What would Joshue do, if he loses to Ruiz for the second time ? Who should be Joshua' s next opponent if he loses in his 2 last fights ?
If the game will turn against Joshua then the possibility of him start all over again will be there. But am not seeing this rematch be in favor of Andy rather in favor of Joshua, Joshua will just need to intensify on his strike against Andy to win on this rematch.

We know the high chances of that kind of comeback but its really hard to conclude things up because we cant completely say that Joshua will definitely win this rematch.
Chances of 2nd beat up is still there and if thats the case would happen once again then i wont make any comment on how Joshua would start up on scratch once again.
Thought of 1st fight to be a fluke? No it isnt.

If he wins, then the next logical choice, Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder. Joshua will be relegated to the fourth spot and needs some time before he can recover from the second lost.

Eddie Hearn: Andy Ruiz-Anthony Joshua 2 will be one of the biggest heavyweight fights of all time

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U982yGnWX30

Hearn likens the upcoming heavyweight rematch to the ‘Thrilla in Manila’ and the ‘Rumble in the Jungle.’
He sure does like that MIDDLE EASTERN money  Grin

Definitely, that Middle Eastern money would flow in this fight. But I don't think that it is comparable to those two epic fights. Both fighters haven't reach the stature of Ali, Frazier or Foreman. Just typical boxing manager promoting and hyping his fight.

If everything will work out for Joshua then boxing fans will expect for another rematch as a deciding game for this two fighters, most of the fans will be eyeing for him as he's more on the aggressive side of this fight, though Ruiz knock him down the momentum still on his side to win back his title, still have to prove it as there's many speculations around regarding to this rematch.

Many ideas came in a positive vision on specific fighter, but we should count on to the live fight and that's the true spirit of a true fighter. Beating an opponent is the only goal for this sport, so when rematch will happen it's not guaranteed 100% assurance to defeat your match fighter again.

Ruiz winning is very necessary to cement his legacy, most people are still claiming that his initial win against Anthony Joshua was a fluke win, Tyso Fury recently said that Andy Ruiz is definitely going to win the rematch and i think should he win, they should set him uo against either Deontay Wilder or Tyson Fury himself.

That's why this match is very crucial for both of them. Ruiz winning will cement his legacy and will probably in the discussion for a possible reunification with the Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder. Or he can go and fight the next best heavyweight and make money for him.

I also read that interview about Fury favouring him against Joshua in this rematch. Was surprise though, anyways he said that Ruiz is mentality prepared here and that the weather conditions is favourable to him as well as he live in Cali wherein the weather is hot.

I think AJ is not thinking of that possibility because he is so confident in this fight.

Well, if he losses, his career will be as not as bright as it was but if he can fight an opponent with a good standing in his division and win, maybe he will be back again. Just like Manny Pacquiao who loss against Jeff Horn but Manny were able to rise again by defeating another boxer and Jeff Horn was defeated by Crawford a great boxer as well, so that could scenario possibly happen if AJ will continue to work to get back in the top and he does not need to face Ruiz again.

I think the comparison is very bad, you cannot compare Horn to Ruiz, Ruiz is undiscovered gem I check all his past fights and he is so good very past hands, strong punch and can always take a punch, in fact, he should be undefeated now, he was just cheated in his only loss.

I'll still go for Ruiz for this fight, he can take Joshua's punch while Joshua can't take his punch.

Except these 3 boxers, who is on +/- same level with Ruiz today ?

It makes me think, that Fury wants to face Ruiz, as he thinks he is weaker than Joshua and it will be more easy fight for him.

I agree when Fury said that Ruiz is going to win, Ruiz is not a fatsy, he has more than 100 amateur fights and only fewer losses, and in his professional fights, his only lost and that's a very controversial lost with Parker, Joshua give up the fight because he cannot take his punch, I don't know what kind of strategy will he use against, Ruiz.

Eddie Hearn like an ICO pumper, I shake my head. Anyone should not believe this promotional overexaggeration. It is bad hype. Thrilla in Manila was a historic fight between 2 great boxers in boxing's golden age. Andy Ruiz versus Anthony Joshua 2 does not equate to that.

Its not surprising that Anthony Joshua is ahead of Andy Ruiz even when Andy Ruiz won the last fight. Many are still thinking he just got lucky on the last fight but I watched it over and over again, Andy Ruiz can stand toe to toe, it just happened the Anthony Joshua got rocked and Andy Ruiz followed up.

It is nice to see that all of these rich groups have agreed to finalized terms and no need for lawsuit

Andy Ruiz Jr. has signed paperwork for Anthony Joshua to finalize rematch
https://www.boxingnews24.com/2019/08/andy-ruiz-jr-has-signed-paperwork-for-anthony-joshua-to-finalize-rematch/

Lol, did he just wait for the lawsuit to be filled and then accept the bribe offer the next day? Or did they make a new contract to give Andy Ruiz more money as previously stated in their contract? Now it's time to go back to the gym for him and show the boxing fans that he is another name in the Heavyweight division besides the big three right now.

Ruiz will go in there with the mindset that he can win, Joshua will go in there as a beaten man.
AJ may go as a beaten man but he have learn from his previous mistakes and the statement made by Ruiz on social media will make him a dead man in the upcoming rematch.

No matter what he says about winning this fight 9/10 times, that loss has to play heavily on your mind. I mean, Ruiz dominated him last time, it wasn't a lucky shot to the temple like he claims.
You can say that again but most people knew Anthony underrate Ruiz in their first fight, he also skip training and I believe you ought to understand that either by watching the fight cause he was too relaxed during the fight.

He's gonna go in there knowing it's not in his favor man, and realistically he won't change up his style in a few months. Ruiz will probably win again.
The last time I checked AJ spent his time training after their previous fight while Ruiz spent his time having vacation, doing advert, interview etc. It easy to get to the top mate but maintaining the top spot is the hardest task.
Mind you, freedom/good life was the major thing that lead to the down fall of many.

It is hard to be at the top but I feel like every time a top fighter gets beaten after being undefeated for so long, they just start losing more and more. It happens to a lot of good fighters, I'm sure there is some psychological factor to it too.
Like you said, there's psychological factors to it and losing more and more is for fighter which couldn't learn from his previous mistakes and train hard. When it come to Anthony, he control his emotions, stick to train and stay focus.
There would be always that psychological factor specially when you are undefeated and suddenly you do able to get your first lose ever but i dont believe in the things like continous losing after that because self made realization will happen eventually and not all boxers who are on that state would having that same kind` of mentality which means recovery and serious catch up and dedication will follow next because pride is the main thing been talking on here.He got beaten but he would take it back for sure.

Great odds for Andy Ruiz and I think that would not change because despite AJ lose in the past fight, people still think he can come back and beat this fat guy, actually I think the looks and built of Andy Ruiz is what people are looking and he got disrespected on that.

The line now is what people's perception on the coming fight, so it's obvious that people believes the Andy Ruiz was just lucky in the last fight.

he was lucky if he caught Joshua and knock him out in one punch we can call that one-punch wonder, just like what happened in the Douglas Tyson fight, but he was outboxed and out punch and he cannot take the punch that he needs to save himself and give up, of course he can go back and had a chance to win but Ruiz is one big puncher also and he can take Joshua's punch.

Many are still thinking he just got lucky on the last fight but I watched it over and over again, Andy Ruiz can stand toe to toe, it just happened the Anthony Joshua got rocked and Andy Ruiz followed up.

Odds from Nitrogensports
Anthony Joshua -308
Andy Ruiz +244

Great odds for Andy Ruiz and I think that would not change because despite AJ lose in the past fight, people still think he can come back and beat this fat guy, actually I think the looks and built of Andy Ruiz is what people are looking and he got disrespected on that.
Because Joshua can still salvage his career by winning the rematch and bookies know that. But that fat guy has a solid chin and really can punch.

The line now is what people's perception on the coming fight, so it's obvious that people believes the Andy Ruiz was just lucky in the last fight.
I wouldn't call that lucky though, he was also knock down by Joshua in the third round if I'm not mistaken but he quickly recovered and knock down Joshua in the same round. Perhaps it was faith for Ruiz to win to became the first Mexican heavyweight that night. But surely, the guy can fight, can recover quickly and has power in both hands.

There was a little bit of 'luck' involved, it was more like Joshua thinking he would have an easy win after the first knock down. I mean, you just knocked your opponent in round 3, I believe, of course you are thinking, bah, easy win, he got knocked down in the same round, very likely because of that. Afterwards, however, he did get outboxed.
