Ive been watching the network closely over the past few days and whats up with the block explorer, as the time of generation is after the block that follows it. How is this possible? I read that at one point the DOGE network was worried that one pool was getting close to 50% or the total hashrate which would then compromise the network with a 51% attack. Yet regularly Danbi's pool is over 50% of the net hash rate.
My wallet still only has 3 connections to the network. How can we reinforce the network? is it by adding additional nodes? Or is it that there is a problem with the blockchain viewer and the blocks are actually in order?
forwarded this question to danbi for some detailed answer on it but basical i can say a attack need not only the 1) possibility but also 2) someone who abuse it both is not the case 1) the possibility dont exist because we have hybrid security POW and POS to create a alterantive truth u need the majority in both to be able make valid chain of blocks that support ur version of truth 2) someone who abuse it do u think danbi the lead wallet developer of DMD would be the person to attack his own work? |

call me crazy but i just invested another 589$ into dmd cloudmining because i see the opportunity hashrate is as cheap as never before because people panic sell and i will order very energy-efficient one which will survive up to a drop of btc to 135$ in value because this involve risc i wont promote this for everyone but if u willing to go through that with me and use the chance to strenght DMD cloudmining with new very cheap hashrate then its time to buy cheap BTC NOW and invest into DMD CLoudmining befor all that panic sellorders of hashrate are gone cloud@bit.diamondsupdate: my 589$ investment increased our DMD cloudmining hashrate by 4924 ghash ! do the mathematics........ thats below 0.12 dollar per ghash remember a month ago 0.50 dollar per ghash so yes this crisis also have big opportunities involved for that people who willing to go the additional grade of risc involved and this time we order direct at hardware producer run mining farms no longer use cloudmining providers in between reducing one risc involved (that the cloudmining provider colapse like pbmining did) edit2: it seems to be a very small time window panic sellers alredy start to buy back their hashrate in the few minutes now price already rised for like 15% if u wana fast deposit BTC send them to 16N4MJDpSVNcwVsQpGNfrtYWKWcxHYCRZ2 we can handle the contract stuff later on if u trust me which is i think required anyway to invest dont forget to mail invested ammount to cloud@bit.diamonds too |

Can I ask how many connections your wallets have to the network as mine only ever has 2 or 3. Is this normal? Also for POS my wallet was mostly filled with transactions or 1DMD or under so would it be worth transferring the whole balance out and then back in again so it will then have the same coinage? or should i just leave it?
i run 20-50 connections average but it deepends on ur diamond.conf maybe u run that one that only connect to the 4 backbone nodes regarding pos deepends on coin age if its young coins below a month sure combine them if its old coins i would give it a try and let then group stake just leave wallet in minting mode for some days give me feedback if u mint some of them |

Will the cloudmining resume, once it is profitable again? your DMD cloudmining shares will stay as long as we able earn some profit we will pay out DMD that we earn no profit at all wont happen read my posting again im talking about our BTC cloudmining hashrate we orderes for serveral cloudmining providers and the possible impact a fail of their operation would have on DMD Cloudmining ROI i not say we are in any danger to close DMD Cloudmining and times of crisis are times of chances who know we might leave that crisis stronger than before i just pointed out to a possible scenario |

we have no influnce on bitcoin price and such a drastic price fall was not to be expect
DMD Cloudmining have some not BTC related income sources and "glows blue" will also generate earnings for DMD CLoudminig users
BUT still if we lose our BTC cloudmining income it will reduce ROI speed a lot
i wana give this information early enough
and hope it wont happen for real
my actual suggestion regarding investment into DMD is buy the cheap BTC
and place buywall to defend DMD price between 0.00050 and 0.00055
dont burn ur BTC in buying DMD at higher prices better defend value with walls
crisis always chances
lets use this to make DMD visible as stable even in times of crisis

And question to you since you seem to be related to DMD team? What happened to their efforts of switching NOBLE to PoS? At first they claimed such a swap was a piece of cake and they needed a month to do this. Then someone was sick and communication stopped. Has he died or something?

Yes, spread the workload! About the swap to PoS, as an alternative to exchange based, it would be possible to distribute a premine to match current funds for each and every address, with the explorer I could generate a "premine distribution script" that could do it. This way while the blockchains would be reset, the balances would not be lost, without having to send funds to an exchange, so even people not aware of the swap would not lose funds (they could just copy-paste their old wallet, them do a rescan or import their private keys). Being a script I can generate it multiple times , for testing or for "real". If you (as in Rofo + community) are interested in that, just let me know. If that can help cut the switch complexity / cost down... The script would be publicly available for scrutiny of course. PS: currently 14417 noble addresses hold funds, so a 1:1 distribution with 10 outputs per tx would take a 1442 lines scripts. No particular coding would be needed: the script would just be a list of "noblecoind sendmany" commands, to be run on the wallet of the premine. Remaining premine coins could then be burned or whatever. As a bonus, the distribution of the premine would be in the clear, in the blockchain, rather than in an exchange's private database. Not saying it's the best option, just saying it's an option you can have for "free". pretty good idea and it can be combined with a /10 of all coin piles this would help a lot leaving that single digit satoshi place which is very bad a few technical questions so u copy addresses and public keys what user need to do to get his private keys into the new wallet a export tool that works offline that export all keys from old wallet.dat and import it into new wallet.dat would be needed i guess (this tool need a readable sourcecode and crosschecked by multiple people because it must made sure its save to use) if it would be that easy i wonder why it wasnt done many times before? |

I've got a little issue with the headless wallet.
Recently I started solo mining and got some dmds; the wallet created two new addresses, according to "listaddressgroupings", and put the generated dmds there.
What's weird is that those two addresses do not show up on any "getaddressesbyaccount" for all the accounts of "listaccounts".
So where are those addresses? How can I send the coins they contain to another address, in order to consolidate my earnings?

I was not able to set up my solo mining. I can see hashrate, 99-100% gpu usage , but there are no lines with words "accepted...". 0 bloks found in 24 hours - should be ~8-10dmd.  So, I'm standing with one foot on Danbi and the other foot on Miningfield. dont forget to unlock ur wallet when u mine into it i suggest fpr mining use a new wallet without passphrase and once every few days move the coins from that mining wallet intu ur real wallet this way u get rid of the lot 1 dmd coin pile |

I will be focusing purely on the NOXT deliverables as mentioned. Because they will include NOBL payments (including the marketplace) they will all continue to run. I am still hoping to hear from PD to wrap up the PoS transition, but then require new leadership to promote and bear the brunt of NOBL promotion and community-related work and communication.
very good decision to focus full on NOXT NOBLE isnt broken its working coin u can leave it run in state as it is now for long time once NOXT is a success NOBLE can fullfil a role there NOXT is the key to success and while u full focused there NOBLE community can show what they can deliver special in area POS if they want it that bad....... i think only people who can really understand the ongoing pressure that u suffer are people who themself in lead of a coin i can say highest respect for the long time u able to run this as a one man show i can say for sure i wouldnt be able hold out that long without teammates who gave me power back and once u announced to run a second big project (NOXT) i did clear see it will be to much without gather a team focus full on NOXT can be the solution that make that project a success and longterm have possitive aspects on NOBLE too |
