Istina, ali nisam siguran baš da bi pokrenuo raspravu tipa "Jeste li gledali film XY?" u temi koja se zove Svađaona. Pa moram biti on-topic čak i u off-topic temi, što znači da se tamo možemo samo svađati  Ali evo, to samo potvrđuje da je temu Off-topic obrisao netko od moderatora koji je zalutao ovdje. Jer da zna, onda bi vjerojatno obrisao i Svađaonicu. Pa jebemu, treba ti samo malo kreativnosti. Recimo: joj, kako su me naživcirale hladne kokice dok sam gledao XY film! A i taj film je isto shit, je li tko gledao? Generalno gledano neka takva tema bi mogla biti korisna al ja ionako to ubacim svagdje i prvi sam kriv za povremeni off-topic (poput ovog) u random temama. Nekako nas je sve skupa 30 aktivnih pa mislim da se sve uspije popratiti, zato mi se sve više i dopada ovdje. Zbog ovakvih stvari bi nam baš dobro došao "domaći " moderator, koji razumije jezik i koji bi uredio lokalnu sekciju, i ne bi brisao bez potrebe ali sudeći po raspravi koju sam pokrenuo u Meti očito ništa od toga. |

Prvo cestitke vama dvojici! S obzirom da ste se ti i @marloboroza nakrcali meritima  evo jednog mog uradka za kojeg sam se malo vise potrudio. Rijec je o Ann bumping grupi koja djeluje vec dosta dugo a i dosta je aktivna. U vecini takvih grupa danas su uglavnom newbie accounti, pa je bas zato ovo malo drugacija jer su svi od Jr Member do Full Member ranka. Primjećujem da ima sve manje BTC kampanja, posebno onih bolje plaćenih, koji prihvaćaju i plaćaju postove u lokalnim sekcijama. Sa stanovišta onih koji plaćaju te kampanje to mi je i logično. Njima je najvažnija "vidljivost " nekog posta a realno ona je jako mala u lokalnim sekcijama. Što veća vidljivost to veća šansa naravno da netko klikne na signature reklamu i da to dovede do zarade za kompaniju. |

Bosnia is very good and strong when they play at home but very weak when they play away. Also, they depend to much on Pjanic and Deko. I'm sorry because of their coach Prosinecki. I have to admit I'm a little surprised here.
Given that many newbies complain about how difficult it is to get their first merit and how difficult it is to progress in this forum, I expected a lot more posts and interests.
If there is no newbie interest in this action then I would rather help other forum members and reward their quality posts with merits.

What discussion are ongoing on those boards that can't be discussed on the english board. Not everyone speaks English that well and some members maybe don't want to write in English at all but they still like Bitcoin and crypto. They deserve to have their own board where they can freely discuss the topics they are interested in and receive merits like everyone else. An example. A local post office in a Croatian town started accepting crypto recently. There is a thread about it in the Croatian local. I don't see why a discussion about a local Croatian post office accepting crypto would be interesting for readers outside Croatia. They wouldn't really care. It could be interesting news as it fosters adoption of crypto but that is about it. For the locals it is more than that. Some users live in that city. They will go there trying their service, it adds another option to trade crypto and that is why such a discussion is better suited in the appropriate local board. Don't forget that we also had real "offline " meeting in one restaurant in Zagreb. Former local forum member Regulus started topic about it in our local forum and invited all local members to attend. We really had great meeting, met for the first time in the real life. Such topic really belongs to the local board not in the main part of the forum. Other local topic is recent discussion about local moderator. BTW, I shared the news about local Croatian post offering crypto exchange also in Bitcoin discussion section because I felt such news could be interesting for tourists visiting Croatia. |

It is fun how the rumors happen always when journals have nothing to write due to the National team break . Anyway, we got rumors too last year regarding Mbappč to Juventus. For sure PSG he will be not his last team but it will be the starting point of his career. Mbappe is the best young player in the world and the best bet that he will replace Messi and Ronaldo on the top when they retire. It's very obvious why all "big " clubs wants him. Soon, in a few years, Barcelona will loose Messi and Juve will loose Ronaldo. Who will replace such great players? But, PSG owners don't have financial problems and they even increased Mbappe 's salary. They can offer him more money than competition but Mbappe have ambition to win CL and to become the best player in the world. He is not in hurry and can wait but soon or later Mbappe will choose club with bigger chance to win CL. I don't think that money will be the most important factor for him in the search for the next club. |

I probably misunderstood "I don't see a reason why we can't get local moderator" from topic. Wait, I didn't. Only problem we had with moderators is that they moved some posts to the wrong section or topic because they don't understand our language of course.
Because of it and fact that we already had local moderator in the past, when we had even less activity and members I felt it's right time to start discussion about it.

Regarding local posts which moderators moved to the wrong sections, it's corrected already long time ago, so I can't find it anymore.
This was just one example why understanding of the local language is important for the moderator's job.
This case was resolved several months ago, but it was important to explain that such errors are possible when the moderator doesn't understand the local language.

You accused moderators not only here but in our board as well and yet you are not able to provide at least one example, instead, you are repeating yourself, as usual, with slight difference - you are doing it on 2 boards now. I think I was very clear here. I started this topic to discuss ''Criterion for selecting a moderator for the local section'', nothing more, nothing less. So, when I said that ''I didn't ask local moderator for Croatian section or something like this'' here, it's correct. When I decide it's right time, I may start such topic in the meta but I don't think it's right time now. In Croatian section of the forum I started another topic and asked opinions from local members if we need moderator or not. It's not the same as you may think. Me too, I have been keeping an eye on the thread since the day you posted it, as I promised to also give out the few Smerits I have if I find good newbie posts, but only about four newbies have till now dropped links to their posts, I'm disappointed at that number and I'm wondering if the reason is that this newbies lack good posts or at too lazy to drop a link to their good posts, when many times we see threads from them asking how they can earn merits. I actually gave merits to @kinggta10, because i think he really put work into making that post, it's all about consistency, if he only he continued to make good posts such as that, he maybe could have ranked up a little. Thank you for your support. I really hope that reason why only a few newbies reported their posts here isn't because others have nothing to report or they are too lazy Any way, we will see what happens next and if more candidates will report their quality posts. I also rewarded user @kinggta10 with merit and I'm really astonished that he didn't receive any merit for his really good post since last year. Even if only he used this chance to report good quality post and finally receive well deserved merit and become jr. member, I think this topic fulfilled intended purpose. Good luck @kinggta10. Based on a few threads at meta, most people try to be merit sources for their own "Local Board". They already have their own merit source for local board, but the problem the merit source/moderator not really active to distributed all his merit allocation to their own local board. Also some merit source/moderator doesn't have enough time to find a good post/thread to give merit.
I think the problem not only "Merit Source" lack of time also one of the problems, but we also need a few reputable members for their own local board to make a thread [HELP] and if everyone feels his post was really good and deserve to get a merit they can make some application to that thread for the review. A review member can make their own speculation for application post, we also can give him a suggestion for the post. If the review member already gives his review, merit source can give a merit-based on his review.
In fact, we already have such topic in Croatian section of the forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4265795.0When I became merit source, I started this topic so that local member can report their good quality post, so that I can reward them with merits. I'm usually very busy with my work and other obligations, so I don't have much time to search for good posts in the forum, so this topic makes more easy for me to fulfil my duty as local merit source. I don't reward only posts in Croatian language, of course but also other good posts I see in other parts of the forum but I feel I want to help and support my local community more. |

Be careful if putting your bets on Croatia, both of our first-choice centerbacks are suspended for the game.
I still think we have enough to beat Slovakia, but maybe both to score or over goals would not be a bad choice for a game like this.
I totally agree. Due to the yellow cards, Croatia will play without two central defense players, Lovren and Vida. Due to injuries also Rakitic, Kramaric and Mitrovic can't play. Croatia doesn't have a large selection of players and this could be a big handicap for them. In addition, relations in the Croatian Football Federation are not good and the atmosphere is very bad. Until the last moment there was a conflict over whether the match would be played in Rijeka or Zagreb and it also affected relations in the football federation and the national team. At first, these were ATMs, then various bank cards and now Internet banking.
Crypto currencies are slowly becoming mainstream.
I can share experience from my country, Croatia.
Recently Croatian post (state owned) started pilot project with one private company.
In one city, Zadar, in several local post offices, Croatian post offered new service to the customers, crypto exchange!
If this pilot project will be successful, crypto exchange will be offered at all major post offices in the country.
So, we are really very close to become mainstream.
