The match ended in a draw. Pretty good results for Arsenal because since the 67th minute they played with 10 players after their captain was hit by a red card.
I don't think it's too much of a good result for Arsenal, this was an opportunity to build on their victory against Manchester United, now this draw has Arteta under a little pressure with just one win in over four premier league games, he's yet to get his "own" team and buy players of his choice, but for now he has to find a way to start winning with the players he has at the moment.

Over to our late kick off for today, I have actually just placed a bet on Tottenham to win against Liverpool, I know it'll be a difficult one, but Mourinho knows how to win games of this nature, Spurs to win and both teams to score is my prediction.
5362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 10, 2020, 10:07:35 PM
IF Bruno Fernandes is going to United I can see Pogba already sold.
They play in the same position and Bruno costs a lot of money.
I can assume the same thing, and I'm curious to ask if there's any information yet on Pogba, if he's leaving the team this January or maybe the next transfer window(is juve still interested?).

The two players may play in the same position, but Pogba's possible exit from Manchester United is more due to his lack of form than incoming Fernandes, it's possible that one of them can play slightly out of position, that's what teams do when they have two excellent players in the same position.
5363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: January 10, 2020, 01:22:27 PM
Real Madrid is passing a good time after a long time, It's really an amazing issue that Zidane has made changed the team again for the winning combination, I believe that Zidane was a master class player and is a masterclass in the coaching aspect
Real Madrid aren't doing too well imo, despite the fact that Barcelona haven't been at their best this season, they still top Madrid on the LA liga table(on goal difference though). If Madrid have been at their best this season, then they should be well above Barcelona at this time in the season(truth is the both teams are below their level this season)

Zidane definitely proved himself in his first spell as Madrid boss, but he'll have to do something close to what he did the first time to be remembered and regarded as a great coach, he needs to win the LA liga this season at least, then there is the champions league, that big game against City, must win game for him.
5364  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How you can know about bitcoin? on: January 10, 2020, 07:44:07 AM
You are yet to ask a specific question, there as so many aspects to bitcoin(mining, btc wallets, trading etc), and asking to know about bitcoin is not just enough and just means you have to start reading and limit the questions, or else you will likely fall into the hands of scammers.

I'll rather learn in this forum, than on youtube, I don't really like their policy on security(too many fake and scam videos, yet it takes them time to take it down), unlike here, we have dedicated users who regularly update newbies on how to be safe from scammers.
You can use the forum search option, look for topics you wish for to get started.

5365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone trading Stellar coin? on: January 10, 2020, 07:01:35 AM
several crypto experts assume the stellar price will rise high in the coming next months, and gives good returns on investments.
Those crypto experts are not sure of anything, if you are sure about getting good return on investment, then you should be doing your own research which afterwards you'll find out that the bitcoin is sure to give you good ROI when you invest wisely. Debunk any information from anyone who claims X or Y coin would be Z in whichever time they decide for themselves, do not invest based on their assumptions, but on the current market situation.
in the news article there is a tweet mcaffee I don't believe in that person I don't think anyone believes in his predictions,
And no one should, since I joined in the crypto market, I've never invested based on anyone's predictions and I would not start in a thousand years.

This part of your post makes it harder for me to believe your story, though that's just my opinion. There are so many ways people use to seek for funds from others on the forum(though they never get one),and this is one of them.

If you're asking for a refund or some sort of help, you're not likely to get it here, and if you truly lost money to a fake Youtube giveaway scam, then it's your fault and you should learn from that error, we all are responsible for our own security.
5367  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My Rank Up Jr. Member (Next Target Rank up Member) on: January 07, 2020, 05:50:31 AM
The new order of the day in this board now is users spamming threads with their rank up to jnr member, @OP you joined the forum in May last year and have only earned 4 merits since then, this isn't any motivation or worth posting about, I'm sure you saw users meriting this kind of threads, but those OP's actually have done great for themselves(not just with their "rank up" threads, but with most of their posts)and their threads can motivate others.

Your merit ratio is poor, as well as your post history, so sorry, you wouldn't be earning 50 from anyone Grin
5368  Other / Meta / Re: This website needs a face lift, it's 2020 for christ sake! on: January 06, 2020, 05:21:31 PM
That's your opinion, the forum works fine with me, if(when)the new software is implemented, fine, if it's not, fine. As long as I can still read threads, comment and learn in here, then I'm ok.
5369  Other / Meta / Re: Did You Ever Send Merits In Error? on: January 06, 2020, 04:34:12 PM
There are chances of sending smerit more or less than what you intend to send it might even be more than what you have as a whole or less than it.
I do not know about sending less, the bug when you reload the merit page only doubles the merits, it doesn't reduce it. And if you send less, you can just go ahead and merit the post again, there isn't an issue with that imo.
But as far as I know it would not be easy to gain back smerit after it has been sent and received by the receiver.

5371  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Free Ross Ulbricht? on: January 05, 2020, 06:55:48 AM
Just as i submitted in the poll, i think the sentence is quite correct imo, definitely I never had an interaction with Ross, and I know if anyone did, it'll be just few persons, but this article has quite made me to go through his biography and any perpetrator of those crimes needs to be remanded in prison for as long as possible.

And also the fact that bitcoin was to be used as their currency in this illicit business is another aspect that I was curious about, I know any currency can and has been used for this purpose in the past, but we don't want thieves feeling bitcoin is the most ideal simply because it's hard to trace(i don't like such recognition).
5372  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My journey on December 2019 (Nothing is impossible) on: January 04, 2020, 01:04:39 PM
  • The sentences have a correct grammatical function and written in proper punctuation.
  • The paragraphs are made in the right order, from opening to closing.
Punctuations, proper paragraphing, grammar, lexical proficiency etc are all of additional benefits to a user, it definitely makes whatever you write appealing to readers and makes it easily understandable and appreciated.
But even if you do not have an impeccable command of the English language, it's never a barrier or a hinderance, as long as you can write out what anyone with even a primary school education can understand, then you can operate on the forum without any barrier whatsoever.

I have given you quite a few merits if think, and I'm sure you'll earn more from me as long as you continue doing good on the forum as you have been doing for weeks now.
5373  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: {Beware}:Fake Elon Musk giveaway and how someone fall for the trick on: January 04, 2020, 10:07:18 AM
Can it be anything more than just greed, there are some scams that are probably more difficult to detect than some, but the moment it comes to send X to receive Y, anyone who falls for that was just trying to ride their luck and double their money quickly, even though their heart must have muttered to them of how impossible it is. How can a giveaway still request for you to give to them first, what then makes it a giveaway  Huh
I feel sorry for that person who falls in that fake giveaway.
TBH, I don't!
5374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 03, 2020, 07:07:40 AM
Eriksen has informed the Tottenham board that he wishes to leave in January, and there’re only two teams that can currently purchase him one is Manchester United and second is Inter Milan.
I do not think Spurs will be eager to sell one of their best talents in Eriksen to a premier league team(Manchester united), that will just be strengthening their fellow premier league rival, and spurs really know how to do business, so they will know better.

Now the deal must be wrapped up this January, the more it lingers, the more the possibility of Eriksen going out for free becomes possible, he'll be a huge addition to conte's inter Milan as they chase the seria A title after so many years drought, but imo I do but think Eriksen will suit their style of play(every player is bound to adapt anyway).
5375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 03, 2020, 05:39:24 AM
The invincible liverpool would get a real test on 12th January on the next league away match at the Tottenham Hotspurs stadium,
If Tottenham continue playing the way they have been doing in their last games, then this one wouldn't even be any test for Liverpool, Spurs must improve their game all round to take anything from that game. The only thing spurs fans can hold on to in that game is the fact that Mourinho is usually a tactical genius in this sort of games, and he would be scratching his head on what tactics to use in order to stop Liverpool, he usually comes up with something, let's see if he does.
That's 37th unbeaten for liverpool , 12 more to go to beat the invincible arsenal.
This is really unbelievable, klopp is building one of the best teams in premier league history, and if they can achieve the feat of going 49 games unbeaten, then they themselves have created their own history, up next is Spurs, let's see if they can stop them.
5376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ex Barclays exec starts fiat/Bitcoin bank. on: January 02, 2020, 07:57:42 PM
I do not know if we bitcoin enthusiasts are to be excited about this news, I don't really think bitcoin was ever designed to be kept or saved in a bank, that a is centralized system imo, we are supposed to be in total control of our funds, that is why we use a bitcoin wallet and not a bank.
5377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 02, 2020, 04:50:03 PM
Manchester United are the worse team in the EPL, it's quite surprising to see that when when their competitors vying for the Champions League slots next season seems to drop points
That's quite an exaggeration, and Manchester United are in 5th place and are just five points behind 4th place Chelsea, that isn't too far behind for them or irrecoverable in their battle for a top four slot, they are still well in it, even though I personally do not think they'll make it into the top four(there are still a lot of games and a whole lot could happen though).
I have no doubt Liverpool today because they keep trying to set an unbeaten record,
Liverpool are favorites against any team in the epl this season, except maybe city when it's at the etihad. Sheffield are a good side, I'll love to see their approach in this game, defend and try to hit on the break, or be bold and just play their game.

Can we now have Good Reports but threads like this won't get deleted or its just a misclicked?
I do not know exactly what happened there, but from what I could think of, it may be a repetitive thread and leaving it open would just create so much spam replies, but the thread may be a good read, so locking it is probably the best option as it'll still be open for users to read, but locked to prevent spam.
5379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 02, 2020, 01:56:16 PM
But one thing that is very sure about haaland move to Dortmund... in the next two years or three, he'll signed for Bayern munich with crazy amount of money involved..
Looking at the way Bayern Munich have bought players from their rival Dortmund in the past, then I wouldn't be ruling this one out from happening, though if Dortmund are smart enough, they'll stop selling their star players to their rivals, how can they compete if they keep doing that.

However the cause of Haalands decision to move to Bourussia Dortmund is, the fact remains that he is now officially their player, and I just hope all the hype/media attention surrounding him wouldn't affect him, the boy has got some talent, so let's get over the transfer/dad/agent fee and see how quickly he'll adapt in Germany and how well his game will improve at Dortmund.
5380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 01, 2020, 09:50:15 PM
I was thinking a new club with new manager can usually get good results, so it seems Everton might get a good game from this.
Well they didn't, I watched the game and city imo dominated this match from start to finish, except probably in the last ten minutes or so, after Bravo gave the ball away and Everton pulled one back, they put city under a little bit of pressure after that, but they were never decisive to grab an equalizer. Well that leaves Carlo Ancelloti with his first epl defeat on his return back.

Arsenal are leading united 2 nil, Arteta is on his way to his first win as Arsenal manager and it's indeed a big win for the young manager, I hope he can build on this as Arsenal seek to come up the table.
