541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Sport Has Many Gambling Supporters (State Your Opinion) on: September 06, 2019, 03:29:46 AM
I guess that would be Basketball. Just look at the thread for NBA here it has been updated a lot of times most specially of its the finals there's a lot of discussion happening. A lot can relate with Basketball. Next I guess would be Boxing, there's a lot of threads about it here as well not only one or two threads about boxing.

Yes it is Basketball and Boxing that had a lot of supporters here bro, maybe because there are a lot of Pinoys here and we can relate to that sports with a heart  Smiley.

Bottomline, whatever sports Pinoys supported will win on the poll.
You will be surprised to know that there's not really a lot of Pinoys here in this forum. There's a thread about how many are Pinoys in our local section and they we're asked to post using their main account and only less than a hundred posted their main account, meaning we cant say there's a lot of us here because of the back and fort conversation, who knows if they are just talking to themselves.

In Australia, there's a lot of followers there for Soccer. I guess it depends on what country to ask which one has a lot of supporters, it will depend on what kind of sport they have a representative like a champion maybe like in the case of Boxing because we have Manny Pacquiao but go back a few decades ago we love Billiards a lot because of Efren "Bata" Reyes also known as the Magician.
542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: September 06, 2019, 02:52:28 AM
I know a guy who plays billboards and you hire them to play against someone whom you know is also good in playing billboards.

It happens to my friend in billiard place. Someone asked him to play with him,

why there are some people that do that ? i mean why they hire someone to play with them when they can learn playing that game . i prefer playing on my own because i dont need to pay for anyone and i dont want my winning to be shared on others   .  same as when you loose you dont also regret for paying with  others but you also get an experience to play with other pro players and whats better is that you enjoyed playing the game.
They have the money but they don't have the talent. Its the same thing like you are managing someone like an artist, you book him/her shows or gigs, and you get a cut from the pay that your talent will receive. Not everyone has connection to find gigs or shows. Same with those billiards guys here in the Philippines. They don't have the means to hop from one billiards hall to another to find a match, that's where managers come in.

There are those who play for a pay. I guess we can include them as professional like those who play poker. Also I know a guy who plays billboards and you hire them to play against someone whom you know is also good in playing billboards. This guy will take a fee and will take a % of the winnings if he won.
544  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Weird bitcoin art propaganda on: September 05, 2019, 11:58:18 PM
Nice art. Do you in anyway ask for a fee if someone asks you to create one for them that they can use on their website as an opening page? I would love to have one designed exclusively for a blog that I plan to start and its a blog about trading. Shoot me a PM and maybe we can discuss. Also good for stores who plans to accept Bitcoin as payment.

I mean, betting on Khabib is basically almost no risk money, however, the odds are so bad that it's really not worth it, it's a fight after all, he can still get knocked out randomly. I wouldn't want to bet 1k to win 20 dollars with the possibility of losing everything.
Remember the time when Anderson Silva was knocked out when we thought he will win that last fight but he got knocked out because he was clowning around. There will be a point in time that they will get sloppy and other fighter will be lucky to tag Khabib. But Khabib is at his prime and I don't think losing at this point in time is not likely to happen. Very small chance.
547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto hodling as a form of gambling! on: September 05, 2019, 11:22:10 PM
The topic goes back the the same argument which has been discussed a lot of times already. If trading and gambling is the same. If you hold Bitcoin or Alts yes there's a risk that the value of Bitcoin is different after a few days or even weeks but in Gambling if you placed your bet on the wrong color, you loose everything not a fraction. That's why I don't think its a form of gambling.
548  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: September 05, 2019, 11:13:07 PM
I might lock the topic in the next couple of days since I read somewhere that Manny Pacquiao has no plans of having another fight for the remaining months of 2019, which means a possible fight with Floyd is not in the horizon. But I am still hoping for this 2 to meet again inside the ring.

Mannys son already had a taste his first loss via unanimous decision.
549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: China Urges Philippines to Ban All Online Gambling! on: September 05, 2019, 11:02:29 PM
Even if China urges Philippines to ban all online gaming if the Philippine Government supports it, the Philippine Government will not impose a ban. More likely it will be regulated than ban. I see there's a sudden increase of Chinese workers here in the Philippines for POGO and I heard operators of POGO are even planning to turn an island just for POGO.
550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson Fury vs Otto Wallins on: September 05, 2019, 10:57:36 PM
I watched the videos of Tyson Fury is fast at his size and weight. I think he will overcome Otto Wallins here but in this weight class, anything can happen. Otto Wallins is not on going to be included in the top 5 of WBA for nothing. He can slug it out with Tyson Fury. Current odds are Tyson Fury -2632 and Otto Wallin +1305.
551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Andy Ruiz vs Anthony Joshua II on: September 05, 2019, 10:51:02 PM
Its not surprising that Anthony Joshua is ahead of Andy Ruiz even when Andy Ruiz won the last fight. Many are still thinking he just got lucky on the last fight but I watched it over and over again, Andy Ruiz can stand toe to toe, it just happened the Anthony Joshua got rocked and Andy Ruiz followed up.

Odds from Nitrogensports
Anthony Joshua -308
Andy Ruiz +244
552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Spence Jr vs Porter on: September 05, 2019, 10:45:26 PM
Here are the current odds for this fight

-980 Errol Spence Jr
+648 Shawn Porter

September 29 is still a long way to go, a lot of things may happen in between but I guess Errol Spence Jr is still on top of this fight. Planning to put some money on Errol Spence Jr for a quick cash but I hope the fight don't go to the distance. Its a different story if it reached the last round.
553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: September 05, 2019, 04:37:11 PM
UFC 243 is still far from today but when I checked Nitrogensports and see the odds between Adesanya vs Whittaker, I was surprised to see the odds for Adesanya at +124 while Whittaker is at -140 meaning Adesanya is the underdog in this match. I am a fan of Adesansya and I haven't watched any fight of Whittaker, but I think as the fight draws near, odds will be different or tables might be turned.
554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: September 04, 2019, 11:55:26 PM

I am hearing all these lame excuses about Conor McGregor not in his

To be honest I also think Mcgregor was in pretty bad shape after not fighting for 2 years, it's only expected. It doesn't matter if no one forced him to fight, facts are facts, clearly he was not in his best shape.
He is not in bad shape, its just that his skills is not at par with Khabib at that time. His ground and pound skills doesnt match Khabibs and for me he is good a standing up, he is fast but not as fast as Khabib. I rewatched Khabibs previous fights and compare how Conor fights and even on the day that they fought Conor is really no match with Khabib. Conor can study and adjust to the fighting style of his opponents and so is Khabib and he did it really fast.
555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: China Urges Philippines to Ban All Online Gambling! on: September 02, 2019, 03:28:02 PM
What do you guys think about China urges to ban all online gambling in Philippines?. One of their reason is that "The embassy said many of the Chinese citizens working illegally in Philippine casinos or POGOs and other forms of gambling entities are subjected to what media described as modern slavery due to severe limitation of their personal freedom and also Beijing welcomed the suspension of the issuance of new licenses for Philippine offshore gaming operations (POGO).
I am not sure what the "modern slavery" is all about if we are talking about the working conditions here in the Philippines for this Chinese workers. I see them walk around freely in Ortigas Center Pasig and live among the locals and they can easily blend with the crowd. If its the salary that they are talking about, that is subjective because the worker agreed to be paid in that amount.
556  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Turn $10,000 into 1 Million on: September 01, 2019, 10:44:57 AM
Is OP still doing trading?
I guess the question is if OP still active in this forum. I checked his profile and it says last Active date May 28, 2018, 09:19:01 PM
OP may still be trading but not as active as before in this forum. Last page of his post is mostly on this thread. maybe is more focused now on trading than posting here.
557  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin mixers be considered illegal by worldwide governments? on: August 29, 2019, 11:55:38 PM
Unless someone would state an actual example that it (Bitcoin Mixer) was used in an illegal transaction that's the time that they (Government) will start to consider or think of banning Bitcoin Mixers. Even if Bitcoin Mixer will be banned, those with criminal minds will still think of another way of how to launder their dirty money.
558  Economy / Digital goods / Re: NEW Bitsler Script BOT 2019 Win Bitcoins in automatic 1 BTC on: August 29, 2019, 11:45:06 PM
Script update working today 28/08/2019

I already asked you this previously and I will ask again in case you forgot to post it here, did you inform the admins of Bitsler about this bot? Currently I guess they recognize only 1 bot for Bitsler and that is Seuntjies. I maybe wrong but I suggest that you send them a PM about it so they can take a look at your bot.
559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Often Do you Bet on Politics? on: August 29, 2019, 11:41:20 PM
I am from the Philippines so placing a bet on the politics from another country would be hard however here in my country its quite predictable on who will win in politics most specially if its a local election. Go for those that are being endorsed by huge groups that votes in block voting, the chances of winning is big even if the opponent buy votes.
560  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Becoming Financially Free With Bitcoin on: August 29, 2019, 11:37:59 PM
  • Invest a % of my Income into BTC (£100,000 / $120,000) - I have almost completed this step
  • Wait for that investment to grow by 5-10x
  • Pull out my profit and invest into residential property
  • Live off the rental income (passive income will be £100,000 / $120,000 p/a)

Nice plan specially considering residential property as an investment through rental income. I heard a lot of good stories of those who invested in condominiums and list it in Airbnb and they earn money from it with a very minimal overhead expenses unlike running a business. If you are still young and you can still save, why not its feasible, but for those who are near retirement age its quite too late.
