Everyone needs to relax, the real reason this coin dropped in price is because of Novaexchange closing. There were a lot of traders there who dont stake the coin and instead of moving them to Cryptopia or Yobit, they decided to sell them. So, with everyone wanting to be sitting on btc before the next fork, there are few buyers for all the sell orders. This will pass, just dont panic.
I just picked up more 808 @ 4sat to move to my staking wallet.
you do not think that you say that coins are dropped by large holders from purses and the stock exchange does not have it - those who kept coins on the exchange can still trade for a month or transfer coins or you think that they are so stupid that they would sell instead of making a profit and The fall of the coin began before the news of the close of the exchange! as it is not unfortunate, but the coin is dead more - than alive! agree the number of 808 in 1 to 4 years are so huge. 6 billion in 1 year .... and you can do nothing with 808 beside get more worthless coins. So what the point here  ? I have some of them but when i think about it ....... dead for sure The same could be said about Doge, the problem 808coin has is that no one accepts them as payment for anything. Doge is used on many sites and even gambling sites so if 808 coin can get accepted on some sites for payments then it is worth holding and staking. Along with more marketing and we will see 808 coin start to rise again. Its a bad time for almost all Alts right now even some of the top Alts are taking a hit. |

Nope nothing as of yet, I thought payments were meant to go out in October towards the end. Now we are in November and still no word from anyone on this project. I just hope they haven't forgotten us who worked hard for this project promoting it for them. |

This project looks very promising, reasons I am in long term:
- great site
- active community
- discord account which I thinks is a must in this type of projects
- low supply of coin
- it is a staking coin which I love and it is Masternode too which is a bonus
- great features
man just great stuff. Now all it needs is to deliver with some action.

You're welcome! I have explained this many times before in this thread about how to go about splitting RAIN into blocks of say 5k or 10k depending on how many coins you own. Just go through the pages and you should see my posts on the subject, it takes a long time to re-post it all here again. This is why I said for the dev to post it on the OP so people can find it easier but he hasn't. |

I believe in KRB and that is why I decided to buy some at the start of October. Right now I don't believe KRB needs more exchanges as the volume has been steady and even rising on Cryptopia for the past few weeks now so right now I don't think KRB needs more exchanges to trade on but maybe some time in the future, I think another couple exchanges would be good for this coin. Maybe look at listing KRB on CryptoBridge a decentralized exchange which I think will be the future for trading cryptocurrencies.

If both Chelsea and Arsenal win, they completely re-open the games with the top 5 teams enclosed in just 6 points.
instead, If Manchester City wins and at the same time United does not win its match, the Citizens would have a big advantage of at least 7 points and would have the Premier League already in his hands.
Man City vs Arsenal - Man City to win definitely, they look unstoppable atm. Chelsea vs Man Utd - This one is a lot tougher to predict, I think maybe Chelsea will win 1-0. Yes both games will be interesting and great games to watch. I also think Man City win this game as they are simply on a roll at the moment and I can't see Arsenal winning or even drawing this game so Man City for the win for me and maybe even over 2.5 goals. The Chelsea/Man Utd game is a lot tougher to pick a winner so I'll just go with both teams to score. |

CMK is reporting the wrong Circulating Supply 38,581,125
Your Block explorer is also reporting only 25,873 million coins
Cryptopia is reporting 1,401,708,374 alone for sale on one market.
What is the actual supply , for this coin?

As mentioned many times before, CMC info is incorrect and i have already contacted them about the wrong info. Actual supply is 25B. I'm sure CMC will update the 1337 coin stats soon. I believe right now they a bust listing new coins as I saw a post in one of the threads that its taking them around 7 days to answer requests for listing new coins. So not sure how long the wait will be for requests to update the stats of coins as I know a few coins need this to happen and they are also still waiting. |

The coin falling in price isn't because of Nova closing down, anyway I never saw much volume on that exchange at all. Most of the volume comes from Cryptopia which it always has been ever since I can remember. I have done all I can to help promote 808coin on Twitter, I even brought in a lot of Japanese which helped the coin to grow a lot. I think we need more people promoting 808coin, maybe the dev can start some campaigns, signature, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube campaigns along with Steem and other blog sites.

Hi everyone  I have several questions: 1) Is there a specific amount of coins that is necessary to get staking started? (I mean before bonus stakes are actually received) I have around 1k coins and a weight of 2k and the indicator says it will take 40 days. 2) Is the amount of coins constant that is being received during a stake? If not what does it depend on? 3) Is the time necessary for a stake held constant? If not what does it depend on? 4) Does the staking rate depend on the connection count? 5) Is there a way to increase the connection count by a conf file? Regards, n3r0d1n Well there is a specific amount of RAIN you need to stake but like most POS coins, the more you have the more chance you have to stake and earn rewards. 2k RAIN is not very much now as the network weight has increased a lot as more people are staking. A good starting amount would be 10k RAIN and even then you will only get a couple stakes per week. If you want to stake daily, you'll need at least 50k to 100k the higher the better. The rewards are random so no one knows how much they will stake however it is 200% per year. Its always good to have a good internet connection no matter what coin you stake. Splitting blocks into say 10k RAIN helps as like I mentioned in my previous post, you might have a block that might stake faster then another block of coins. So instead of one large block you have many blocks which I think give you more of a chance to stake RAIN. Some POS coins are different but splitting blocks seem to work best with RAIN. |

Nice. When will we be one CMC? CMC takes their time when updating coins so it could be days or it could be months. I believe Inkha has contacted them about updating it's information so the ball should be rolling already. It took them a few months to update HYPER when I contacted them so it shouldn't be too much longer. If you would like to help speed this process up please also contact CMC and ask them to update the information or add it, will help a lot. Yes the sooner CMC update the GP stats the better as whenever I promote GP I always get messages about the supply and if the stats on CMC are correct so I just point them towards the block explorer for up to date stats. I have also tweeted to CMC to fix the stats a couple of times so I hope its not too long now before they are updated. I know its taking at least 5 to 7 days for them to add new coins so they are most likely swamped right now with messages. |

I received an email today about Novaexchange closing until the new owners take over in April next year. Maybe we can get Surge listed on other exchanges to make up for Nova closing soon. Its a shame as Surge was just listed on there recently and was doing good.
Not to worry much we have plans to get listed at various places.... Okay thanks dev, its good to know you are looking at listing Surge on other exchanges as this is what we need. By the way I really like the new site with the link shorting, I'll be giving it a try in the next couple of days to see how it goes on Twitter and Facebook. |

There was talk of masternodes not long ago and just like to know and I'm sure the community would also like to know if you will be implementing masternodes in the near future? GPU coin is one of my best staking coins as I earn daily stakes which I have yet to sell any as I believe in the project for the long term. If masternodes are implemented in the near future it will surely give GPU coin the boost it needs.

Mining wont stop for a long time because difficulty increases. Then miners get paid for transactions. I think there's a lot going on compared to similarly priced coins. Perhaps you need to search a bit harder to find it?
Most of the coins have already been mined now though, price is extremely undervalued right now. Best option would be to buy some instead of mining it imo. I agree with you as I stopped mining Busrt a while ago now as the mining was getting too difficult for my small mining rig. Since then I've been buying Burst on the dips as its cheaper for me to buy right now instead of mining. However I may return to mining Burst in the future as the price starts to go back up. |

is there a minimum amount of coins to own after which staking begins? Currently I am owning 38k and no stake was recived. Also the is no indicator is the wallet that shows you're actually staking. During the last days the value droped 59,04 %. At the moment the alt-coins are suffering because of the fork. When do you think, is the moment to decide if 808 is coming back? After the 16th November?

There is no minimum of 808 coins you have to have to stake. You need to wait at least 8.08 days before you're coins are mature for staking but with that low amount of 38k it might take weeks before you stake you're coins. That is why its best to stake at least 500k to 1 million coins which yirld the best results in a shorter amount of time. |

I think Solaris is actually holding up well in price compared to a lot of other coins out there. I think once the swap is fully complete that then the dev could start some marketing campaigns to help spread the word as still not many people out there know about Solaris. I do my best by promoting on Twitter and so far I have had a good response and brought in a few people already. I see the poll is 50/50 right now, I was hoping more people would be interested in using CryptoBridge as an exchange but I guess not.

No you havent. You are actually quite early Maybe some paid marketing on Facebook and even CMC, some of those banners on CMC get hundreds of thousands impressions daily so that is a lot of eyes on Solaris, same goes for Facebook. Maybe even a promotion on YouTube where some bounties can be paid for creating YT videos about Solaris. I'm sure the community will have some more ideas as what I have stated is just a few that could help get the word out about Solaris. Yeah true mate, not many like to change however having Solaris listed on CryptopBridge could really help the coin in the long term. The dev of that exchange is great and communicates regularly with me on Twitter. His team are working on making CryptoBridge as big as many of the other exchanges out there and I think now is the best time to get Solaris listed on there before it really starts to get attention. Like I said CryptoBridge is getting between 50 to 100 sign ups daily and soon that will be in the thousands signing up as they haven't even started any promotions yet. |

I was suprised that the price of Doubloon plummeted to the 10 satoshi range just now as I am looking at it on coinmarketcap. Went ahead and got back to the main thread only to find the sad news nova exchange will close. Does anybody know why Nova is closing soon?
Yes indeed, there was a lot of insecurity earlier about the name change. In the upcoming days I'll put up a promo campaign to get more attention and lift the current market cap and help the community out.  Nova is closing temporary, actually there will be a change of ownership. So these 6 months is the last phase of the current owner. Perhaps a cooperation with the future owner is possible as well. But that's unsure. Until April still a good way to trade BOAT! It's good to think about future alternatives indeed, but currently Nova is still a descent exchange. In contrast with Coinexchange, the wallet is down for a long time now. They don't seem to be helpful. Don't trade with Coinexchange now is my advice until it has been solved! So I guess the best thing I can do for now is to get all my Doubloons and transfer them back to my pc wallet for staking purposes until we can be sure that this coin will survive the altcoins crash. Yes that would be a wise move right now as all Altcoins are crashing even some of the good ones as people want BTC. It will be interesting to see what the dev does moving forward with Boat as we may need another exchange to help the price with Nova closing down. People can use TradeSatoshi however it doesn't seem people like using that exchange for some reason. |
