifi movies a lot and used to watch the Star Trek Series as a kid. Definitely good movies for a sunday evening.
5313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is not easy to make money in cryptocurrency on: September 23, 2020, 07:37:57 AM

Earning in cryptocurrency is not that easy. It is just like having a real job, but the difference is you need to make a huge risk for you to earn a good profit. Earning cryptocurrency without investment does exist such as airdrop, referrals, bounty or signature campaign, etc. But it is too good to be true that you can be rich with it, though those earnings are enough for you to buy your expenses and provide your daily needs.

Agreeing with you here, making money is hard if you want to do it continuously. Everyone can get lucky once in a while, but to do it every month is very hard. The corona pandemic just made it worse in my opinion, because people have more spare time and can spend more time on doing research. Another reason why it's harder to make money with cryptos at the moment is that people are less willing to give money away for at the moment. Companies are cutting costs across the board, less ads, unemployment is on the rise, less giveaways.
5314  Economy / Economics / Re: harmonization of fiat and crypto on: September 23, 2020, 07:31:19 AM

Never say never. Let's not forget one thing - there is nothing infinite in the world. The state and social foundations that exist now can be completely reformatted and changed within one decade.

We do not know what the world will be like in 10 years, everything will depend on technology.
If we move into a fully digital era, then there will be no point in fiat means, they will also try to go into a fully digital environment, but during this transition there may be problems that simply destroy the fiat in the form in which we know it.

I really hope this is not going to happen. For me it's all about the control of the government.  Crypto currencies were designed to be independent from governments. A digital FIAT currency will still be at the mercy of it's central bank. It's up to the politician of how much new money is being issued every month. With cryptos it's a fixed process and every investors knows before hand. I would appreciate if not a few people can decide the faith of so many.
5315  Other / Politics & Society / Re: CDC has lost it as it says corona doesn’t spread through air. on: September 23, 2020, 07:20:57 AM
U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) first claimed that corona spreads through air, but now they have falsely claimed that corona doesn’t spread through air, and they have been forced to change their stance because Trump claimed at a rally that corona doesn’t spread through air. As much as I like Trump I cannot hide my frustration at how he downplayed the effect of coronavirus, and now CDC is repeating the same mistake and risking life’s by spreading misinformation about corona.

Source:

https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2020/09/cdc-abruptly-pulls-covid-19-guidelines-airborne-spread-200921175401223.html

That is crazy, why would they make such claims now? We all know already that COVID-19 is spreading through. Saying otherwise is just foolish and should not be allowed by official government agencies. Just look at the mass spreading of corona in the beginning. They happened at mass gatherings where 1 person would affect 200-300 other people without any physical contact. Of course the virus is spread through air.
5316  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you happy on what you've become today? on: September 23, 2020, 07:11:30 AM
I am happy with myself today, but not completely satisfied yet. I think it's important for every human to have goals and try to work towards them. So being happy is good, but we should be too comfortable. Otherwise we don't want to change and reinvent yourself anymore.
5317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do think about skill games? on: September 23, 2020, 06:57:51 AM
Yes, that is exactly the reason why skill games are better than traditional gambling games. Thrill and the feeling that you have at least some control are the best part for me. Feeling hopless depending only on luck isn't very exciting and promising for me that is why I prefere skill games.
It's honestly that factor of luck that most people still go back to luck-based games since it's solely based on luck, the fact that they're losing means they also have a chance of winning, unlike in skill-based games where winning is highly reliant on your own skill itself, and luck plays only a minor role in winning. Still, all gamblers have their own preference, and besides, skill-based games on casino still, in one way or another, still have that luck factor, so even if you're pretty bad at it, as long as you have luck by your side, you can still win. It's like how a good hand in poker can still lose to a bad hand depending on the cards on the table.

I think this luck factor is what makes gambling so attractive to all of us, without there would be so many less good games. It's best to play a variety of games, some with skill and some with luck. For example, I tend to play lottery quite regularly lately. I know the winning chances are so small that it's probably never gonna happen, but there is still the little chance to get a massive payout. The variety of games at casinos combining luck and skill makes it so attractive for many of us I believe.
5318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Problem Gambling in the wake of covid-19 on: September 22, 2020, 04:33:11 PM

I just hope that all of the people are like this. Instead of gambling their money, they are investing it thru creating a small business like selling foods online. Unfortunately, those non-addicted gamblers are the ones who can try to do this kind of thing.

Key word here is discipline as always Cheesy. Before starting to save, you should know where to use this money. If you are saving for an emergency like this then at all cost use it to help your family in this crisis and not use it in gambling. Casinos can wait for this to end but if you don't have money right now to use because you it in gambling then you are a complete greedy, undisciplined citizen and you will be one of the huge percentage of people who are suffering right now because of the pandemic.

Creating a business is very hard, it requires capital and a lot of work. Without constant effort and looking after your own business it will go nowhere. That is why gambling is so attractive to many people, you don't need any special skills and have the chance to become rich very quickly. Even if you have only a little bit of money you can win big, for example when playing the lottery, or going for high risk/reward bets in Dice. I believe gambling is the human nature, so we will always see people looking for the quick way and risky way to get rich, even if this might lead to losing it all.
5319  Economy / Economics / Re: Internet shutdowns by governments are bad for corporate marketing on: September 22, 2020, 03:36:10 PM
I believe only during a period without internet like in a shutdown or during power outages we really realise how reliant we became on technology. We need internet for almost everything these days, without it we are lost. We order food online, buy almost anything online, even groceries. We need internet to watch Netflix, movies and SmartTV.  So when the government is shutting down the internet it's limiting a lot of possible sales from the economy.
5320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum High Fee on: September 22, 2020, 03:26:33 PM
What is the reason of high transactions fee in Ethereum Blockchain? How could this problem  reach to solved out for the Ethereum consumers? Can we expect this problem in Ethereum 2.0 too? How long this problem will take to solve out? Most of the consumers are not using Ethereum smart contracts due to this high fee transactions. What could be the consequences in the price of Ethereum due to this problem?

I think the main reason for higher transaction fees is that Ethereum is so successful lately. With more and more coins in circulation the transaction cost are rising. Similar things happened with bitcoins, once the coin became so expensive the transaction went up a lot. But I think as long as we make a good profit on your coins we can afford to pay the higher costs.
