541  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China's President Xi Jinping VS Bitcoin on: November 14, 2019, 03:39:41 AM
Cant say about hidden intentions but the message is intended towards blockchain adoption not Bitcoin. I don't think a head of state from china can hint towards adoption of bitcoin at state level. Why would any government allow cryptocurrency (in its original form) to be used as mainstream payment system? Bitcoin along with other CC have a long battle to be fought with governments and centralized financial system before coming into mainstream.
The national central bank has the right to print money and have the loosening policies or tightening to control their value. It affects directly to their economy. For the long time, if they put crypto as the main coin, all the people can create it means that no longer is exclusive in the release. This affects directly to the national security of each country.

In any market, there are bulls and bears.  China's shitcoin has dropped deeply and now is the time for them to rise again.  The problem of price manipulation is certain and in any market there is manipulation.  Xi Jinping's statement is a good sign for the whole market to operate strongly again.  I have great faith that Bitcoin and altcoin will grow strongly soon in the near future.

There's really power in China, they are 1/4 of the total population so their president word has real impact in the world, just like how they are banning mining in their country. For sure if the president of China will give even a single word that he is favor of Bitcoin and that he is also investing some of it then for sure that the Bitcoin world price will be unstoppable and the demand will continue to rise as time is passing by.
China has allowed mining of cryptocurrencies.  they have been publicizing and supporting cryptocurrencies but the problem is that they are about to celebrate the Asian New Year in late January and early February 2020. I hope they will promote a new bull cycle for the whole market.  crypto.  At the same time, the world economy will move into a 10-year cycle, possibly a recession will occur and people will pour money into Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

they transferred their token through binance DEX and changed the listing from TMT to TM2 on coinmarketcap.  They say that when Cardano launches its final mainnet and launches its own token, they will develop their project on Cardano's blockchain but it seems that it is a far future.  I don't mean to say that the project is not good, but waiting for Cardano for too long is not good and the team needs to do something.  I need to join the telegram community and get lots of notifications from their twitter.

I don’t think that this news was the real reason for this increase.
Chinese shitcoin projects have gone full bull mode after that announcement, which is quite interesting. Of course, this can also be a few whales trying to pump and dump, but at least there has been a massive move.

Overall, it doesn't even matter what caused the price to go up, what matters is what the chart of Bitcoin indicates, and there is no other way to describe it as frigging bullish with much higher levels to be reached in the coming weeks.

547  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China's President Xi Jinping VS Bitcoin on: October 28, 2019, 09:13:38 AM
Predicting the price of bitcoin is the stupidest thing.  We try to apply really futile price-based price models.  As long as Trump or Xi Jinping speaks up, the market has changed a lot.  Yesterday bitcoin increased by 30%.
It might be stupid and pointless but it's very fun. It's like gambling almost, you never know what is going to happen with the pricing.

The price bump was due to a variety of reasons, not just China showcasing its love for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.

Just read an article that China government bought 21 Million Bitcoin, that's why BTC price is increasing heavily. But I don't feel good, it seems China is cooking something dirt in the behind, which is not good for the crypto community. I am not sure, maybe they have s plan to manipulate or control the Bitcoin market. This is possible for a country like China, they can buy the maximum amount of Bitcoin to control it. I hope it won't happen.
Could you link me this? Could possibly explain the huge price pumps, but I'm not sure if they have that money to blow and if they would even do that - they don't see to really care about bitcoin, more blockchain technology.

Yeah.  Very interesting.  Bitcoin makes the world a lot of ink and paper to write papers.  I am sure that right now there are a lot of rich people and there are many who lose their accounts in derivatives.

549  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Stress and Happiness on: October 26, 2019, 11:34:45 AM
For a typical trader, buying a bottom at a higher price is a blessing when bitcoin is highly volatile.  And for a margin trader with a trade of x100 on bitmex it is an extreme stress.  Look at the recent liquidation.  About 181 million dollars was liquidated in a day.  I did not mention the liquidation earlier.
550  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holding will be worth this year or in the long run? on: October 25, 2019, 04:38:47 PM
The best time to own Bitcoin now is because this is not too high and Bitcoin has accumulated a lot in this area creating a strong support for the price range of 7k - 8k.  I have faith that by 2020 Bitcoin will increase significantly.
551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 17,800,000 BTC already mined on: October 25, 2019, 01:59:53 PM
We have now mined over 18 million bitcoins.  Only about 3 million more bitcoin will be mined until 2140. The scarcity will be huge in the future when the next having will take place in about 7 months.  I have not imagined that Bitcoin's block reward reduced by 50% to only 12.5 Bitcoin for 1 mined block will make miners continue to mine them.
552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BOS] 🔹🔹 BOScoin 🔹🔹 Self-Evolving Cryptocurrency Platform🔹🔹 on: October 25, 2019, 01:51:42 PM
The coin is dying a slow death now. From $1 to $0.02 and now finally it's worth 0 and my 4k coins are worth $20.
To build a successful project takes a lot of effort and money.  The development team of Boscoin is Korean and take a look at their exchange projects.  Most have huge discounts even though their teamdev is still working.  Looking at the cryptocurrency market, perhaps 99% of projects are devalued after holding an ICO or an IEO.  So keep calm, maybe someday the whole market will come back stronger.

agree, as long as the dev team is still on it, the tide will change sooner or later and in the bigger picture, it could be worth billions. They re down but not out.

Needing a new and stable amount of money to pour in constantly is an opportunity for our projects to revive.  Definitely will need a lot of money.  Technology is increasingly changing and more advanced.  I know there are projects with good technology and team but when listed on the exchanges, the results are lower than the value they organized IEO, ICO or STO.  That is the truth about the Crypto market.
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we boycott the Facebook Coin (Project Libra)? on: October 25, 2019, 01:44:00 PM
It's up to you for that, but for myself, at the moment, I am no longer looking for altcoin other than bitcoin and ethereum that I have invested. I have been traumatized by many altcoins that exist today and most of them are scams that are very detrimental to us all
Actually we don't need to boycott libra. don't know yet how this libra will be able to benefit us or not. if it is not profitable or detrimental, surely many people will take a stand regarding libra. and now I still believe that libra is a good project under Facebook
You don't follow the news?  Libra has ended, without any cryptocurrencies currently released by Facebook.  If the US government issues cryptocurrencies in the future, then Libra can be legally and operational.

554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we boycott the Facebook Coin (Project Libra)? on: October 18, 2019, 06:07:02 AM
Facebook itself is very greedy.  They sold their shares and now they want to create a currency to pay like any national currency.  In America they banned perfect money so Libra will be banned too.

556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should I invest? on: October 16, 2019, 02:01:53 AM
It is best to invest only with Bitcoin and have nothing to do with other altcoins.  Stay away from large leveraged trades, using up to x5 for each Long and short order.  Don't get delusional about the value of bitcoin, get a job to have a stable income and continue to buy bitcoin.
557  Economy / Economics / Re: When will Apple accept bitcoins? on: October 16, 2019, 01:58:05 AM
We have now seen that Apple does not accept payments in Bitcoin.  They are a large company and are governed by the government and need government incentives to continue to grow.  The government dislikes Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies because they think bitcoin will threaten the US dollar.
558  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Stress and Happiness on: October 16, 2019, 01:40:11 AM
I think it's best to buy them and own them in the long run and sell them whenever you feel profitable.  I have witnessed many investors participating in bitcoin futures contracts, participating in leveraged trading.  They quickly lost money because Bitcoin's exchange rate fluctuations were unstable using technical analysis.
559  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin isn't just an investment, it is the future on: October 16, 2019, 01:33:07 AM
When looking at the value chart of Bitcoin I have an optimistic view.  Notice the weekly chart, almost all weeks are bullish candles (green candles) and very few weeks appear bearish candles (red candles).  The value of Bitcoin grows faster than any asset class.  When looking at the benefits of payment with the example when you transfer billions of dollars at a very low cost of about $ 4, I think Bitcoin will continue to add value in the future.
560  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are we really investing in bitcoin? on: September 26, 2019, 12:24:29 PM
Bitcoin is used as a payment instrument, a tool to store assets.  I cjo that Bitcoin's charisma is huge and there are many people who want it.  The daily transaction volume of bitcoin is very large.
I feel Bitcoin is safe and convenient.  I never doubted it.
