541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: January 19, 2021, 02:06:46 PM
surely people will not agree with the decision, I'm also shocked by the announcement of the winner but, I guess we can't complain since it's their decision, they can say who they want to announce as a winner, but for the fans, they know who the real winner is, I think the 30% press and media votes give way for pringle since as we know how popular gins, but I don't know, anyway congrats to the BPC pringle.
542  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Armed robbers steal $450K from Hong Kong crypto trader on: January 19, 2021, 12:17:44 PM
this is why you don't post and meeting personally with unknown people pretending to buyers, you should only transact with people who you knew personally not those, who you meet online, not only you urge this person to rob you but, you put your life in danger, I think this is the reason why we really don't know the identity of a satoshi, people will go after him, imagine what will happen,
543  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My birthday merit treat to newbies and others who are about to rank up! on: January 19, 2021, 09:13:20 AM
I was hoping that those who will participate, will share their best topic, in this post instead they just post their merit and profile, do a bit of an effort, so that we will be happy to give if we have still some merit to share to juniors and newbies who are just a few merits away,
544  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔮 Futuur - Predict the Future! 🔮 on: January 19, 2021, 06:25:59 AM
I think there is a possibility that artificial intelligence will be able to predict if a person have heart disease just by analyzing a picture of the patient since we often saw people with heart problems show it in their face, for example, mild stroke, we can see people like that their lips sometimes are not the way it was before, since Ai is a program to see those changes in the faces of patients.
545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust Active telegram Groups? on: January 19, 2021, 05:38:58 AM

A)  9%      successful projects with an Active telegram group

Active groups do not mean the projects are going to be successful, sometimes they are just full of bounty hunters that just want to join the airdrop of the campaign that's why it's active, they also have some kind of rewards for active membership in the group, or if you have the highest invite in the group you will be rewarded, that's the reason why we though once active its successful, but in the end, after we have to spend money they just, I have disappeared, I also experience a group with only a few members but the projects are successful.
546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: January 19, 2021, 01:01:50 AM
I think he plays defense, but mainly he is more focused on scoring, instead of defense, you can see that in lots of hardens play, yes he got a block and got still but that's just in some plays if you see other star players they do all around, LeBron, KD, the Klaw, they do balance playing, that is why they easily saw hardens playing less defense, I think that's what hardens need to be better than before, he is already great but if he can play like them he will be more unstoppable.
547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Attention: Biden has officially won, make sure your sportsbook pay you. on: January 18, 2021, 04:13:14 PM
there are lots of people who lost on this bet since trump was the favorite from the start I saw bettors who bet on him, but the result went sideways, I would like also to bet the last time but, since there are lots of rumors, I decided not to, good thing I follow my mind and don't just look on the ratings, it could have been a big blow for me, congratulation to the winners.
548  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My birthday merit treat to newbies and others who are about to rank up! on: January 18, 2021, 11:07:04 AM
great giving a chance for newbies to rank up, I'm also planning to give merit for the same prerequisite for newbie and jr member but, thinking twice since if I make the same post, it will look like I'm just copying others topic, so if someone will post here I'll try to see their profile and post, ill be giving merit for qualified newbies and jr members, here in op post, hope i'll be able to help in a small way.
549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Large capital advantage? on: January 18, 2021, 05:43:52 AM
for me it has both advantage and disadvantage, having large capital give you an advantage to bet on multiple times, its also give you confident, having that said also have disadvantages, you might not see it, but you tend to bet a lot, and might see at first that your bets more  since your thinking is capital is not an issue, my final thoughts about it is that no matter if you have large or small capital, studying the game will give you an advantage especially with large capital more wins means lots of returns.
550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lost Litecoin (LTC) passphrase for wallet! Please help! on: January 18, 2021, 01:58:44 AM
Hi there,

I had my passphrase for my litecoins (around 250 pcs) on a sheet of paper (I know, not the smartest idea) and I lost it!

I cannot remember if I choosed it on purpose or if I just smashed the keyboard and printed the passphrase (really).

In the core I can try as many passphrases as I want, is there any way to find the right one?

thx!

That is bad, do you have a copy on your computer before you write it down? that is very hard to guess, you should look in your computer maybe you have written it down or type in your computer before writing it on a piece of paper when I have a passphrase I always make a file on my pc before anything else to avoid this kind of accident,
551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why would anyone use a betting broker? Have you tried it? on: January 18, 2021, 01:02:19 AM
Never heard of that, only now, but I think its someone who arranges a bet for yourself instead of you who will need to bet on the game you want to join, I think there is also a fee paid to them or a commission when you win, but it may also lesson job for you, or if you want others to know you are gambling maybe you can use these to be anonymous, also I think they have some advantage when betting, its really new to my ear.
552  Other / Beginners & Help / 2 box of pizza and a person who throw his hard drive on: January 17, 2021, 12:25:45 PM
I'm pretty sure you are familiar with Laszlo the person who bought pizza with his bitcoin, now a person name Howell will pay 70 million dollars as a reward just to get his hard drive, but for me, I think it's just a waste of time to find a hard drive on the dumpsite why? the hard drive for sure is already not working since it already there a couple of years and if ever they will find it, it will be worthless since it will not work, also according to them, here is the link:
https://www.businessinsider.com/man-offers-council-70-million-dig-up-bitcoin-hard-drive-2021-1
what are your thoughts on this? for me it may result in an environmental hazard since it's in a dumpsite digging for one hard drive is not a good idea
553  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how can i create bitcoin wallet and deposit on it on: January 17, 2021, 10:11:54 AM
Does everything about bitcoin is a block or there are still site that you can access? there are lots of wallets that you can download and store bitcoin like exodus, electrum, trezor, or a hardware wallet, then try to access an exchange, which not recommendable to store it there then send it to your chosen wallet , try to check poloniex, binance or coin base if it's not blocked, if not then you get yourself a chance to buy, I'm not recommending you to buy to a person especially if he/she is not in your place or you don't know in person, that's a lot of risks to do, its like throwing money in the water.
554  Local / Pilipinas / Coinless 2025 on: January 17, 2021, 05:32:10 AM

https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/money/economy/771576/bsp-governor-says-philippines-will-be-coinless-society-by-2025/story/

2. CREATE. Create interesting thread or post.
Apply what you have read and learn. In making a thread or post, it should answer question or help the readers resolve their problem. Also, you can write topics that will give new knowledge to others. When creating make sure that it is your own work. Do not copy the post of another person, or simply DO NOT PLAGIARIZE! Acknowledge the author if you copy a post or you use it as a reference. To make sure that your post will gain more views or readers, apply this tip from Administrator Theymus Topic title style guide when creating a topic title
Always remember, a good thread must have a catchy title; it is interesting to read; and the most important is it provides educational content to all members.

forum members should really make interesting topics not things that are just to make activity, by posting anything even without any clear info about it, forums are made to discuss things and exchange information and learn from others

3. RESPECT. Respect opinions.
We live today in a world filled with so much conflicts. Our opinions and worldviews are different from one another; and people either agree on what we share or not. Sometimes we argue when we see or hear someone express an opinion that is different from ours. My advice to you is to be always OPEN-MINDED. Hear the opposing opinions and try to understand their position. Understanding does not mean that you totally agree; and by understanding them you will learn something new. Let’s respect each other’s opinions and have a healthy debate in the replies.
I think without even saying respect should be given to other members even a newbie or a legendary, you should look at others as equal even with a level gap, people tends to look down on themselves and lost self-confidence, you should look down on others even if you are higher with them, its just a rank, but without it you are just both humans, respect also creates great harmony and produce good result unlike bullying others post.
556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Paquiao VS Connor McGreggor? on: January 17, 2021, 03:43:42 AM
This is just only for entertainment , if Pacman will get serious about the fight I think Connor will be retiring on both sports and just focus on his liquor business, Connor should focus on MMA, his skills are for that game and not boxing, although he earns money from doing that, it will be just a waste if you will not use skills given by God for that game, Pacman, on the other hand, should retire after few fights now,  he already proves he's one of the greatest.
557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: January 16, 2021, 02:32:01 PM
There are many people who indulge in gambling activities but I don’t think they gamble as their major source of income. They gamble to add up to their financial status, they play gamble as a side hustle. But in a case whereby the gambling is favoring the person, you don’t expect the person to quit gambling.
This is what many individual on this thread failed to understand, that those who made some income or a living from this industry were those who don't gamble or chase their losses. Most professionals we saw on the list have other sources of income and not just rely on gambling alone. Some of us here gamble as a side hustle, particularly myself.

Well, this might be for some, which also have some side-businesses related to gambling, e.g. referring new members or being incluencers for gambling businesses. But there is also a minority which can solely live from income that completely results from doing gambling, mostly betting. I would say it is less than 1% of all gamblers, but they have managed to come up with a strategy / a way that will make them profitable in the long run.
definitely, these people have learned certain tactics to be able to win even not every day, but I'm sure monthly they have profit, and yes since gambling online has some referral incentives, maybe they also get from that as well, playing for a long time means they know some patterns that they are sure what will be the result, that's why they spent a lot of times gambling because if not they are already broke right now and won't play or gamble.
558  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Educate yourself against scam and other related activities. on: January 16, 2021, 09:30:20 AM
newcomers should read these since they are the one whoa re the target of this scammers, but this does not mean that us that are years ahead should ignore this, we also need to be careful since scammers are making other tricks just to lure even the experience crypto person, we should also be updated on the news and forums information being share by other like this one.
559  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Phobia on being active on: January 15, 2021, 04:13:03 PM
there is nothing wrong with being active in the forum, what is wrong is that if you are posting nonstop its a spam posting, at the same time your post is not related or off-topic with a post, or even copying a post from google then paste and post in the forum it might cause for permanent ban, the best thing is that, post what's on your mind but reply or post that is related, and your good.
